Claims (26)

  1. Verwendung als Hochdruckadditiv, welches in wässrigen Schmiermitteln eingesetzt wird, die für die Verformung oder die Verarbeitung von Metallen verwendet werden, von lamellaren Kristallen mit einer Länge (L) zwischen 0,1 und 100 µm, einer Breite (I) zwischen 0,5 und 30 µm und einer Dicke (e) zwischen 5 und 200 nm, welche eine Packung von organischen Phasen (O) und wässrigen Lösungen (A) gemäß der Kettenbildung O/[A/O]n aufweisen, wobei n eine ganze Zahl von 0 verschieden ist, und so, dass die Packung eine Dicke von 5 bis 200 nm aufweist, wobei die organischen Phasen aufweisen:
    eine Carbonsäure, gesättigt oder nicht, welche wenigstens 5 Kohlenstoffatome aufweist,
    ein Phosphatsäureester der Formel (RO)x-P(=O)(OH)x', wobei in der Formel R ein Kohlenwasserstoffradikal ist, gegebenenfalls polyalkoxyliert, x und x' gleich 1 oder 2 sind, unter der Bedingung, dass die Summe von x und x' gleich 3 ist,
    wenigstens ein Metall in Form eines multivalenten Ions,
    wobei die Säuren gegebenenfalls durch eine organische oder mineralische Base neutralisiert sind.
  2. Verwendung gemäß dem vorausgegangenen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der lamellaren Kristalle zwischen 0,5 und 20 µm liegt.
  3. Verwendung gemäß irgend einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite der lamellaren Kristalle zwischen 0,5 und 10 µm liegt.
  4. Verwendung gemäß irgend einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der lamellaren Kristalle zwischen 10 und 100 nm liegt.
  5. Verwendung gemäß irgend einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Carbonsäure der organischen Phase wenigstens eine Mono- oder Polycarbonsäure ist, gesättigt oder nicht, mit 5 bis 40 Kohlenstoffatomen.
  6. Verwendung gemäß irgend einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Carbonsäure der organischen Phase wenigstens eine Säure der folgenden Formel ist: R1 - COOH; wobei in der Formel R1 ein Alkyl-, Alkenylradikal darstellt, ein- oder mehrfach ethylenisch ungesättigt, linear oder verzweigt, mit 5 bis 40 Kohlenstoffatomen (wobei das Kohlenstoffatom der Carboxylgruppe enthalten ist), gegebenenfalls durch ein oder mehrere Hydroxylradikale und/oder wenigstens eine Carboxylfunktion substituiert.
  7. Verwendung gemäß irgend einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Phosphatsäureester der folgenden Formel ist: [R(OA)y]x-P(=O)(OH)x' in welcher R ein Kohlenwasserstoffradikal mit 1 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen ist, A ein lineares oder verzweigtes Alkylenradikal mit 2 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen ist, y, mittlerer Wert, zwischen 0 und 100 liegt, x und x' gleich 1 oder 2 sind unter der Bedingung, dass x + x' = 3 ist.
  8. Verwendung gemäß irgend einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Säuren der organischen Phase durch eine Base neutralisiert sind, die aus den basischen Verbindungen gewählt ist, welche monovalente Spezies erzeugen.
  9. Verwendung gemäß dem vorausgegangen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mineralische Base gewählt ist aus den Hydroxiden, Hydrocarbonaten, Carbonaten, Bicarbonaten, Alkalimetall, Ammoniak.
  10. Verwendung gemäss Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die organische Base gewählt ist aus den einwertigen, zweiwertigen oder dreiwertigen Aminen mit 1 bis 40 Kohlenstoffatomen, gegebenenfalls substituiert durch ein oder mehrere Hydroxylradikale, und/oder gegebenenfalls durch ein oder mehrere Oxyalkylengruppen.
  11. Verwendung gemäß irgend einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die organische Phase wenigstens ein Metall in Form eines multivalenten Kations aufweist, welches aus den Gruppen IIA, VIII, IB, IIB, mit Ausnahme von Kobalt und Nickel, gewählt ist.
  12. Verwendung gemäß irgend einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wässrigen Schmiermittel wenigstens ein nicht-ionisches Tensid aufweisen.
