Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schallschutzelement der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 genannten Art.The invention relates to a soundproofing element referred to in the preamble of claim 1 Art.

Soundproofing elements are generally known, for example in the form of soundproof walls, and serve for sound insulation, for example for the insulation of traffic noise, construction noise or noise in factories.

By DE 30 04 102 C2 and DE 42 30 786 A1 soundproofing elements are known, which are formed substantially rigid. Although these soundproofing elements provide effective sound insulation. The disadvantage, however, is that they are difficult to handle due to their heavy weight.

From DE 196 52 871 C2 a soundproofing element is known comprising a first sheet of flexible material and a second sheet of flexible material, the sheets being spaced from each other and wherein between the sheets a chamber for receiving a filling medium is formed. In the known soundproofing element, the webs are in the form of a flexible shell which can be inflated with air or other gases as filling medium. A disadvantage of the known soundproofing element is that the soundproofing effect is low due to the gaseous filling medium.

A similar soundproofing element is also by DE 44 22 585 C1.

From DE 41 31 394 A1 a sound insulation material is known, which is substantially rigid and has two cover layers, between which there is a core layer.

Furthermore, DE 40 40 583 A1 discloses a sound insulation material which consists of hollow plastic profiles in which or between which sewage sludge is located.

Durch DE 83 09 535 U1 ist eine schalldämmende Matte bekannt, die zwei Schichten aus Kunststoffolie aufweist, zwischen denen Kammern zur Aufnahme eines Dämmwerkstoffes gebildet sind.DE 83 09 535 U1 a sound-insulating mat is known which comprises two layers of plastic, between which chambers are formed for receiving an insulating material.

By the journal "Swiss engineer and architect", 38/1984, p. 718, a soundproofing element of the type in question is known, comprising a first sheet of flexible material and a second sheet of flexible material, wherein the sheets are spaced from each other and wherein the first web and the second web are connected to one another on facing surfaces by connecting means. The webs are formed in the known soundproofing element by a spacer fabric whose spacer threads or pile threads form the connecting means for connecting the webs together. The bendable noise barrier formed in this way has excellent sound insulation properties. The disadvantage, however, is that it is expensive and therefore expensive to manufacture. Another disadvantage is that the known soundproofing element can be produced only with a small maximum width.

Die Erfindung betrifft ferner eine Schallschutzwand der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 47 genannten Art.The invention further relates to a soundproof wall referred to in the preamble of claim 47 Art.

Such a sound barrier is known from GB 2 305 451 A. It has a first soundproofing element and at least one second soundproofing element, wherein the first soundproofing element and the second soundproofing element are arranged adjacent to one another and wherein additional soundproofing means are provided which cover a region in which the first and the second soundproofing element adjoin one another in a soundproofing manner. The additional soundproofing agents are formed in the known from the document soundproofing wall by cover plates, which are connected by screws or rivets to a support post of the soundproof wall. A disadvantage is that this construction is complicated and thus expensive to manufacture and that the cover plate has only a low sound-insulating effect.

Ähnliche Schallschutzwände sind ferner noch durch DE 295 13 248 U1, DE 91 13 416.1 U1, DE 197 32 904 A1 und DE 86 12 223 U1 bekannt.Similar soundproof walls are also known from DE 295 13 248 U1, DE 91 13 416.1 U1, DE 197 32 904 A1 and DE 86 12 223 U1.

The invention has for its object to provide a soundproofing element and a soundproof wall, whose or their production is simplified and thus designed more cost-effective and with the or with a high sound-insulating effect can be achieved.

This object is achieved with respect to the soundproofing element by the doctrine given in claim 1 and with respect to the anti-splash wall by the teaching set forth in claim 49.

The invention is based on the recognition that an excellent sound-insulating effect can be achieved by using a filling medium made of solid material with high density, for example sand, granules or the like.

Proceeding from this, the invention is based on the idea of connecting the first web and the second web to one another such that at least two chambers are formed and undesired deformation of the soundproofing element when filled with a filling medium made of solid material is prevented.

In order to ensure a uniform distribution of the filling medium on the chambers, the chambers are separated from each other.

