- the invention relates to a partition of at least one module two vertically oriented carriers and two attached between the carriers side panels to form a filling volume.
- box-shaped boxes called gabions, made of wide-meshed steel mesh which are filled with rubble stones and serve as screens or retaining walls. Due to the wide-meshed nature of the steel mesh filling is possible only with relatively large stones.
- the boxes have no foundation, so that they have to be sufficiently stable by their own weight, usually have a width of at least 50 cm. This has the disadvantage that they can hardly be used, for example, as fencing for a residential property, especially in densely populated areas.
- each a grid mat is firmly bolted with known from the grid mesh fencing steel posts to form a cavity for receiving the filling. Due to the mechanical stability of the posts a narrow spatial extent in height and length is given. When filling with filler of small grain size, the use of an additional, close-meshed grid is proposed.
- a wall device in which two grating elements arranged at a distance from one another are each screwed independently of one another on a plurality of T-carriers to mutually facing inner sides of the T-carriers.
- the US-A-5 528 876 discloses a wall structure consisting of one of a plurality of vertically arranged grid frame, at the front and rear respectively a steel net is fixed to form a filling volume.

- the frame parts are formed from interconnected spars, between which the strings are hung.
- the invention is based on the object to provide a statically designed for high loads partition for receiving solid, preferably pourable materials that can be used versatile on the one hand, and on the other hand easily and inexpensively.
- the structure should be adaptable in its dimensions to the local conditions, in particular its width should also be narrow, e.g. be executable in a width of 10 cm.
- the clear width of the filling volume of a partition wall should be optimized. It should be filled with different solid materials of different size or grain size.
- the field of application should include the use as a screen, fencing, retaining wall at Abböschept, foreclosure between terraced houses, border of carports or the like.

- the end-side portions of two gratings are attached to a double-T carrier on the opposite sides.
- the open and the closed side of the carrier can serve as a contact surface.
- the side panels are not bolted directly to the carriers but only braced against each other under clamping of the wearer. In this way, almost all carrier types and materials can be used without much effort and do not need to be prepared correspondingly consuming for the appropriate use. Only means adapted to the side parts have to be provided for bracing the end regions of the side parts. Furthermore, the installation effort can be reduced on site, since such a method of attachment is largely independent of the height of the partition to be built. There are not appropriate to be provided before or on site for fixing the side parts in a screw in carrier to be provided holes. Rather, only a corresponding amount of means adapted to the height and statics for tensioning the side parts along the vertical extent of the carrier needs to be used.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a partition of at least one module two vertically oriented carriers and two attached between the carriers side panels to form a filling volume.
According to the state of the art there are box-shaped boxes, called gabions, made of wide-meshed steel mesh which are filled with rubble stones and serve as screens or retaining walls.
Due to the wide-meshed nature of the steel mesh filling is possible only with relatively large stones. The boxes have no foundation, so that they have to be sufficiently stable by their own weight, usually have a width of at least 50 cm. This has the disadvantage that they can hardly be used, for example, as fencing for a residential property, especially in densely populated areas.

