COMPOSIçAO DE FLUIDO LUBRIFICM~TE ECOLóGICO, BIODEGRADAVEL E ANTICONGELANTE PARA SISTEMAS HIDRAULICOS, compreendendo: um óleo básico do Grupo V, tais como diésteres do ácido adípico; um aditivo antioxidante, tais como difenilaminas; e um aditivo antiespumante, tais como pacote de hidrocarbonetos, ácidos graxos vegetais e glicóis, isento de silicone.

"COMPOSIÇÃO DE FLUIDO LUBRIFICANTE ECOLÓGICO, BIODEGRADÁVEL E ANTICONGELANTE PARA SISTEMAS HIDRÁULICOS".
A presente patente de invenção refere-se a uma novacomposição de fluido lubrificante para sistemashidráulicos, dentre eles amortecedores, composição esta queresulta num fluido ecologicamente correto, biodegradável, eanticongelante, mantendo todas as características físico-químicas essenciais para seu funcionamento dentro dasnormas técnicas de segurança e de bom desempenho.
Conforme é do conhecimento da técnica, os fluidospara sistemas hidráulicos (dentre eles, os fluidos paraamortecedores) disponíveis no mercado apresentam, em suacomposição, e constituindo seu principal componente, óleobásico mineral ou uma mistura de óleos básicos minerais.
Entretanto, a biodegradabilidade destes componentesé considerada baixa, isto é, "não facilmentebiodegradável", de forma que o descarte do material deveser feito conforme resolução CONAMA 362.
É um objetivo da presente invenção a produção deuma composição de fluido lubrificante que apresentebiodegradabilidade maior que a dos atuais produtosdisponíveis no mercado e, conseqüentemente, que possa serencaminhado às estações de tratamento de produtosconsiderados "facilmente biodegradáveis", sendo, portanto,descartado de maneira diferente do que estabelecido naresolução supracitada.
Outro objetivo da presente invenção é a obtenção deum fluido lubrificante que funcione nas mais baixastemperaturas (abaixo de -45°C), fator este que torna esteproduto de uso universal, evitando que seja necessária amanutenção de estoque de diferentes outros produtos.
Para tanto, de acordo com a presente invenção, acomposição de fluido lubrificante ora inovada compreende:
a) uma quantidade maior de óleo básico do Grupo V, taiscomo diésteres do ácido adipico, diésteres do ácidoazeláico, diésteres do ácido ftálico, diésteres de outrosácidos; ésteres vegetais; outros ésteres;polialquilenoglicóis; outros óleos básicos dos Grupos IV eV, tendo, preferencialmente, uma viscosidade cinemática a100oC entre 2 cSt e 8 cSt; óleos vegetais; biodiesel; oóleo básico tem por finalidade proporcionar ascaracterísticas de biodegradabilidade, lubrificante eanticongelante do fluido; devido às suas características debiodegradabilidade, o fluido pode ser destinado às estaçõesde tratamento de produtos considerados "facilmentebiodegradáveis" e pode ser utilizado de maneira universal,pois funciona inclusive em baixas temperaturas (mesmoabaixo de -45°C);
b) uma quantidade menor de aditivo antioxidante, tais comodifenilaminas; ditiofosfasto de zinco; trifenilfósforotionato alquilado; outros compostossulfofosforizados; o aditivo antioxidante tem porfinalidade evitar o envelhecimento do produto final(fluido) por oxidação, em função da ação do oxigêniopresente no ar e, em combinação, das elevadas temperaturas(em geral, 100°C, com picos de 140°C) durante o regime detrabalho;
c) um antiespumante, tais como pacote de hidrocarbonetos,ácidos graxos vegetais e glicóis, isento de silicone;fluido de silicone; dimeticone; polidimetilsiloxano;solução aquosa de polidimetilsiloxano; o antiespumante temcomo função evitar a formação de espuma que se daria com oingresso de ar dentro do sistema durante o regime detrabalho; a presença de espuma causa falha na lubrificaçãoe, portanto, deve ser evitada.
O objeto da presente Patente de Invenção é uma"COMPOSIÇÃO DE FLUIDO LUBRIFICANTE ECOLÓGICO, BIODEGRADÁVELE ANTICONGELANTE PARA SISTEMAS HIDRÁULICOS", composiçãoesta que compreende:
a) óleo básico do grupo V, tais como diésteres do ácidoadipico, diésteres do ácido azeláico, diésteres do ácidoftálico, diésteres de outros ácidos; ésteres vegetais;outros ésteres; polialquilenoglicóis; outros óleos básicosdos Grupos IV e V; óleos vegetais; biodiesel; em umaproporção em massa situada entre 94,9950% e 99,8999%,preferivelmente 98,99875%;
b) aditivo antioxidante, tais como difenilaminas;ditiofosfasto de zinco; trifenil fósforotionato alquilado;outros compostos sulfofosforizados; em uma proporção emmassa situada entre 0,1% e 5%, preferivelmente 1%;
c) antiespumante, tais como pacote de hidrocarbonetos,ácidos graxos vegetais e glicóis, isento de silicone;fluido de silicone; dimeticone; polidimetilsiloxano;solução aquosa de polidimetilsiloxano; em uma proporção emmassa situada entre 0,00001% e 0,00500%, preferivelmente0,00125%.
A composição de fluido lubrificante ora inovadaapresenta as seguintes especificações de funcionamento edesempenho, ou seja, as seguintes características físico-químicas: aspecto visual límpido; índice de cor ASTM máximode 2,0; viscosidade cinemática a 100oC entre 2 c St e 10cSt; índice de viscosidade mínimo de 100; ponto de fulgormínimo de 150°C; ponto de fluidez máximo de 45°C negativos;e índice de acidez máximo de 2 mg KOH/g.

Claims (9)

1.) "COMPOSIÇÃO DE FLUIDO LUBRIFICANTE ECOLÓGICO,BIODEGRADÁVEL E ANTICONGELANTE SISTEMAS HIDRÁULICOS",caracterizada por compreender: a) óleo básico do grupo V emuma proporção em massa situada entre 94,9950% e 99,8999%,preferivelmente 98,99875%; b) aditivo antioxidante em umaproporção em massa situada entre 0,1% e 5%, preferivelmente 1%; c) antiespumante em uma proporção em massa situadaentre 0,00001% e 0,00500%, preferivelmente 0,00125%.

"COMPOSIÇÃO DE FLUIDO LUBRIFICANTE ECOLÓGICO,BIODEGRADÁVEL E ANTICONGELANTE PARA SISTEMAS HIDRÁULICOS",de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada por o óleobásico do grupo V ser diésteres do ácido adipico, diésteresdo ácido azeláico, diésteres do ácido itálico, diésteres deoutros ácidos; ésteres vegetais; outros ésteres;polialquilenoglicóis; outros óleos básicos dos Grupos IV eV; óleos vegetais; biodiesel.
3.) "COMPOSIÇÃO DE FLUIDO LUBRIFICANTE ECOLÓGICO,BIODEGRADÁVEL E ANTICONGELANTE PARA SISTEMAS HIDRÁULICOS",de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada por oaditivo antioxidante ser difenilaminas; ditiofosfasto dezinco; trifenil fósforotionato alquilado; outros compostossulfofosforizados.
