Description

The invention relates to a partition of at least one module two vertically oriented carriers and two attached between the carriers side panels to form a filling volume.
According to the state of the art there are box-shaped boxes, called gabions, made of wide-meshed steel mesh which are filled with rubble stones and serve as screens or retaining walls.
Due to the wide-meshed nature of the steel mesh filling is possible only with relatively large stones. The boxes have no foundation, so that they have to be sufficiently stable by their own weight, usually have a width of at least 50 cm. This has the disadvantage that they can hardly be used, for example, as fencing for a residential property, especially in densely populated areas.

Furthermore, from the DE 20 2006 004 980 U1 a protective fence with stone filling known in which each a grid mat is firmly bolted with known from the grid mesh fencing steel posts to form a cavity for receiving the filling. Due to the mechanical stability of the posts a narrow spatial extent in height and length is given. When filling with filler of small grain size, the use of an additional, close-meshed grid is proposed.

The invention is based on the object to provide a statically designed for high loads partition for receiving solid, preferably pourable materials that can be used versatile on the one hand, and on the other hand easily and inexpensively. The structure should be adaptable in its dimensions to the local conditions, in particular its width should also be narrow, e.g. be executable in a width of 10 cm. In particular, the clear width of the filling volume of a partition wall should be optimized. It should be filled with different solid materials of different size or grain size. The field of application should include the use as a screen, fencing, retaining wall at Abböschungen, foreclosure between terraced houses, border of carports or the like.

This object is achieved by a partition according to the accompanying claims.

According to the invention, a dividing wall is designed as a modular construction with at least one module consisting of two vertically oriented carriers and two side parts mounted between the carriers to form a filling volume which is at least partially filled with solid filling material, in each case on both carriers at opposite receiving surfaces an end-side portion of a side part is attached, wherein the receiving surfaces and end portions fixed by bracing the end-side areas against each other and the nature of the side parts are adapted to the properties of the filling material.

In this case, the carriers can be formed in a manner known per se and adapted to the static conditions on site. For example, for high partitions up to 3 meters in accordance to be envisaged materials and types to choose that exceed the statics of a known galvanized fence post by a far. For example, it may be necessary to use a double-T beam of a suitably dimensioned dimension to use the partition wall for slope support, or to realize bulkheads of high heights that are self-weighting and tuned to weather conditions such as wind loads in a freestanding environment.

Furthermore, for aesthetic or technical reasons, such supports may be made of different materials, such as stainless steel, steel that may be protected against corrosion by galvanizing, paint, or the like, or natural materials such as stone and engineering stone-like materials such as concrete and the like. the latter being able to be reinforced, and combinations thereof.

Depending on the embodiment, the side parts can be designed to form the filling volume. For very fine material, the side panels can be closed. For coarser grit, grids or fabrics can be used that can be made of wood, plastic, natural materials or metal depending on the expected load. When using bulk material from stones, it has proved to be advantageous to use metal mesh, such as spot welded mesh or steel mesh. These can be protected against corrosion, for example painted, passivated or provided with a protective coating or consist of corrosion-resistant material such as stainless steel. Galvanized steel meshes have proved to be particularly advantageous.

Solid materials such as sand, gravel, quarry stones and the like, as well as earth, which can, for example, carry a fouling, may preferably serve as filling material. To achieve optical effects colors, color pigments can serve, it can be different colored Beds from appropriate minerals are used. As a contrast to the partitions corresponding filling materials can be selected. The filling volume is completely filled according to the invention. In order to adapt to the installation situation and to achieve optical effects, the filling space may also be partially filled.

It has proved to be particularly advantageous if only one grid is used per side, which is adapted to the grain size of the filling material and is impenetrable for this. For example, if a support grid and an internal grid used to prevent permeation of the filling material, valuable clear width of the filling volume is lost, which must be compensated by a correspondingly bulky thickness or insufficient in terms of the required properties, such as privacy, sound insulation and the like. This also applies to constructions in which the end regions of the separating grid are introduced against deflection in the cheeks of a double-T-beam. As a rule, such constructions can be filled only poorly with bulk material with comparable carrier training.

The attachment of the end-side regions to the outermost abutment surfaces of the carriers used is therefore advantageous for the largest possible width of the filling volume. For example, therefore, the end-side portions of two gratings are attached to a double-T carrier on the opposite sides. The open and the closed side of the carrier can serve as a contact surface.