The soundproofing element according to the invention thus enables the use of filling media made of solid materials which have a considerably higher density and thus a considerably higher soundproofing effect gaseous media. Thus, with the soundproofing element according to the invention an excellent soundproofing effect is achieved.

The soundproofing element according to the invention has a low weight in the unfilled state and is therefore easy to handle. It is therefore versatile, for example, as a mobile soundproofing element for temporary sound insulation, for example in the field of construction sites.

After setting up the soundproofing element this is filled with the filling medium, so that the desired sound-insulating effect is achieved.

After use, the filling medium can be removed again from the soundproofing element, so that there are the same advantages in terms of handling when dismantling the soundproofing element as when setting up.

Through the connecting path, a secure connection of the first path is achieved with the second path, wherein the absence of substantially rigid connection elements, for example made of metal, the weight of the soundproofing element is kept low. The connecting web may be made of the same material as the first web and the second web. However, it can also consist of a different material.

An extraordinarily advantageous development In the aforementioned embodiment, the connecting web is alternately connected to the first web and the second web along the width dimension of the first web and the second web or along the height extent of the first web and the second web. In this way, results in a uniform connection and thus in the filled state uniform loading of the soundproofing element through the filling medium along the width dimension and along the height extent of the webs. By uneven loads caused deformations or damage to the soundproofing element are reliably avoided in this way.

Conveniently, in the aforementioned embodiment, the connecting web connects the first web to the second web in cross section substantially zigzag or meandering. In this way, the uniformity of the connection of the first web to the second web is further improved.

In principle, the connecting track can have any suitable shape. For example, the connecting web can extend over only a part of the width of the first web and / or the second web, so that the two webs are interconnected only over part of their width, which may be sufficient depending on the application. It is also possible to provide a plurality of adjoining or spaced-apart connecting tracks. Advantageously, however, the connecting web extends over a substantial part of the width of the first and / or the second web, preferably substantially over the entire width of the first web and / or the second web. In this embodiment, the first web with the second web is over a substantial portion of the width or the entire width of the webs connected to each other. In this way, a high stability of the soundproofing element results even when filling with higher density media.

In principle, it is sufficient if the connecting web extends over only a part of the height of the first web and / or the second web. However, the stability of the soundproofing element can be further improved by extending the connecting web over a substantial part of the height of the first web and / or the second web, preferably substantially over the entire height of the first web and / or the second web. as this provides for another training.

Conveniently, the connecting web is connected to the first web and the second web at spaced-apart, preferably substantially equally spaced connection points.

The joints can be formed in any suitable manner, for example punctiform. An advantageous development provides that the connection points are formed linear or strip-shaped and preferably parallel to each other. Due to the linear or strip-shaped connection a tearing of the webs is reliably avoided even when filled with a high density filling medium.

A development of the aforementioned embodiment provides that the linear or strip-shaped connection points extend substantially vertically.

Another embodiment provides that the connecting web is connected to the first web and the second web such that the chambers are open at the top.

In this embodiment, the filling of the soundproofing element with the filling medium is particularly simple. It is done by filling the filling medium from above into the chambers.

Appropriately, however, the filling openings are closed by connected to the soundproofing element, in particular integrally formed on this closing means.

In the aforementioned embodiment, the closing means may be formed in any suitable manner. A further embodiment provides that the closing means have at least one flap or tab made of flexible material, which can be fixed in its Verschließlage. This embodiment is simple and therefore inexpensive to produce.

In this case, a common flap or tab may be provided for closing at least some of the filling openings. In this way, the structure of the soundproofing element is further simplified and thus designed even more cost-effective.

The flap or tab can be fixed in the aforementioned embodiments in any suitable manner in their Verschließlage, for example by push buttons or the like. Advantageously, the flap or tab is fixable by means of a hook and loop fastener in its Verschließlage, as one embodiment provides. In this way, the closing of the filling openings is facilitated.

In principle, the filling medium can be removed again through the filling opening, for example by dumping. An advantageous development provides that away from the filling opening at least one closable outlet opening is provided for the filling medium. In this embodiment, the removal of the filling medium is facilitated.

