技术领域
本发明涉及在切削、研削等金属加工中使用的水性金属加工油剂。
背景技术
可用于金属加工的金属加工油剂存在油系(油性)和水系(水性),大多使用冷却性、浸润性优异且没有火灾危险的水性类型。该水性金属加工油剂被水稀释来使用,因此要求防锈性。作为这种防锈成分,通常已知使用单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺等烷醇胺(参照专利文献1)。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
通常防锈成分的配合量越多则水性金属加工油剂的防锈性越良好。另一方面,通过配合烷醇胺等胺系防锈成分,有时会产生源自胺的恶臭,从而对人体、作业环境造成不良影响,针对防锈成分的种类和配合量尚有研究的余地。
因而,本发明的目的在于,提供防锈性优异且显示低臭味性、环境负担小、对人体的有害性也少的水性金属加工油剂。
用于解决问题的手段
为了解决前述课题,本发明提供以下那样的水性金属加工油剂。
〔1〕水性金属加工油剂,其特征在于,作为胺成分而配合有(A)下述式(1)所示的烷醇胺和(B)下述式(2)所示的烷醇胺,相对于所有胺成分,分子量为90以下的胺成分的摩尔比(分子量90以下的胺成分/所有胺成分)为0.67以下。

根据本发明的水溶性金属加工油剂,作为胺成分而配合有特定结构的烷醇胺,且将分子量为90以下的胺成分的摩尔比设为特定的比率以下,因此能够提供防锈性优异且显示低臭味性、环境负担小、对人体的有害性也少的水性金属加工油剂。
具体实施方式
以下说明本发明的实施方式。
本发明的水性金属加工油剂的特征在于,作为胺成分而含有(A)下述式(1)所示的烷醇胺和(B)下述式(2)所示的烷醇胺,相对于所有胺成分,分子量为90以下的胺成分的摩尔比(分子量90以下的胺成分/所有胺成分)为0.67以下。

首先,针对(A)成分进行说明。(A)成分尤其是作为发挥防锈性的成分而使用。上述式(1)中,R1为氢或碳原子数1~3的烷基。n为1~3。各R1可以彼此相同也可以不同。此处,n为4以上时,(A)成分的水溶性降低,故不优选。n更优选为2或3、n最优选为2。另外,R1中的任一者的碳原子数为4以上时,从水溶性和针对铁的防锈性的观点出发是不优选的。
从提高防锈性的观点出发,(A)成分的烷醇胺中优选包含分子量为90以下的胺化合物。
作为(A)成分的具体例,例如可列举出1-氨基-2-丙醇、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、1-氨基-2-丁醇、2-氨基-1-丙醇、3-氨基-2-丁醇等。这些之中,从针对铁的防锈性的观点出发,优选为1-氨基-2-丙醇、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇。
本发明中,上述(A)成分可以使用一种,也可以使用两种以上。
接着,针对(B)成分的烷醇胺进行说明。(B)成分有助于提高防锈性和降低臭味。
(B)成分如上述式(2)所示,式中,R2为碳原子数1~10的烷基。R2为非环状结构时,碳原子数优选为1~4、碳原子数进一步优选为1。R2的碳原子数为11以上时,(B)成分的水溶性、防锈性降低,故不优选。另外,Z1、Z2分别独立地为碳原子数2~8的亚烷基。Z1或Z2或这两者优选为碳原子数2的亚烷基。Z1、Z2中的至少任一者的碳原子数为1时,作为甲醛而被分解,因此环境上不优选。另外,Z1、Z2中的至少任一者的碳原子数为9以上时,(B)成分的水溶性降低,故不优选。