Furthermore, it has proved to be particularly advantageous not to screw the side parts directly to the carriers but only to clamp against each other under clamping of the wearer. In this way, almost all carrier types and materials can be used without much effort and do not need to be prepared correspondingly consuming for the appropriate use. Only means adapted to the side parts have to be provided for bracing the end regions of the side parts. Furthermore, the installation effort can be reduced on site, since such a method of attachment is largely independent of the height of the partition to be built. There are not appropriate to be provided before or on site for fixing the side parts in a screw in carrier to be provided holes. Rather, only a corresponding amount of means adapted to the height and statics for tensioning the side parts along the vertical extent of the carrier needs to be used.

In principle, suitable means for clamping all facilities that are able to maintain the train of the side parts under load while maintaining the filling material by maintaining a predetermined width.

For example, brackets can be used to clamp the two side parts against the carrier. These may be formed in one piece and at least in each case encompass a grid bar of an end region of a grid or a corresponding recess a closed side part outside the filling volume. In this case, these brackets can be prefabricated and pre-bent of metal, for example of rod or strip material, so that they are bent on site in the state of tension or brought without further bending by approximating the side parts in the unfilled filling volume in mounting position.

A further embodiment of a means for clamping the two side parts can be formed by two clamps, wherein in each case a clamp attached to at least two bars of the two grids on the opposite side of the filling volume of the grid and through the filling volume with a means for clamping the two brackets connected is. In this case, the means for clamping can be a screw introduced into the clamp, which finds its counter bearing in a nut arranged or attached to the other clamp. The screw connection can also be formed by a threaded pin, which is screwed into the brackets introduced internal thread. It is understood that any combination of these possibilities can be interlinked. Even constructions, such as those used in formwork construction of the concrete construction trade, can be used.

It is further understood that in particular such brackets or similar bracing means can be used to avoid bulging under load of the filling material in other areas of the side parts to a predetermined spacing of these.

The partition of the invention comprises the use of one or more modules of the type described in more detail above, these modules can be strung together and only two side panels and a carrier are necessary to expand a partition. The middle carrier serve as a receptacle for two grids of each module. By the method of bracing while no special precautions for additional inclusion of side panels must be made. Rather, subject in the proposed method of bracing the attachment only the selection of the bracing and the side panels used.

This can be provided in an advantageous manner to each other angularly arranged modules. The side parts must therefore not run in a line of about 180 ° but can be arranged at any angle to each other.

According to a further inventive concept attachments can be provided on at least one module, which have functions that expand the usability of the partition. For example, seating, roof projections, brackets and the like may be provided. With a combination of such attachments, functional units such as seating, shelters and the like can be designed. Be particularly advantageous elements made of metal have proven that attached to the two supports, for example, screwed, braced and / or mounted, as a support for constructions with other materials such as wood, glass and / or plastics in a similar designed as for example embossed shape serve. In this way, for example, seating with steel cheeks and wood pads can be displayed. As roofing metal, wood or plastic profiles can be attached to the partition wall, preferably on the support and be covered with appropriate roofing materials such as plates made of glass, plastic or sheets, bricks, or other roofing materials. It is understood that further attachments such as garbage containers, stop or signboards, lighting fixtures and the like are also included in the inventive idea.

Figure 1 shows schematically a front view and Figure 3 shows a cross section of a preferred embodiment of a module 1 of a partition wall according to the invention with two vertically oriented carriers 2a, 2b, where two side parts, designed as steel grid mats 5a, 5b are arranged, of which in Figure 1, only the front steel grid mat 5a is visible. The carriers 2a, 2b receive the steel lattice mats 5a, 5b by bracing against the carriers 2a, 2b by means 6, not shown in FIG. 1 and only indicated in FIG. 3, as shown for example in FIGS. 5 and 6 as brackets become. The fixing takes place by means of a frictional connection on the carriers, which depends on the surface roughness of the carriers and the end regions of the steel mesh mats with which the carrier comes into contact. It will be understood that the mating surfaces between steel grid mats and beams may also include projections or tabs which may additionally have forces for holding or fixing the parts together. In particular, it may be advantageous to store or secure the parts during assembly, for example by being suspended in retaining lugs designed for this purpose in the supports.

The means 6 are mounted according to the required strength of the frictional connection in the necessary number. To prevent bulging of the steel lattice mats 5a, 5b, the number of necessary means 6 or differently configured means 6a between the two end-side regions along the extension of the steel lattice mats 5a, 5b distributed over the steel grid surfaces to secure a defined distance of these.