In the aforementioned embodiment, a common outlet opening may be provided for all chambers. Conveniently, however, a closable outlet opening for the filling medium is provided for each chamber. In this embodiment, the filling medium can be removed or discharged separately from the individual chambers.

According to the respective requirements, closing means for closing the outlet openings can be formed in any suitable manner. A particularly advantageous embodiment provides that the or each outlet opening is closable by means of a screw cap. In this way, the discharge of the filling medium from the soundproofing element is further facilitated.

The flexible material of the first web and the second web and the connecting web can be selected within wide limits according to the respective requirements, wherein the webs may consist of the same flexible material or of different materials, for example of plastic films or tarpaulins. According to a particularly advantageous development, the flexible material of the first web and / or the second web and / or the connecting web is a woven or knitted fabric. Due to the fabric or knit structure damage to the webs is avoided even when filling high density media and frequent use of the soundproofing element. In this way, the soundproofing element is particularly resistant and durable.

Basically, it is sufficient if the flexible material is uncoated. However, the properties of the soundproofing element can be further improved in that the first web and / or the second web and / or the connecting web has or have a one-sided or two-sided coating.

In the aforementioned embodiment, the coating may comprise a layer of PVC, as provided by a further development. Due to the layer of PVC, the flammability of the soundproofing element is difficult. In addition, the thermal stability and the UV resistance are improved.

In addition to or instead of the layer of PVC, the coating may comprise a layer of a flame retardant material, as another embodiment provides. In this way, the flame retardant is further improved.

Conveniently, the coating on its surface on a lacquer layer, so that the surface of the soundproofing element is designed scratch-proof and dirt-repellent. In addition, so the penetration of dirt and microorganisms is difficult in the webs. To make the soundproofing element visually appealing, the paint layer can be printed, for example, z. B. with an advertising print. Any lacquers can be used, for example acrylates and fluoropolymer systems. Another advantage of the paint layer is that the weather resistance of the soundproofing element is improved.

The connecting web can be connected to the first web and the second web according to the respective requirements in a variety of ways, for example by riveting. Conveniently, However, the connecting web is welded or glued to the first web and the second web. This facilitates the production of the soundproofing element according to the invention.

With appropriate sealing of the or each chamber of the soundproofing element can be used as a filling medium, a gaseous or liquid medium. Conveniently, however, the filling medium is a pourable medium. In this way, the filling of the soundproofing element is simple, and escape or leakage of the filling medium is reliably prevented. Particularly preferred in this case are filling media with high density, which results in a particularly good sound-insulating effect.

The filling medium may, for example, sand, granules or the like, as provided by another development. It is also possible to use a mixture of different filling media, for example sand with crushed scrap.

With appropriate design of the soundproofing element and use of a suitable filling medium, the soundproofing element according to the invention may be designed to be self-supporting. However, especially when using high-density filling media, it is advantageous that a support structure is provided for holding the soundproofing element. In this way, even with the use of such filling media large-scale sound insulation elements can be realized.

The support structure may be formed in the aforementioned embodiment according to the respective requirements in a variety of ways, for example, like a frame. A further embodiment provides that the support structure has two spaced-apart lateral supports. In this embodiment the noise protection element held laterally, so that there is a stable structure.

The stability can be further improved if the support structure has a cross member which connects the side supports together.

In the aforementioned embodiments, the soundproofing element can be held in any suitable manner on the lateral supports or on the cross member, for example, hooked by means of eyes on hooks which are attached to the supports or the cross member. A particularly advantageous embodiment provides that the soundproofing element is connected by means of a piping / groove connection with the lateral supports and / or the cross member. In this way, a positive connection between the soundproofing element and the supporting structure is achieved, so that the soundproofing element is held particularly secure to the supporting structure.

An extraordinarily advantageous development of the teaching according to the invention provides tensioning means for tensioning the soundproofing element. In this embodiment, a particularly uniform distribution of the filling medium in the soundproofing element can be achieved due to the clamping action of the clamping means, and the risk of undesired deformation of the soundproofing element during filling is further reduced.

