- Train continu à acier affiné ou à fil, comportant des blocs intermédiaires (ZB) et des blocs de finition de dimensions (MFB) disposés derrière une section de laminage intermédiaire, des segments de refroidissement (KS) et des segments d'équilibrage de température disposés devant, entre et derrière ceux-ci ainsi que des dispositifs collecteurs de produits laminés installés en aval de ceux-ci, dans lequel une pluralité de lignes de guidage (FL) s'étendant sensiblement en parallèle, reliées entre elles par des aiguillages intermédiaires (ZW) et des déviations (UF), permettent le guidage de la barre de produit laminé (WS) provenant de la section intermédiaire du train à travers des sections prédéterminées des segments de guidage (FL) et les segments de laminage et d'équilibrage de température disposés dans ceux-ci,
caractérisé en ce que
le train présente, derrière la section de laminage intermédiaire, trois lignes de guidage (FL I, FL II, FL III) dont la première (FL I), débouchant avant le dispositif collecteur de produit laminé par un aiguillage intermédiaire (DAW) dans la deuxième ligne de guidage (FL II), présente un premier bloc intermédiaire (ZB I) et des segments de refroidissement (SK) et/ou d'équilibrage de température disposés dans celui-ci ainsi que, derrière le bloc intermédiaire (ZB 1), un autre aiguillage intermédiaire (ZW 1) qui mène à une déviation de 180° qui débouche dans un aiguillage intermédiaire (ZW 3) dans la troisième ligne de guidage (FL III) qui, par une déviation de 180° (UF 4), mène au début de la seconde ligne de guidage (FL 2) guidée directement vers le dispositif collecteur de produit laminé, étant disposé, devant ou derrière l'aiguillage intermédiaire, (ZW3) un autre aiguillage intermédiaire (ZW 4) avec une déviation de 180° située en aval et qui débouche, par un aiguillage intermédiaire (ZW 5) dans la seconde ligne de guidage (FL II) derrière la sortie, dans un bloc intermédiaire (ZB II) disposé dans cette ligne de guidage. - Train à acier affiné ou à fil selon la revendication 1,

l'aiguillage intermédiaire (DAW), réalisé à la sortie de la seconde ligne de guidage (F II) sous forme d'un aiguillage à trois bras, mène, par son troisième bras (AA 2), par une déviation de 180° (UF 2) en sens inverse, à la sortie de la troisième ligne de guidage (FL III). - Procédé de travail pour l'exploitation d'un train à acier affiné ou à fil selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que
la barre de produit laminé (WS) provenant de la section intermédiaire du train de laminage est acheminée par la première ligne de guidage (FL I) comprenant le bloc intermédiaire (ZB I) et les segments de refroidissement (KS) et les segments d'équilibrage de température sur l'aiguillage à trois bras (DAW) en passant par la déviation (UF 2) dans la troisième ligne de guidage (FL III) et de là en passant par la déviation (UF 4) dans la deuxième ligne de guidage (FL II) comprenant le bloc intermédiaire (ZB II) et les segments de refroidissement (KS) et les segments d'équilibrage de température au bloc de finition de dimensions (MFB) et au dispositif collecteur de produit laminé. - Procédé de travail pour l'exploitation d'un train à acier affiné ou à fil selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que
la barre de produit laminé (WS) provenant de la section intermédiaire du train de laminage (WS) est acheminée par la première ligne de guidage (FL 1) comprenant le bloc intermédiaire (ZB 1) et les segments de refroidissement (KS) et les segments d'équilibrage de température sur l'aiguillage à trois bras (DAW) dans la troisième ligne de guidage (FL III) en passant par la déviation (UF 3) et l'aiguillage intermédiaire (ZW 5) de la deuxième ligne de guidage (FL II) et de là au bloc de finition de dimensions (MFB) ainsi qu'au dispositif collecteur de produits laminés. - Procédé de travail pour l'exploitation d'un train à acier affiné ou à fil selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que
la barre de produit laminé (WS) provenant de la section intermédiaire du train de laminage (WS) est acheminée par la première ligne de guidage (FL I) comprenant le bloc intermédiaire (ZB 1), l'aiguillage intermédiaire (ZW 1) et la déviation (UF 1) ainsi que l'aiguillage intermédiaire (ZW 3) de la troisième ligne de guidage (FL III) et, dans le sens inverse, par celle-ci et la déviation (UF 4) de la deuxième ligne de guidage (FL 11) comprenant le bloc intermédiaire (ZB 11) et le bloc de finition de dimensions (MFB) directement à l'unité de laminage aux dimensions (ME) et au dispositif collecteur de produits laminés. - Procédé de travail pour l'exploitation d'un train à acier affiné ou à fil selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que