The supports 2a, 2b can be formed from materials necessary for the necessary stability, it can be seen from FIG. 3 that the support 2a consists of solid material, for example a reinforced concrete pillar, which can be clad with natural stones, and the support 2b is a double T. Carrier is. The beams 2a, 2b each have a support part 3a, 3b, to which the steel mesh mats 5a, 5b are accommodated, and a foundation part 4a, 4b, which is grounded or anchored in the ground.

The steel lattice mats 5a, 5b, the carrier 2a, 2b and a lower boundary of the soil or a floor - as shown for example in Figure 14 - limit a usually open at the top, but also coverable gap, the filling volume 7 for solid , preferably pourable material is used. The grid spacing of steel grid mats can be adapted to the grain of the filling material. It is preferably 2.5 cm. In this way can be dispensed with costly and assembly-consuming intermediate grid. The steel mesh mats 5a, 5b preferably have a format between 1 to 5 meters high and up to 5 meters, preferably 2.5 meters wide. The supports 2a, 2b preferably have a height of 1.5 to 6 meters and, for example, a cross section of 10x10 cm or 10x15 cm.

Figure 2 shows schematically a front view and Figure 4 shows a cross section through a partition 100 with two juxtaposed modules 1 (Figure). For such a construction of doubled length, only three carriers 2a, 2b, 2c are necessary, which can be brought to almost any length by further cultivation of modules. To connect two modules, it may be advantageous to use supports 2c in a design whose width allows the steel mesh mats 5a, 5b to be impacted, if necessary while maintaining a desired spacing. If the carrier is to be kept small with respect to its width, two steel lattice mats 5a or 5b following one another in the length of the dividing wall 100 can also be mounted overlapping.

The formed filling volume of the individual modules can be completely or partially filled with filling material 7a. In this case, the individual modules - a free-standing module 1 according to Figures 1 and 3 - are designed to be free or identical in shape and color of the filling. Also, the nature of the side panels can be varied over the individual modules. Thus, for coarse grain size of a module, for example, a coarser grid can be used than in a subsequent module with finer grain size, or the color, such as the type of the metallic luster or the metal surface, can be adapted to the character of the filling which differs from module to module.

Furthermore, the modules 1 of FIGS. 1 and 3 can not only be combined in line with dividing walls 100. Rather, diverse, angled and adapted to the course of the terrain forms of partitions can be advantageous. In a corresponding embodiment of a carrier and partitions are conceivable in which emanating from a carrier, three or more modules. On slopes, it may be advantageous to adapt the side panels from module to module on the hillside and offset from the adjacent side walls offset in height.

Figure 5 shows a preferred embodiment of a bracket 6c, preferably of galvanized steel or stainless steel, which is located between two opposite, vertical or horizontal aligned rods 10 of the steel lattice mats 5a, 5b (Figure 2) for bracing these against the carrier 2a, 2b, 2c or used as a spacer against a bulging of the steel mesh mats. The clip 6c can be made of round or strip material or the like and has a straight part 8 for bridging the distance between the parallel arranged, the filling volume defining steel grid mats 5a, 5b with two molded hooks 9, the rods 10 of the steel lattice mats 5a , 5b. The radius of curvature of the hooks 9 is adapted to the bars 10 and the mesh size. The brackets 6c are advantageously mounted under pre-tensioning before filling the filling volume. The extent and shape of the hooks 9 is adapted so that the force to be expended during the pretensioning is low and an independent unhooking of the hook is made difficult or impossible.
Figure 6 shows a further preferred embodiment of a clip as a multi-part holder 6d with two profile parts 11 with the bars 10 adapted profiles 12, each engaging from the outside in one or more - in the case shown in two - bars 10 of the steel lattice mats 5a, 5b and means a connection which is a screw connection with a nut 13 and a screw 14 here, which passes through the two profile parts and braced against each other during screwing.
Figures 7 to 9 show different advantageous embodiment of beams 2b, 2d, 2e in cross section. The carrier 2b is designed as a double-T carrier. The steel grid mats are advantageously attached to the outside of the parallel support surfaces. In the inside of the carrier cheeks guided steel mesh mats must be additionally provided for bracing with an abutment on which they can be supported against each other and allow only greatly narrowed filling volumes. For special requirements, however, an embodiment of an inside guide of the steel mesh mats in the carrier can be carried out if the advantages, for example an aesthetic specification, outweigh the disadvantages mentioned. The double-T-carrier 2b is preferably made of galvanized steel or stainless steel.

Figure 8 shows a rectangular in cross-section support 2d of a reinforcing core made of reinforced concrete and a complete veneer on its four sides is made of natural stone.