In the aforementioned embodiment, the soundproofing element can be tensioned in the vertical and / or horizontal direction by means of the tensioning means.

According to another embodiment, the clamping means on a first part for holding the soundproofing element on an edge and a second part for holding the soundproofing element on an opposite in a clamping direction edge, wherein the the first part and the second part for tensioning the soundproofing element are adjustable relative to one another and can be fixed in their respective adjustment position. This embodiment is simple in construction and thus inexpensive to produce.

A development of the aforementioned embodiment provides that the first part is a holding part, which holds the soundproofing element at its lower edge stationary, and that the second part is formed by the cross member, which is adjustable in the clamping direction relative to the holding part and the soundproofing element keeps its upper edge. In this embodiment, the tensioning of the soundproofing element takes place by adjusting the cross member in the vertical direction relative to the holding part.

In this case, the adjustment of the cross member relative to the holding part in any suitable manner. An advantageous embodiment provides that the cross member is connected in each case via a screw device, in particular an adjusting screw or a spindle, with the lateral supports and adjustable by means of the screwing relative to the holding part. This embodiment is easy to use and robust in construction.

According to another embodiment of the teaching of the invention, the soundproofing element at its lower edge on a sealing element which surrounds the soundproofing element from below sealingly. By the sealing element penetration of moisture into the webs is reliably avoided, so that the weather resistance of the soundproofing element is further improved.

Here, the sealing element is preferably formed in cross-section substantially U-shaped, wherein the Sealing element is advantageously formed by a tarpaulin or foil, which is preferably connected to the soundproofing element by gluing or welding. This embodiment is particularly simple and therefore inexpensive to produce.

However, the sealing element can also be formed by a coating, as provided by another embodiment.

Shape and size of the soundproofing element according to the invention can be selected within wide limits. The soundproofing element may for example be bent or curved in any desired manner, for example, be circular or semicircular in cross section. It can also be designed as a soundproof housing and completely surround a sound source. For this purpose, the soundproofing element may for example be cube-shaped or dome-shaped. An embodiment provides, however, that the soundproofing element is formed substantially flat. In order to shield a sound source, in this embodiment several soundproofing elements according to the invention can subsequently be grouped together around the sound source and thus form a soundproofing wall.

Furthermore, another development of the teaching according to the invention provides that in addition to the first and the second web at least one further web is provided and that the further web is spaced from the adjacent first or second web and connected by connecting means therewith. In Fig. 1, a soundproofing element 2 is shown having a first web 4 and a second sheet 6 of flexible material, which are spaced apart and connected to each other facing surfaces by connecting means, in this embodiment by a connecting web 8 of flexible Material are formed.

The flexible material of the webs 4, 6, 8 consists in this embodiment of a polyester fabric, which has a double-sided coating. The coating has a layer of PVC, which makes the flammability difficult and the thermal stability and UV resistance of the webs 4, 6, 8 is improved. On its surface, the coating has a lacquer layer of a fluoropolymer, through which the surface of the soundproofing element 2 scratch-resistant and dirt-repellent designed and penetration of dirt and microorganisms is prevented. The opposite surfaces of the webs 4, 6 may be printed.

The connecting web 8 is alternately connected to the first web 4 and the second web 6 along the width dimension of the first web and the second web, that is, in Fig. 1 in the direction of an arrow 10, such that the connecting web 8, the first web 4 with the second web 6 connects substantially zigzag or meandering. The connection of the connecting web 8 with the first web 4 and the second web 6 is effected by welding to strip-shaped, substantially vertically extending connecting points, of which in the drawing only one connection point is provided with the reference numeral 12.

By the zigzag or meandering connection of the connecting web 8 of the first web 4 and the second web 6, a plurality of juxtaposed, upwardly open chambers formed with substantially the same volume, of which in the drawing, only two chambers with the reference numerals 14, 16th are provided, which are filled via formed at its upper end filling openings 18, 20 with a filling medium. The filling medium is formed in this embodiment by sand, resulting in a particularly good sound-insulating effect.