The invention is based on the object to provide a statically designed for high loads partition for receiving solid, preferably pourable materials that can be used versatile on the one hand, and on the other hand easily and inexpensively. The structure should be adaptable in its dimensions to the local conditions, in particular its width should also be narrow, e.g. be executable in a width of 10 cm. In particular, the clear width of the filling volume of a partition wall should be optimized. It should be filled with different solid materials of different size or grain size. The field of application should include the use as a screen, fencing, retaining wall at Abböschungen, foreclosure between terraced houses, border of carports or the like.
This object is achieved by a partition according to the accompanying claims.
According to the invention, a dividing wall is designed as a modular construction with at least one module consisting of two vertically oriented carriers and two side parts mounted between the carriers to form a filling volume which is at least partially filled with solid filling material, in each case on both carriers at opposite receiving surfaces an end-side portion of a side part is attached, wherein the receiving surfaces and end portions fixed by bracing the end-side areas against each other and the nature of the side parts are adapted to the properties of the filling material.
In this case, the carriers can be formed in a manner known per se and adapted to the static conditions on site. For example, for high partitions up to 3 meters in accordance to be envisaged materials and types to choose that exceed the statics of a known galvanized fence post by a far. For example, it may be necessary to use a double-T beam of a suitably dimensioned dimension to use the partition wall for slope support, or to realize bulkheads of high heights that are self-weighting and tuned to weather conditions such as wind loads in a freestanding environment.
Furthermore, for aesthetic or technical reasons, such supports may be made of different materials, such as stainless steel, steel that may be protected against corrosion by galvanizing, paint, or the like, or natural materials such as stone and engineering stone-like materials such as concrete and the like. the latter being able to be reinforced, and combinations thereof.
Depending on the embodiment, the side parts can be designed to form the filling volume. For very fine material, the side panels can be closed. For coarser grit, grids or fabrics can be used that can be made of wood, plastic, natural materials or metal depending on the expected load. When using bulk material from stones, it has proved to be advantageous to use metal mesh, such as spot welded mesh or steel mesh. These can be protected against corrosion, for example painted, passivated or provided with a protective coating or consist of corrosion-resistant material such as stainless steel. Galvanized steel meshes have proved to be particularly advantageous.
Solid materials such as sand, gravel, quarry stones and the like, as well as earth, which can, for example, carry a fouling, may preferably serve as filling material. To achieve optical effects colors, color pigments can serve, it can be different colored Beds from appropriate minerals are used. As a contrast to the partitions corresponding filling materials can be selected. The filling volume is completely filled according to the invention. In order to adapt to the installation situation and to achieve optical effects, the filling space may also be partially filled.
It has proved to be particularly advantageous if only one grid is used per side, which is adapted to the grain size of the filling material and is impenetrable for this. For example, if a support grid and an internal grid used to prevent permeation of the filling material, valuable clear width of the filling volume is lost, which must be compensated by a correspondingly bulky thickness or insufficient in terms of the required properties, such as privacy, sound insulation and the like. This also applies to constructions in which the end regions of the separating grid are introduced against deflection in the cheeks of a double-T-beam. As a rule, such constructions can be filled only poorly with bulk material with comparable carrier training.
The attachment of the end-side regions to the outermost abutment surfaces of the carriers used is therefore advantageous for the largest possible width of the filling volume. For example, therefore, the end-side portions of two gratings are attached to a double-T carrier on the opposite sides. The open and the closed side of the carrier can serve as a contact surface.
The side panels are not bolted directly to the carriers but only braced against each other under clamping of the wearer.
In principle, suitable means for clamping all facilities that are able to maintain the train of the side parts under load while maintaining the filling material by maintaining a predetermined width.
For example, brackets can be used to clamp the two side parts against the carrier. These may be formed in one piece and at least in each case encompass a grid bar of an end region of a grid or a corresponding recess a closed side part outside the filling volume. In this case, these brackets can be prefabricated and pre-bent of metal, for example of rod or strip material, so that they are bent on site in the state of tension or brought without further bending by approximating the side parts in the unfilled filling volume in mounting position.
A further embodiment of a means for clamping the two side parts can be formed by two clamps, wherein in each case a clamp attached to at least two bars of the two grids on the opposite side of the filling volume of the grid and through the filling volume with a means for clamping the two brackets connected is. In this case, the means for clamping can be a screw introduced into the clamp, which finds its counter bearing in a nut arranged or attached to the other clamp. The screw connection can also be formed by a threaded pin, which is screwed into the brackets introduced internal thread. It is understood that any combination of these possibilities can be interlinked. Even constructions, such as those used in formwork construction of the concrete construction trade, can be used.
It is further understood that in particular such brackets or similar bracing means can be used to avoid bulging under load of the filling material in other areas of the side parts to a predetermined spacing of these.
The partition of the invention comprises the use of one or more modules of the type described in more detail above, these modules can be strung together and only two side panels and a carrier are necessary to expand a partition. The middle carrier serve as a receptacle for two grids of each module. By the method of bracing while no special precautions for additional inclusion of side panels must be made. Rather, subject in the proposed method of bracing the attachment only the selection of the bracing and the side panels used.
This can be provided in an advantageous manner to each other angularly arranged modules. The side parts must therefore not run in a line of about 180 ° but can be arranged at any angle to each other.
According to a further inventive concept attachments can be provided on at least one module, which have functions that expand the usability of the partition. For example, seating, roof projections, brackets and the like may be provided. With a combination of such attachments, functional units such as seating, shelters and the like can be designed. Be particularly advantageous elements made of metal have proven that attached to the two supports, for example, screwed, braced and / or mounted, as a support for constructions with other materials such as wood, glass and / or plastics in a similar designed as for example embossed shape serve. In this way, for example, seating with steel cheeks and wood pads can be displayed. As roofing metal, wood or plastic profiles can be attached to the partition wall, preferably on the support and be covered with appropriate roofing materials such as plates made of glass, plastic or sheets, bricks, or other roofing materials. It is understood that further attachments such as garbage containers, stop or signboards, lighting fixtures and the like are also included in the inventive idea.