Die zusammengefügten Flächen der Natursteinelemente sind vorteilhafterweise mit Bewehrungsgewebe versehen.FIG. 9 shows a preferred embodiment of a cross-sectionally rectangular carrier 2e, which is assembled from two uniform natural stone elements. The joined surfaces of the natural stone elements are advantageously provided with reinforcement fabric.

Figures 10, 11 and 12 show various embodiments of a foundation or attachment of the carrier 2f, 2g, 2h of a partition according to the invention in or on the ground or other ground surface.
Figure 10 shows an attachment of the carrier 2f on a solid floor material 15, preferably concrete, which can be embedded as a foundation on site already in the ground. The underside of the carrier 2f is mounted on a plate 16, for example welded to the plate 16. The plate 16 is firmly connected to the soil material, for example - as shown here - screwed by means of screws 17 and not shown, introduced into the soil dowels.
Figure 11 shows a preferred attachment of the carrier 2g, which is embedded with the foundation part 4 in a concrete foundation. It may be advantageous to introduce the carrier 2g on site in non-hardened concrete mass and let it harden. However, the carrier can also be delivered with a factory-installed concrete foundation.

Außerdem können damit versehene erfindungsgemäße Trennwände leicht abbaubar und verstellbar ausgestaltet werden.FIG. 12 shows a carrier 2h which is similar to the carrier 2f of FIG. 10, wherein the plate 19 is not welded on and a receptacle 18 for the carrier 2h is connected to the plate 19, preferably welded. This embodiment has the particular advantage that even non-metallic support can be applied to an already existing on-site foundation. In addition, partition walls provided with this invention can be easily degraded and made adjustable.

Zudem erhöht sie die Stabilität des erfindungsgemäßen Aufbaus.FIG. 13 shows a U-shaped spacer 6e with a bottom part 20 and two cheeks 21 adjoining the bottom part, preferably made of galvanized steel or stainless steel. In a preferred embodiment of a partition wall according to the invention a plurality of these spacers 6e attached to the underside of the steel mesh mats 5a, 5b (Figure 1) and thus limit the filling volume of the partition down, especially if in a corresponding installation situation, the ground to the steel mesh mats a relatively large distance Has. This is particularly advantageous if the filling volume of the partition should not extend to the ground, because this is about uneven or a distance of the filling volume to the soil to be met. In addition, it increases the stability of the structure according to the invention.

Figure 14 shows a plan view of a section of a partition wall according to the invention, which is provided with the arranged in the longitudinal course of the steel grid mats spacers 6e of Figure 13. The spacers 6e are introduced between vertical bars 10 and with their cheeks 21 in horizontal bars 22 of the mounted opposite steel lattice mats. In the illustrated embodiment, the steel mats are each provided with two parallel horizontal bars 22, between which the cheeks 21 (Figure 13) of the spacers are mounted. The spacers may also be formed lattice-shaped. With continuous attachment of these spacers along the full length of the steel mesh mats, the spacers form a bottom for receiving the bulk material.

Die Bretter können über weitere Wangen 26 an den Trägern oder dem Gitter 5 abgestützt beziehungsweise befestigt sein.FIG. 15 shows a module 1 of a partition wall with an attachment, which is designed in the form of a seat 25. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the seat 25 is formed from two cheeks 26 which are connected at the ends to the brackets 2a, 2b and which are spread by a plane spanned by these, which forms the seat cover in the form of boards 27 connecting the two cheeks along their length. The cheeks 26 may be positively and / or frictionally connected to the carriers 2a, 2b, for example, they may be screwed, riveted, locked, braced, welded or suspended in the carrier, in which case the carrier may have corresponding recesses. It is understood that the cheeks may be supported against the ground. In order to form seating over several modules, cheeks on beams connecting the modules can also accommodate boards of adjacent modules. Overall, the embodiment of this embodiment is not restrictive with respect to other advantageous attachments to see the partitions. Rather, other configurations of seating arrangements can also be provided with backrests. Other additional or alternative attachments such as roofs, billboards, information boards, storage facilities, for example, for leaflets and the like, receptacles such as waste containers can be provided. Furthermore, plant troughs can be provided, which are fastened to the carriers and / or hooked into the grids 5. Thus, it may be advantageous to connect plant troughs and seating to a unit with the partitions. In this case, in a particularly advantageous embodiment, the plant troughs fastened to the separating grid or erected in front of it can serve as a bearing surface for the seating areas, for example in the form of the boards 27 shown. The boards can be supported or secured by further cheeks 26 on the carriers or the grid 5.
