Definitions
- the invention relates to a suspension device for a facade cladding with wire mesh baskets according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Suspension devices are known (US Pat. EP-A-1 426 521 ), which have hanging rails, which are attached horizontally to the facade and hung in the wire mesh baskets. They are filled with stones, possibly mixed with plants. As the hanging rails are attached to the façade, it is difficult to install thermal insulation on the outside of the façade.
- the invention has for its object to form the generic suspension device so that a thermal insulation / insulation can be easily provided on the outside of the facade, without thereby the installation of the cladding is difficult.
- the suspension rails are no longer attached directly to the facade, but on the uprights.
- the suspension rails can be mounted at a distance to the outside of the facade, so that the space between the suspension rail and the facade can be easily provided with a thermal insulation / insulation.
- the hanging rails can be easily attached to the uprights. Since the Ein vonschienen extend between the carriers, a sufficient stability of the suspension rails is ensured so that even filled with heavy material wire baskets are kept reliable.
- the angled longitudinal edge which forms a stiffening edge of the suspension rail, contributes to the stability of the suspension rails, so that they can accommodate high loads without deforming horizontally and / or vertically.
- the suspension device described below grid baskets filled with bricks and the like are suspended at a distance from the wall to form a cladding.
- the suspension is in this case designed so that between the grid baskets and the outer wall, for example, an external insulation is still attached.
- the suspension device is designed so that it can absorb or transfer the large loads of the filled lattice baskets statically, without undesirable deformations occur.
- the suspension according to the FIGS. 1, 2 and 2a is attached to an upright building wall 1.
- the suspension device has spaced apart and parallel to each other upright support 2, on which at a distance one above the other hanging rails 3 are attached.
- the (not shown) grid baskets are fixed, which are filled with stones, for example, and are used as facade cladding.
- the vertically arranged carrier 2 are attached to the building wall 1, so that the loads are discharged via the carrier 2 in the building wall 1. Since the load of the suspended in the suspension rails 3 grid baskets is received by the building wall 1, the suspension can be statically predetermined. With this suspension almost any building wall heights can be realized without system changes. The suspension only needs a minimum wall distance.
- a wall insulation 4 which is fixed in a known manner to the outside of the building wall 1 and extends between the vertical beams 2.
- the hanging rails 3 have a small distance from the wall insulation 4.
- the depth of the carrier 2 determines the thickness the wall insulation 4. Depending on the required degree of isolation, the carriers 2 may have different depths.
- the carrier 2 are advantageously attached to the building wall 1 in a uniform grid. Depending on the installation conditions, it is of course possible to vary the distance between the carriers 2 also.
- the carrier 2 are advantageously made of steel profile parts.
- the carrier 2 Z-profile. With one leg 5 ( Fig. 2a ), the carrier 2 are attached to the building wall 1. At the other leg 6, the hanging rails 3 are hung. The web 7 connecting the two legs 5, 6 and extending perpendicularly to them passes through the wall insulation 4 and lies perpendicular to the building wall 1.
- the carrier 2 can also be made of U or double-T profile parts by way of example.
- the wall-side leg 5 has distributed over its height arranged mounting holes 8, which are advantageously designed as slots. This makes it possible to adjust the carrier 2 in the attachment at the same time in the height direction.
- the mounting parts protrude 9 ( Fig. 2 ), which are, for example anchoring screws or bolts that are anchored in the building wall 1.
- the outer leg 6 of the carrier 2 has at a distance superimposed mounting holes 10 (FIG. Fig. 2a ), in which the hanging rails 3 are hung.
- the attachment openings 10 have a rectangular cross-section.
- the attachment openings 10 are advantageously provided at the same distance one above the other.
- the suspension rail 3 is advantageously formed from a steel profile part.
- the two longitudinal edges of the suspension rail 3 are each folded.
- the lower fold 11 (in the installed position) Fig. 2a ) forms a Ein Wegfalz, in which the grid baskets are hung.
- This lower fold 11 is directed obliquely outwards.
- the upper fold 12 in the installed position is perpendicular to the two folds 11, 12 connecting web 13, with which the suspension rail 3 rests on the web 6 of the carrier 2.
- a tongue 14 is partially punched out and bent. It forms the Einberichtteil with which the suspension rail 3 is hooked into the mounting holes 10 of the carrier 2.
