Claims (9)
- Siebmaschine (1) mit schwingend angetriebenen Siebwangen (1.1,1.2) bzw. Siebrahmen (9) welcher an den schwingend angetriebenen Siebwangen (1.1,1.2) der Siebmaschine(1) befestigbar ist, wobei zwischen den Siebwangen (1.1,1.2) bzw. Siebrahmenwangen (9.1,9.2) Querträger (2) und Siebmatten (7) angeordnet sind, welche Siebmatten (7) abwechselnd ge- und entspannt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siebmatten (7) an im wesentlichen rechtwinkelig zu den Querträgern (2) angeordneten Längsträgern (5) befestigt sind und die Längsträger jeweils um eine Achse parallel zu ihrer eigenen Längsachse schwenkbar sind.
- Siebmaschine (1) bzw. Siebrahmen (9) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsträger (5) über gelenkige Haltemittel (4) an den Querträgern (5) befestigt sind, welche gelenkige Haltemittel (4) die Drehung der Längsträger (5) um eine Achse parallel zu ihrer eigenen Längsachse ermöglichen.
- Siebmaschine (1) bzw. Siebrahmen (9) nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Längsträgern (5) auskragende Massen (6) angeordnet sind, welche ein Drehmoment um die Gelenke (4.1) der gelenkige Haltemittel (4) ausüben.
- Siebmaschine (1) bzw. Siebrahmen (9) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei aufeinanderfolgender Längsträger (5) jeweils zueinander in entgegengesetzter Richtung auskragende Massen aufweisen, um die beiden aufeinanderfolgenden Längsträger (5) in zueinander entgegengesetzter Richtung auszulenken.
- Siebmaschine (1) bzw. Siebrahmen (9) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenke (4.1) von einem Federelement, vorzugsweise einer Torsionsfeder (4.2) gestützt sind, welche die mit den gelenkigen Haltemitteln (4) verbundenen Längsträger (5) in ihre aufrechte Ruheposition bringt, bzw. dort hält.
- Siebmaschine (1) bzw. Siebrahmen (9) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Längsträgern (5) starr mit den Querträgern (2) verbundene Hilfsbefestigungsmittel (5.1) vorgesehen sind, an welchen die Siebmatten (7) zusätzlich befestigt sind.
- Siebmaschine (1) bzw. Siebrahmen (9) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweils siebwangennächste bzw. siebrahmenwangennächste Siebmatte (7.1,7.2) zusätzlich zu einem jeweiligen Längsträger (5) mit der näherliegenden Siebwange (1.1,1.2) bzw. Siebrahmenwange (9.1,9.2) verbunden ist.
- Siebmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigung der siebwangennächsten bzw. siebrahmenwangennächsten Siebmatten (7.1,7.2) an den Siebwangen (1.1,1.2) bzw. Siebrahmenwangen (9.1,9.2) oberhalb der Ebene der Siebmatten (7) erfolgt, wodurch jede siebwangennächste bzw. siebrahmenwangennächste Siebmatte (7.1,7.2) einen im wesentlichen L-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Siebmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an ihren schwingend angetriebenen Siebwangen (1.1,1.2) mehrere Siebrahmen (9) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 befestigt sind.