  13. Verwendung gemäß irgend einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche für die Verarbeitung und/oder Verformung von Metallen wie Stähle, rostfreie Stähle, Aluminium, Kupfer, Zink, Zinn, Legierung auf Basis von Kupfer (Bronze, Messing).
  14. Verwendung gemäß irgend einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche für das Drahtziehen von mit Messing bedeckten Stahldrähten.
  15. Lamellare Kristalle mit einer Länge (L) zwischen 0,1 und 100 µm, einer Breite (I) zwischen 0,5 und 30 µm und einer Dicke (e) zwischen 5 und 200 nm, welche eine Packungsart von organischen Arten (O) und wässrigen Lösungen (A) gemäß der Kettenbildung O/[A/O]n aufweisen, wobei n eine ganze Zahl von 0 verschieden ist, und so, dass die Packungsart eine Dicke von 5 bis 200 nm aufweist, wobei die organischen Phasen aufweisen:
    eine Carbonsäure, gesättigt oder nicht, welche wenigstens 5 Kohlenstoffatome aufweist,
    ein Phosphatsäureester der Formel (RO)x-P(=O)(OH)x', wobei in der Formel R ein Kohlenwasserstoffradikal ist, gegebenenfalls polyalkoxyliert, x und x' gleich 1 oder 2 sind, unter der Bedingung, dass die Summe von x und x' gleich 3 ist,
    wenigstens ein Metall in Form eines multivalenten Ions,
    wobei die Säuren gegebenenfalls durch eine organische oder mineralische Base neutralisiert sind.
  16. Lamellare Kristalle gemäss dem vorausgegangenen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in einem wässrigen Medium dispergiert sind, welches wenigstens ein nicht-ionisches Tensid aufweist.
  17. Lamellare Kristalle gemäss irgend einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der lamellaren Kristalle zwischen 0,5 und 20 µm liegt.
  18. Lamellare Kristalle gemäss irgend einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite der lamellaren Kristalle zwischen 0,5 und 10 µm liegt.
  19. Lamellare Kristalle gemäss irgend einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der lamellaren Kristalle zwischen 10 und 100 nm liegt.
  20. Lamellare Kristalle gemäss irgend einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Carbonsäure der organischen Phase wenigstens eine Mono- oder Polycarbonsäure ist, gesättigt oder nicht, mit 5 bis 40 Kohlenstoffatomen.
  21. Lamellare Kristalle gemäss irgend einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Carbonsäure der organischen Phase wenigstens eine Säure der folgenden Formel ist: R1- COOH; wobei in der Formel R1 ein Alkyl-, Alkenylradikal darstellt, ein- oder mehrfach ethylenisch ungesättigt, linear oder verzweigt, mit 5 bis 40 Kohlenstoffatomen (wobei das Kohlenstoffatom der Carboxylgruppe enthalten ist), gegebenenfalls durch ein oder mehrere Hydroxylradikale und/oder wenigstens eine Carboxylfunktion substituiert.
  22. Lamellare Kristalle gemäss irgend einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Phosphatsäureester der folgenden Formel ist: [R(OA)y]x-P(=O)(OH)x' in welcher R ein Kohlenwasserstoffradikal mit 1 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen ist, A ein lineares oder verzweigtes Alkylenradikal mit 2 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen ist, y, mittlerer Wert, zwischen 0 und 100 liegt, x und x' gleich 1 oder 2 sind unter der Bedingung, dass x + x' = 3 ist.
  23. Lamellare Kristalle gemäss irgend einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Säuren der organischen Phase durch eine Base neutralisiert sind, die aus den basischen Verbindungen gewählt ist, welche monovalente Spezies erzeugen.
  24. Lamellare Kristalle gemäss irgend einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die organische Phase wenigstens ein Metall in Form eines multivalenten Kations aufweist, welches aus den Gruppen IIA, VIII, IB, IIB, mit Ausnahme von Kobalt und Nickel, gewählt ist.
  25. Verfahren zur Herstellung von lamellaren Kristallen gemäss irgend einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 24, in welchem eine Lösung oder Dispersion, welche gegebenenfalls neutralisierte Säuren aufweist, mit einem Metall in Kontakt gebracht wird, welches sich in ionischer und/oder metallischer Form darstellt.