- the measured transversely to the folds 11, 12 length of the tongues 14 is matched to the mounting holes 10 that the suspension rail 3 is first moved perpendicular to the leg 6 of the carrier 2 so that the tongue 14 protrude through the mounting holes 10. Subsequently, the suspension rail 3 is lowered, so that the tongue 14 engages behind the lower edge 15 of the mounting hole 10.
- the two directions of movement during assembly of the suspension rail 3 are in Fig. 2a indicated by arrows.
- the suspension rails 3 With the partially bent tongues 14, which are provided over the length of the suspension rail 3 according to the distance between the carrier 2 from each other, the suspension rails 3 can be easily attached to the mounted on the building wall 1 straps 2. Since in the lower obliquely outward fold 11 of the hanging rails 3, the mesh baskets are hung, the suspension rails 3 are loaded downward, so that an unintentional unhooking of the hanging rails 3 from the carriers 2 is reliably avoided.
- the upper fold 12 of the suspension rails 3 in the installed position leads to a high degree of stiffening of the suspension rail so that it can absorb high loads without being deformed horizontally and / or vertically.
- the hanging rails 3 can be easily and yet securely mounted and disassembled if necessary without further notice. But it is also possible to screw the Einitatischienen 3 on the leg 6 of the carrier 2.
- the carrier leg 6 has in this case no suspension holes, but holes 16 ( Fig. 3 ). Accordingly, the Einpsychschienen 3 are provided instead of the tongues 14 with holes.
- the suspension rails are screwed to the carriers 2 in this embodiment.
- the wall insulation 4 may consist of conventional materials, for example of plastic plates. Such as from the 3 and 4 emerges, the wall insulation 4 extends to the webs 7 of the carrier 2. As from the 3 and 4 further shows, the carrier 2 can be attached to the building wall 1 with the interposition of plastic parts 17.
- the wall insulation 4 extends in this case over the wall-side leg 5 of the support 2 out to the building wall 1.
- the outer leg 6 of the support 2 is at a small distance from the outside of the wall insulation 4.
- the plastic parts 17 form an insulation for the carrier second It is sufficient if these plastic parts 17 are provided in the amount of the fastening openings 8 in the carrier leg 5. The plastic parts 17 are then penetrated by the fastening parts 9 and thus held at the same time.
- the free end of the tongues 14 is slightly bent outwards, whereby the mounting of the rails 3 in the mounting holes 10 of the support legs 6 is facilitated.
- the suspension rails extend, for example, over the distance of more than three carriers 2. Between adjacent carriers 2, the side by side and flush with each other lying suspension rails 3 are connected by coupling pieces 18.
- these coupling pieces are located centrally between adjacent supports 2. In this way, the ends of the suspension rails 3 cantilevered over the respective supports 2 are stabilized with respect to the tensile load by the suspended mesh baskets. Without these coupling pieces 18, the mesh baskets suspended in the suspension rails 3 would bend the protruding ends horizontally forward.
- the 8 to 11 show different ways of designing the coupling pieces 18.
- the coupling piece 18 is formed by a U-piece, which is placed on the upper edge 19 of the webs 7 of the adjacent hanging rails 3.
- the upper fold 12 is recessed.
- the coupling piece 18 can be easily stuck on the webs 7 of the adjacent hanging rails 3.
- the coupling piece 18 is secured by the upper folds 12 of the adjacent hanging rails 3 against displacement.
- the coupling piece 18 is formed so that it rests with its legs 20, 21 on the inside and the outside of the web 7 of the hanging rails 3.
- the legs 20, 21 of the coupling piece 18 extend approximately over half the height of the leg 7 of the suspension rails 3. This ensures that the two hanging rails 3 have a high rigidity in the connection area.
- the coupling pieces 18 can be very easy to assemble due to the described training by a plug-in operation.
- the coupling pieces 18 are designed so that they overlap the hanging rails 3 on its side facing the building wall 1 and the wall insulation 4 side.
- the coupling pieces 18 thus have substantially the same cross-sectional shape as the suspension rails 3.
- the coupling piece 18 has a planar web 22 which connects two legs 23 and 24 together.
- the upper leg 23 in the installed position has an angled free end 25, with which the coupling piece 18 engages over the upper fold 12 of the suspension rail 3.
- the lower leg 24 in the installed position is shaped corresponding to the lower fold 11 of the suspension rail 3, but shorter than this.
