- this two-layer PVC plate is used for direct inking, the second layer 15 being softer than the first layer 26 of PVC.

- the ends 12 and 13 of base plate 11 are held in a pit 18 of cylinder 17 by an appropriate fixing system, for example pliers (not shown).

- the cover 24 is fixed by screws 25 or by other equivalent means.
- the outer layer of PVC 27 is harder than layer 15 of Figures 2 and 3, for plates used in a direct inking process.
- the absence of glue on the cover 24 means that the PVC layer does not adhere on it and to remove the plate 10, it suffices to cut longitudinally, in the axial direction of cylinder 20, the PVC along the edges of the cover to remove layers of PVC covering said cover 24. It is then possible undo the means for fixing the cover 24 and access the fixing means 23 of the plate 10 on cylinder 20 and remove plate 10.

- the applied thickness of the layer 15 of PVC will be 5 mm which can be deposited in two consecutive phases, each corresponding to a thickness of about 2.5 mm.

Claims (11)
- Plaque d'encrage pour machine d'impression rotative, destinée à être montée sur un cylindre, formée au moins d'une plaque de base (11) et de matière déposée sur ladite plaque de base (11), la surface de ladite matière déposée étant destinée à être découpée en zones en relief (16) dont les contours correspondent à ceux des surfaces à encrer, caractérisée en ce que ladite matière déposée est formée par au moins une couche (15;27) d'une composition de PVC répartie sur la majeure partie de la surface de la plaque de base (11).
- Plaque selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une couche de colle (14) déposée directement sur la surface de la plaque de base (11)
- Plaque selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la couche de PVC (27) a une dureté de 50 Shore D.
- Plaque selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la matière déposée comprend deux couches successives (15,26) de deux compositions de PVC différentes.
- Plaque selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la première couche (26) de PVC déposée a une dureté de 50 Shore D et la deuxième couche (15) de PVC une dureté de 70 Shore A.
- Plaque selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de base (11) est une plaque métallique.
- Cylindre encreur pour machine d'impression rotative, formé d'un cylindre (17) comportant au moins une fosse (18) et des moyens pour fixer au moins une plaque d'encrage sur sa circonférence, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une plaque d'encrage (10) telle que définie dans l'une des revendications 1 à 6.
- Machine d'impression rotative, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins un cylindre encreur (17) selon la revendication 7.
- Procédé de production d'une plaque d'encrage telle que définie dans l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes:montage d'une plaque de base (11) sur un cylindre de préparation (20) et fixation par des moyens (23) appropriés;couverture des moyens (23) de fixation par un couvercle (24);dépôt d'une couche de colle (14) sur la surface de la plaque de base (11) sauf sur le couvercle (24);dépôt d'au moins une couche (15, 26, 27) d'une composition de PVC sur la couche de colle (14) et sur le couvercle (24);découpe de la couche (15, 26, 27) de PVC située sur le couvercle (24);démontage du couvercle (24) et retrait de la plaque.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'on dépose deux couches (15, 26) successives de deux compositions différentes de PVC.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que l'on taille des reliefs (16) correspondants aux zones à encrer dans la couche (15, 27) de PVC.