作为(B)成分的具体例,可列举出N-甲基二乙醇胺、N-乙基二乙醇胺、环己基二乙醇胺、N-正丙基二乙醇胺、N-异丙基二乙醇胺、N-正丁基二乙醇胺、N-异丁基二乙醇胺、以及N-叔丁基二乙醇胺等。这些之中,特别优选组合使用N-甲基二乙醇胺和环己基二乙醇胺。
本发明中,上述(B)成分可以使用一种,也可以使用两种以上。
作为在水性金属加工油剂中使用的防锈成分,在使用相同配合量的胺成分时,分子量越小的胺成分的防锈性越良好。这表示:分子量小的胺成分能够以更少的配合量获得与分子量大的胺成分为同等程度的防锈性。但是,另一方面,分子量小的胺成分、尤其是分子量为90以下的胺成分的挥发性高,随着油剂中的配合量的增加,臭味变强。因此,以往难以仅通过防锈成分的配合量来实现低臭味性和防锈性的兼顾。
本发明的水性金属加工油剂中,相对于所有胺成分,分子量为90以下的胺成分的摩尔比(分子量90以下的胺成分/所有胺成分)为0.67以下、摩尔比优选为0.6以下且0.4以上、摩尔比更优选为0.55以下且0.5以上。上述摩尔比超过0.67时,水性金属加工油剂的臭味强、对人体或作业环境造成不良影响,故不优选。
本发明的水溶性金属加工油剂从操作性的观点出发优选以高浓度原液的形式来配制,使用者用适当的水稀释后作为金属加工油来使用。
作为构成原液的溶剂,最优选为水,也可以为矿物油、合成油。
针对作为原液制备中使用的溶剂的矿物油、合成油,只要是通常作为金属加工油的基础油而使用的油,就没有特别限定,40℃下的运动粘度优选处于1~50mm2/s的范围、更优选处于2~30mm2/s的范围。基础油的运动粘度过高时,有时油剂附着于被加工物而被带走的量变多、不经济,故不优选。相反,运动粘度过低时,有时会因起雾而招致作业性恶化,故不优选。另外,针对该基础油的低温流动性指标即倾点,没有特别限定,优选为-10℃以下。
这种矿物油、合成油存在各种物质,可根据用途等来适当选择。
作为矿物油,例如可列举出对石蜡基系原油、中间基系原油或环烷烃基系原油进行常压蒸馏或者对常压蒸馏的残渣油进行减压蒸馏而得到的馏出油、或者按照常规方法对其进行纯化而得到的纯化油、例如溶剂纯化油、加氢纯化油、脱蜡处理油、白土处理油等。
另一方面,作为合成油,例如可列举出聚α-烯烃、α-烯烃共聚物、聚丁烯、烷基苯、多元醇酯、二元酸酯、聚氧亚烷基二醇、聚氧亚烷基二醇酯、聚氧亚烷基二醇醚、硅油等。合成油之中,适合的是聚α-烯烃、α-烯烃共聚物。这些基础油可以分别单独使用,或者组合使用两种以上,也可以组合使用矿物油和合成油。
原液中的(A)成分的优选比率以原液总量基准计为1~20质量%,更优选的比率为5~14质量%,进一步优选的比率为9~13质量%。(A)成分的比率超过20质量%时,臭味性变高,故不优选。
原液中的(B)成分的优选比率以原液总量基准计为5~30质量%,更优选的比率为10~30质量%,进一步优选的比率为22~29质量%。(B)成分的比率不足5质量%时,臭味性变高,故不优选。另外,即使(B)成分的比率超过30质量%,针对铁的防锈性也不会进一步提高,成本变高,从经济性的观点出发是不优选的。
使用本发明的水性金属加工油剂时,优选的是,相对于前述原液,按质量比计用200倍以下的水进行稀释。作为更优选的稀释倍率,为10~100倍,进一步优选为20~50倍。稀释倍率超过200倍时,防锈性变得不充分,故不优选。
另外,本发明的水性金属加工油剂中,在不损害本发明目的的范围内,可以适当配合各种公知的添加剂。例如为杀菌剂、脂肪族羧酸、金属钝化剂(耐腐蚀剂)、极压剂、油性剂、表面活性剂、消泡剂等。