- the coupling piece 18 is located with its web 22 and the legs 23, 24 on the web 13 and the folds 11, 12 of the suspension rail 3 flat. With the coupling piece 18, the ends of the adjacent hanging rails 3 projecting beyond the supports 2 are connected to one another in order to achieve the high rigidity.
- the coupling piece 18 is a flat part, which is screwed to the building wall 1 facing the outside of the web 13 of the suspension rails 3.
- the overhanging ends of the adjacent suspension rails 3 are provided with slots 26 which extend in the longitudinal direction of the suspension rails 3 and with which a simple attachment of the coupling piece 18 at the overhanging ends of the suspension rails 3 is possible.
- the coupling piece 18 is provided with threaded holes 27 into which the fastening screws 28 are screwed.
- Fig. 12 shows by way of example the carrier 2, which are arranged in a grid R of 1000 mm.
- the protruding ends of the suspension rail 3 are slightly shorter than half the pitch, so that the adjacent ends of adjacent Einschschienen 3 have a small distance from each other.
- the coupling piece 18 (not shown), this distance between adjacent hanging rails 3 is bridged.
- the 15 to 17 show a suspension in which the support 2 stand up on the ground. The load is therefore launched into the underground.
- the anchoring of the carrier 2 in the building wall 1 serves in this case only as anti-tipper.
- the carriers 2 are the same design as in the previous embodiments.
- the carrier 2 abut with its wall-side leg 5 on the outside of the insulation 4.
- a spacer sleeve 29, which is penetrated by a fastening anchor 30, adjoins the rear side of the carrier leg 5 in each case. With the fastening anchors 30, the carrier 2 are attached to the building wall 1.
- the spacers 29 make a rigid connection of the profile carrier 2 with the building wall 1 ago. Since the insulation 4 is interrupted only in the region of the spacers 29, there is an optimal thermal insulation.
- the carrier 2 are with a bottom plate 31 on the ground, for example, a foundation on.
- the Fig. 18 to 21 show a further possibility of how the suspension rails 3 can be held on the beams 2.
- the tongues 14 of the suspension rails 3 are not bent at the free end, but run parallel to the web 13 of the suspension rail.
- the leg 6 of the carrier. 2 has the rectangular attachment opening 10 through which the tongue 14 of the suspension rail 3 is inserted.
- the support leg 6 is provided with an outwardly bent securing part 32 into which the free end of the tongue 14 engages ( Fig. 18 ).
- the securing part 32 protrudes beyond the rear side of the leg 6 facing away from the suspension rail 3 and has in plan view Fig. 21 about trapezoidal shape.
- the web 33 of the securing part 32 lying at a distance behind the leg 6 lies parallel to the support leg 6 and passes over the diverging legs 34, 35 into the support leg 6 at both edges.
- the securing part 32 can be bent out of the carrier leg 6 in a simple manner.
- the suspension rail 3 is initially set for attachment to the carrier 2 so that the tongue 14 can be inserted through the mounting hole 10. Subsequently, the suspension rail 3 is lowered, wherein the free end of the tongue 14 engages in the securing part 32.
- the distance of the web 33 of the securing part 32 from the back of the support leg 6 corresponds approximately to the thickness of the tongue 14.
- the suspension rail 3 is securely held in the mounted position on the carrier 2. With this embodiment, it is particularly possible to hook particularly heavy stone baskets in the suspension rails 3, without the risk that the tongues 14 may bend under the load.

Description
The invention relates to a suspension device for a facade cladding with wire mesh baskets according to the preamble of
The invention has for its object to form the generic suspension device so that a thermal insulation / insulation can be easily provided on the outside of the facade, without thereby the installation of the cladding is difficult.
This object is achieved in the generic suspension device according to the invention with the characterizing features of
In the suspension device according to the invention, the suspension rails are no longer attached directly to the facade, but on the uprights. As a result, the suspension rails can be mounted at a distance to the outside of the facade, so that the space between the suspension rail and the facade can be easily provided with a thermal insulation / insulation. The angled longitudinal edge, which forms a stiffening edge of the suspension rail, contributes to the stability of the suspension rails, so that they can accommodate high loads without deforming horizontally and / or vertically. By the coupling piece, the mutually aligned suspension rails connects and is located between adjacent carriers, it is achieved that the suspension rails are stabilized against the tensile load by the suspended mesh baskets.

The