From the drawing is not apparent and therefore it is explained here that the connecting web 8 substantially over the entire height, ie in Fig. 1 in the direction of arrow 22, and substantially over the entire width, ie in the direction of arrow 10 in Fig. 1, the first web 4 and the second web 6 extends. In this way, a uniform connection of the webs 4, 6 is achieved over substantially the entire height and the entire width of the first web 4 and the second web 6 with each other. The soundproofing element 2, which is flexible in the embodiment, therefore, has a high stability, so that even when filled with high density media damage in the region of the connection points 12 are reliably avoided. In addition, there is a uniform distribution of the filling medium in the soundproofing element 2 in the filled state.

Der Querträger 28 hält das Schallschutzelement 2 an seinem oberen Rand und ist in weiter unten anhand von Fig. 4 näher erläuterter Weise relativ zu dem Halteteil 30 in Richtung eines Doppelpfeiles 36 vertikal verstellbar und in seiner jeweiligen Verstellage fixierbar und bildet so Spannmittel zum Spannen der miteinander verbundenen Bahnen 4, 6, 8.Fig. 2 shows a front view of the soundproofing element 2, which in this embodiment has a support structure consisting of two lateral supports 24, 26 and a cross member 28 which connects the supports 24, 26 with each other. Further, the support structure in this embodiment, a holding part 30 which is fixedly connected to the lateral supports 24, 26 and holds the soundproofing element 2 at its lower edge 32 stationary. The cross member 28 holds the soundproofing element 2 at its upper edge and is vertically adjustable relative to the holding member 30 in the direction of a double arrow 36 and fixed in its respective Verstellage in more detail below with reference to FIG. 4 manner and thus forms clamping means for clamping each other connected webs 4, 6, 8.

The soundproofing element 2 has at its sides and at its upper end Kederwülste 38, 40, 42, the form-fitting engage in complementary shaped grooves in the supports 24, 26 and the cross member 28, so that the soundproofing element 2 is securely connected via a Keder / groove connection with the support structure ,

From Fig. 2 it can be seen that the strip-shaped connection points 12 extend substantially over the entire height of the webs 4, 6, such that the connecting web 8, the webs 4, 6 substantially over the entire height of the webs 4, 6 interconnected ,

In the region of the filling openings 18, 20, the soundproofing element 2 has closing means which are formed by a flap 46 which is connected to the second web 6 and hinged at its upper edge 44 and which can be folded out of the plane of the drawing in FIG. 2 the viewer facing filling openings of the adjacent chambers 14, 16 and the other chambers closes. In its Verschließlage shown in Fig. 2, the flap 46 can be fixed by means of a hook and loop fastener, not shown, on the second web 6.

In the region of its lower end, the chambers have outlet openings for the filling medium, which can be closed in this embodiment by screw caps, of which in Fig. 2, only a screw cap is provided with the reference numeral 48.

It is seen that the Kederwülste 38, 40 of the interconnected tracks 4, 6, 8 engage in complementary shaped grooves 48, 50 of the lateral supports 24, 26 , The lateral supports 24, 26 are formed in this embodiment by solid profile parts. However, you can also by hollow profile parts be formed.

Furthermore, it can be seen from FIG. 3 that the connecting track extends substantially over the entire width of the tracks 4, 6 and connects them in a zigzag or meandering manner. 2 facing away from the viewer, for example, the chamber 14, also have outlet openings which are closed by screw caps, of which in Fig. 3, only a screw cap is provided with the reference numeral 52.

Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of a detail in the region of the connection of the cross member 28 with the lateral support 24. The support 24 has a U-shaped bracket 56 which is connected via plug pins 58, 60 with the support 24. The cross member 28 is received with its free end between the legs of the U-shaped bracket 56 and connected via an adjusting screw 60 in the vertical direction adjustable with the support 24.