作为杀菌剂,例如可列举出2-吡啶基硫代-1-氧化物盐类。具体而言,可列举出2-吡啶基硫代-1-氧化钠、双(2-吡啶基二硫代-1-氧化物)锌、以及双(2-硫化物吡啶-1-醇合)铜等。其中,从浓度低且对广泛的一般细菌、霉菌有效的观点出发,特别优选为2-吡啶基硫代-1-氧化钠。这些杀菌剂的配合量从配合效果的观点出发,以最终稀释油基准计以达到0.01~5质量%左右的方式配合在原液中。
脂肪族羧酸为了进一步提高油剂的切削性、研削性、进一步提高防锈性而添加。例如可列举出碳原子数6~60的羧酸和/或二羧酸。具体而言,可列举出己酸、辛酸、壬酸、月桂酸、硬脂酸、油酸、蓖麻油酸、羟基脂肪酸(例如,蓖麻醇酸、12-羟基硬脂酸等)、花生酸、山嵛酸、蜂花酸、异壬酸(3,5,5-三甲基己酸)、新癸酸、异硬脂酸、从油脂中提取的大豆油脂肪酸、椰子油脂肪酸、菜籽油脂肪酸、从石油中提取出的环烷酸、己二酸、癸二酸(癸烷二酸)、十二烷二酸、单羟基花生酸或二羟基花生酸等,以及油酸、蓖麻醇酸、蓖麻油酸、12-羟基硬脂酸等的二聚物、三聚物等合成脂肪酸。作为特别优选的单羧酸,从油剂的消泡性的观点和硬水的稳定性的观点出发,可列举出碳原子数8~10的己酸、壬酸、癸酸、异壬酸、新癸酸,作为二羧酸的壬二酸、十一烷二酸、癸二酸(癸烷二酸)、十二烷二酸等。这些羧酸的配合量从配合效果的观点出发以最终稀释油基准计以达到0.1~1.5质量%左右的方式配合于原液。
上述脂肪族羧酸与胺成分形成脂肪族羧酸胺盐,提高加工性,或者作为乳化剂发挥作用而提高乳化稳定性,进而具有提高防锈性的效果。
另外,原液中的脂肪族羧酸成分与胺成分的合计的优选比率以原液总量基准计为40~60质量%以下,更优选的比率为47~55质量%,进一步优选的比率为50~53质量%。
作为金属钝化剂,例如可列举出苯并三唑、苯并三唑衍生物、咪唑啉、嘧啶衍生物、噻二唑、以及噻二唑等。这些中的1种可以单独使用,也可以组合使用2种以上。金属钝化剂的配合量从配合效果的观点出发以最终稀释油基准计以达到0.01~3质量%左右的方式配合在原液中。
作为极压剂,可列举出硫系极压剂、磷系极压剂、包含硫和金属的极压剂、包含磷和金属的极压剂。这些极压剂可以单独使用一种,或者组合使用两种以上。作为极压剂,只要是分子中包含硫原子和/或磷原子且可发挥出耐载重性、耐磨耗性物质即可。作为分子中包含硫的极压剂,例如可列举出硫化油脂、硫化脂肪酸、硫化酯、硫化烯烃、二羟基聚硫化物、噻二唑化合物、烷基硫代氨基甲酰基化合物、三嗪化合物、硫代萜烯化合物、二烷基硫代二丙酸酯化合物等。这些极压剂的配合量从配合效果的观点出发以最终稀释油基准计以达到0.05~0.5质量%左右的方式配合在原液中。
作为油性剂,可列举出脂肪族醇、脂肪酸或脂肪酸金属盐等脂肪酸化合物、多元醇酯、山梨醇酐酯、甘油酯等酯化合物、脂肪族胺等胺化合物等。这些油性剂的配合量从配合效果的观点出发以最终稀释油基准计以达到0.2~2质量%左右的方式配合在原液中。
作为消泡剂,可列举出甲基硅油、氟代硅油、聚丙烯酸酯等。这些消泡剂的配合量从配合效果的观点出发以最终稀释油基准计以达到0.004~0.02质量%左右的方式配合于原液中。
作为表面活性剂,没有特别限定,可以使用非离子系表面活性剂、阴离子系表面活性剂、阳离子系面活性剂、两性表面活性剂,另外,可以将这些表面活性剂混合使用。作为适合的例子,例如可列举出非离子系表面活性剂、阴离子系表面活性剂、或者这些表面活性剂的混合物。
作为前述非离子系表面活性剂,例如可列举出聚氧亚烷基二醇或其单醚化合物、二醚化合物、甘油或其亚烷基氧化物加成物或醚化合物等聚氧亚烷基系表面活性剂、羧酸与醇的酯、烷基胺的亚烷基氧化物加成物等。
作为前述阴离子系表面活性剂,可列举出羧酸(例如碳原子数7~22的饱和或不饱和脂肪酸、羟基脂肪酸等)或磺酸与胺或金属的盐、蓖麻醇酸等羟基脂肪酸的缩聚物与脂肪酸的酯或其胺或金属的盐、二烷基磺基琥珀酸钠等硫酸酯盐类等磷酸酯盐类、将苯乙烯等烯烃与马来酸酐共聚物等进行部分皂化而成的聚合系高分子表面活性剂、萘磺酸-福尔马林缩合型高分子表面活性剂等。
