Definitions

  • the invention relates to a soundproofing element referred to in the preamble of claim 1 Art.
  • Soundproofing elements are generally known, for example in the form of soundproof walls, and serve for sound insulation, for example for the insulation of traffic noise, construction noise or noise in factories.
  • a soundproofing element comprising a first sheet of flexible material and a second sheet of flexible material, the sheets being spaced from each other and wherein between the sheets a chamber for receiving a filling medium is formed.
  • the webs are in the form of a flexible shell which can be inflated with air or other gases as filling medium.
  • a disadvantage of the known soundproofing element is that the soundproofing effect is low due to the gaseous filling medium.
  • a similar soundproofing element is also by DE 44 22 585 C1.
  • a sound insulation material which is substantially rigid and has two cover layers, between which there is a core layer.