The operation of the soundproofing element 2 according to the invention is as follows:

The soundproofing element 2 has a low weight in the unfilled state, so that it is easy to transport and handle. To shield sound, the soundproofing element 2 is positioned correspondingly in the area of the sound source. Then, the chambers 14, 16 and the other chambers via the associated filling openings 18, 20 filled with sand as filling medium. In order to avoid an accumulation of the filling medium in the lower region of the chambers, the soundproofing element 2 is previously biased by vertical adjustment of the cross member 28 in the vertical direction. In this way is a "sagging" of the sand and an undesirable accumulation in the lower area of the chambers 14, 16 avoided. By thus achieved uniform distribution of the sand in the chambers 14, 16 is achieved over the entire surface of the substantially planar soundproofing element 2 substantially the same sound-absorbing effect. In addition, this results in a uniform load on the connection points 12, so that damage to the soundproofing element 2 is avoided in these areas.

After filling the chambers 14, 16 and the other chambers with sand, the filling openings 18, 20 and the other filling openings are closed by means of the flap 46 and the flap 46 is fixed by means of the Velcro fasteners in their Verschließlage. In this way, penetration of moisture into the chambers 14, 16 is reliably avoided.

The soundproofing element 2 according to the invention has a particularly good sound-insulating effect due to the high-density filling medium.

After use of the soundproofing element 2, the sand can be discharged by opening the screw caps 48, 54 and the other screw caps. The soundproofing element 2 can then again be easily handled and transported away.

Fig. 5 shows a horizontal section through a generally designated 100 soundproof wall, which consists of the soundproofing element 2 according to Figures 1 to 4 and a further soundproofing element 102. The soundproofing element 102 is constructed as described with reference to FIGS. 1-4 for the soundproofing element 2. The soundproofing elements 2, 102 are arranged adjacent to each other and adjacent to each other, wherein the soundproofing element 102 has interconnected tracks 104, 106, 108, the on their side facing the soundproofing element 2 on the support 26 and on its side facing away from the soundproofing element 2 are held on a support 126.

The soundproofing elements 2, 102 have in the region of their edges connecting means for connection to additional soundproofing means, which are formed in this embodiment by an additional soundproofing element 202. The additional soundproofing element 202 is constructed in a manner corresponding to the soundproofing elements 2, 102 and has tracks 204, 206 which are connected to one another via a connecting track 208. The chambers formed in the soundproofing elements 2, 102 and the additional soundproofing element 202 are filled when using the soundproofing wall 100 with a filling medium, for example with water.

The connecting means for connecting the soundproofing elements 2, 102 with the additional soundproofing elements 202 are formed in this embodiment by Velcro fasteners, which are arranged at 210, 212. By means of the Velcro fasteners, which extend over the entire height of the soundproofing elements 2, 102, the additional soundproofing element 202 can be frictionally and detachably connected to the soundproofing elements 2, 102. It extends over the entire height of the soundproofing elements 2, 102 and spans, as shown in FIG. 5, the area in which the soundproofing elements 2, 102 adjoin one another completely. In this way, the formation of a sound bridge is avoided in the region of the support 26, so that the soundproof wall 100 has a high overall sound-insulating effect.

In a corresponding manner, in the region of the edges of the soundproofing elements 2, 102 more Velcro parts 214, 216 may be arranged in order to increase the soundproofing wall 100 by adding further soundproofing elements and to add additional soundproofing means, for example in the form of additional soundproofing elements 202, in the areas adjoining each other in adjacent soundproofing elements.

Auf diese Weise ist in diesem Bereich die Bildung einer Schallbrücke vermieden und die schalldämmende Wirkung verbessert.6 shows a vertical section through a further exemplary embodiment of a soundproofing element 2 according to the invention. In this exemplary embodiment, the additional soundproofing means are formed by two pocket-shaped receivers 218, 220 which are open at the top and which are provided for receiving vegetation 222, 224. The pocket-shaped receptacles 218, 220 are connected to each other via a material web 226 and engage around the soundproofing element 2 at its lower edge substantially positive fit, as shown in FIG. 6. In this way, the additional soundproofing means formed by the pocket-shaped receptacles 218, 220 extend into an area in which the soundproofing element 2 adjoins the bottom with its lower edge. In this way, the formation of a sound bridge is avoided in this area and improves the sound-insulating effect.