本发明的水性金属加工油剂如上所述根据其使用目的以达到适当浓度的方式稀释至适当的水中,可适合地用于以切削加工、研削加工为首的研磨、绞拧、拉伸、压延等各种金属加工领域。并且,本发明的水性金属加工油剂自不用说具有对金属制品的防锈作用优异这一特性,还显示低臭味性,因此对环境、人体的有害性少。
实施例
接着,利用实施例进一步详细说明本发明,但本发明不限定于这些例子。
〔实施例1~4、比较例1~3〕
利用表1所示的配合处方来配制水性金属加工油剂(原液),以达到规定浓度的方式用水稀释后,针对以下的各特性进行评价。将评价结果示于表1。
(1)防锈性(基于DIN51360-02-A)
使用以原液的浓度达到1.0、1.1、1.2、1.3、1.4、1.5和2.0质量%的方式用自来水稀释了的稀释液来实施防锈试验(室温、2小时),将锈程度达到0的最低浓度记作防锈极限浓度(质量%)。
(2)臭味性
以原液的浓度达到10.0质量%的方式用离子交换水进行稀释来制备水溶液。将该水溶液100mL装入300mL锥形瓶中进行密闭,以100℃加热3分钟。针对加热后的水溶液,使用臭味检测器(カルモア公司制造、e-nosemobile)进行臭味测定(强度)。需要说明的是,数值为臭味指数(相对值),强度表示臭味的强度,针对强度,数值越大则表示臭味越强。

1)其他成分:(聚乙烯亚胺(分子量1000)的30质量%水溶液:0.3质量%、苯并异噻唑的35质量%水溶液:0.2质量%、吡啶硫酮钠:0.2质量%、硅氧烷系消泡剂:0.2质量%)。
由表1可明确:实施例1~4所述的本发明的水性金属加工油剂的防锈性均优异、且显示低臭味性。与此相对,比较例1~3中使用的水性金属加工油剂欠缺本发明中的必需成分,因此虽然防锈性优异,但臭味强度高。
产业利用性
本发明的水性金属加工油剂可以利用于切削加工、研削加工等金属加工领域。
Claims (7)
1.水性金属加工油剂,其特征在于,作为胺成分而配合有(A)下述式(1)所示的烷醇胺和(B)下述式(2)所示的烷醇胺,
相对于所有胺成分,分子量为90以下的胺成分的摩尔比(分子量为90以下的胺成分/所有胺成分)为0.67以下,

式中,R1为氢或碳原子数1~3的烷基,n为1~3,各R1可以彼此相同也可以不同,

式中,R2为碳原子数1~10的烷基,Z1、Z2分别独立地为碳原子数2~8的亚烷基。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性金属加工油剂,其特征在于,
所述(A)成分的烷醇胺中,式(1)之中的n=2或3。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的水性金属加工油剂,其特征在于,
所述(A)成分的烷醇胺包含1-氨基-2-丙醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性金属加工油剂,其特征在于,
所述(B)成分的烷醇胺中,式(2)之中的Z1或Z2或这两者为碳原子数2的亚烷基。
5.根据权利要求1~权利要求4中任一项所述的水性金属加工油剂,其特征在于,
所述(B)成分的烷醇胺包含N-甲基二乙醇胺和环己基二乙醇胺。
6.根据权利要求1~权利要求5中任一项所述的水性金属加工油剂,其特征在于,配合脂肪族羧酸。
7.水性金属加工油剂,其特征在于,将权利要求1~权利要求6中任一项所述的水性金属加工油剂按质量比计以200倍以下的倍率用水进行了稀释。
