Abstract

Description
本发明专利涉及一种用于包括减震器的液压系统的新的润滑剂流体组合物,由此产生一种环境友好的、生物可降解的、防冻的流体,遵照安全性和良好的性能技术标准保持了所有对其良好性能起关键性作用的物理和化学特征。
作为已知的技术,市场上可获得的用于液压系统中的流体(其中,用于减震器的流体)在其组成中含有矿物基础油或矿物基础油的混合物并作为其主要组分。
然而,这些组分的生物可降解性被认为是低的,即,“不容易生物降解的”,因此依照CONAMA决议362必须执行取消对该材料的使用。
本发明的一个目的是生产一种润滑剂流体组合物,其具有比目前市场上可获得的产品更高的生物可降解性并且随后可作为被认为是“易于生物降解的”产品被送至处理站,由此以另一种方式被消除而不是以上述决议规定的方式。

b)更少含量的抗氧化剂,例如二苯胺;二硫代磷酸锌;烷基化三苯基硫代磷酸酯;其它磷化的硫组分;该抗氧化剂旨在避免最终产品(流体)老化,该老化归因于空气中的氧气以及工作过程中的高温(一般为100℃,峰值为140℃)的作用而氧化;
c)消泡剂,例如烃、植物脂肪酸和二醇的无硅组合;硅油;二甲硅油;聚二甲基硅氧烷;聚二甲基硅氧烷水溶液;该消泡剂用于避免在工作过程中由于空气引入系统内导致的起沫;泡沫会导致润滑作用失效因此应当被避免。
本发明专利的主题是一种“用于液压系统的生态学的、生物可降解的流体润滑剂和防冻组合物”,包含:
a)第Ⅴ族基础油,例如己二酸二酯、壬二酸二酯、邻苯二甲酸二酯、其它酸的二酯;植物酯、其它酯;聚亚烷基二醇;其它第Ⅳ和第Ⅴ族基础油;植物油;生物柴油;质量比例为94.9950%至99.8999%,优选98.99875%;
b)抗氧化剂,例如二苯胺;二硫代磷酸锌;烷基化三苯基硫代磷酸酯;其它磷化的硫组分;质量比例为0.1%至5%,优选1%;
c)消泡剂,例如无硅的烃类包、植物脂肪酸和二醇;硅油;二甲硅油;聚二甲基硅氧烷;聚二甲基硅氧烷水溶液;质量比例为0.00001%至0.00500%,优选0.00125%。
该创新的润滑剂流体具有以下工作和性能规格,即,以下物理和化学特征:
视觉清澈度方面;最大颜色指数为2.0ASTM;100℃下的运动(cinematic)粘度为2cSt至10cSt;最小粘度指数为100;最小闪点为150℃;最大流点为负45℃;以及最大酸度指数为2mg KOH/g。
Claims (9)
1.用于液压系统的生态学的、生物可降解的流体润滑剂和防冻组合物,其特征在于包含:a)第Ⅴ族基础油,质量比例为94.9950%至99.8999%,优选98.99875%;b)抗氧化剂,质量比例为0.1%至5%,优选1%;c)消泡剂,质量比例为0.00001%至0.00500%,优选0.00125%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于液压系统的生态学的、生物可降解的流体润滑剂和防冻组合物,其特征在于第Ⅴ族基础油为己二酸二酯、壬二酸二酯、邻苯二甲酸二酯、其它酸的二酯;植物酯;其它酯;聚亚烷基二醇;其它第Ⅳ和第Ⅴ族基础油;植物油;生物柴油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于液压系统的生态学的、生物可降解的流体润滑剂和防冻组合物,其特征在于抗氧化剂为二苯胺;二硫代磷酸锌;烷基化三苯基硫代磷酸酯;其它磷化的硫组分。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于液压系统的生态学的、生物可降解的流体润滑剂和防冻组合物,其特征在于消泡剂为无硅的烃类包、植物脂肪酸和二醇;硅油;二甲硅油;聚二甲基硅氧烷;聚二甲基硅氧烷的水溶液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于液压系统的生态学的、生物可降解的流体润滑剂和防冻组合物,其特征在于100℃下的运动粘度为2cSt至10cSt。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于液压系统的生态学的、生物可降解的流体润滑剂和防冻组合物,其特征在于最小运动粘度为100。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于液压系统的生态学的、生物可降解的流体润滑剂和防冻组合物,其特征在于最小闪点为150℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于液压系统的生态学的、生物可降解的流体润滑剂和防冻组合物,其特征在于最大流点为负45℃。
9.根据权利要求1所述的用于液压系统的生态学的、生物可降解的流体润滑剂和防冻组合物,其特征在于最大酸度指数为2mg KOH/g。
