Abstract

La utilización como aditivo de extrema presión utilizado en los lubricantes acuosos empleados para la deformaciòn o la transformación de los metales, de cristalitos laminares de longitud (L) comprendida entre 0, 1 y 100 m, de anchura (l) comprendida entre 0, 5 y 30 m y de espesor (e) comprendido entre 5 y 200 nm, que comprenden un apilamiento de fases orgánicas (O) y de disoluciones acuosas (A) según el encadenamiento O/[A/O]n, siendo n un número entero diferente de 0 y tal que el apilamiento presente un espesor de 5 a 200 nm, comprendiendo las fases orgánicas : - un ácido carboxílico, saturado o no, que comprende al menos 5 átomos de carbono, - un éster fosfato ácido de fórmula (RO)x-P(=O)(OH)x¿, fórmula en la que R es una radical hidrocarbonado, ocasionalmente polialcoxilado, x y x¿son iguales a 1 ó 2, con la condición de que la suma de x y x¿sea igual a 3, y - al menos un metal en forma de un ion multivalente; estando dichos ácidos ocasionalmente neutralizados por una base orgánica omineral.
