Claims (10)
- Faltbare Verpackung, vorzugsweise aus Wellpappe, mit 2n-eckigem Grundriß, wobei n eine positive ganze Zahl ≥ 3 ist, gebildet aus
2n miteinander verbundenen, vorzugsweise aus einem einzigen Stück gebildeten, Seitenwandteilen (21-28), von denen jeweils zwei im wesentlichen parallel zueinander sind und die gleiche Seitenlänge aufweisen, wobei der Grundriß der Seitenwandteile zumindest bezüglich einer durch die Mitten zweier zueinander paralleler Seitenwandteile verlaufenden Symmetrieachse symmetrisch ist, und
n gesonderten, zu den Seitenwandteilen im wesentlichen senkrecht ausrichtbaren Bodenteilen (11-14), die in folgender Weise ausgebildet und angeordnet sind:ein erstes Bodenteil (11) erstreckt sich von einem ersten Seitenwandteil (21) zu einem dem ersten Seitenwandteil benachbarten zweiten Seitenwandteil (28), ist mit diesen Seitenwandteilen fest verbunden und weist eine durchgehende Rillung (11r) auf, welche auf einer ersten Geraden verläuft, welche die Winkelhalbierende des vom ersten und vom zweiten Seitenwandteil eingeschlossenen Winkels ist,das n-te Bodenteil (14) erstreckt sich von einem 2n-ten Seitenwandteil (25) zu einem (2n-1)-ten Seitenwandteil (24), die bezüglich des Schwerpunkts des Grundrisses punktsymmetrisch zu dem ersten bzw. zu dem zweiten Seitenwandteil angeordnet sind, ist mit diesen Seitenwandteilen fest verbunden und weist eine durchgehende Rillung (14r) auf, welche auf einer zweiten Geraden verläuft, welche die Winkelhalbierende des vom 2n-ten und vom (2n-1)-ten Seitenwandteil eingeschlossenen Winkels ist,das zweite Bodenteil (12) erstreckt sich von einem dem ersten Seitenwandteil benachbarten dritten Seitenwandteil (22) zu einem dem zweiten Seitenwandteil benachbarten vierten Seitenwandteil (27), ist mit diesen Seitenwandteilen fest verbunden und weist eine durchgehende Rillung (12r) auf, die auf der ersten Geraden verläuft,das (n-1)-te Bodenteil (13), sofern n > 3, erstreckt sich von einem dem 2n-ten Seitenwandteil benachbarten (2n-2)-ten Seitenwandteil (23) zu einem dem (2n-1)-ten Seitenwandteil benachbarten (2n-3)-ten Seitenwandteil (26), ist mit diesen Seitenwandteilen fest verbunden und weist eine durchgehende Rillung (13r) auf, die auf der zweiten Geraden verläuft, unddie restlichen Bodenteile, sofern n > 4, erstrecken sich und sind befestigt jeweils analog wie das zweite bzw. das (n-1)-te Bodenteil und weisen jeweils eine sie vollständig durchsetzende Rillung auf, die auf der ersten bzw. der zweiten Geraden verläuft. - Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, bei der
an jedem Bodenteil (11-14) an dessen zwei jeweils einem Seitenwandteil (21-28) zugewandten Enden jeweils eine umfaltbare Haltelasche gebildet ist, deren Fläche jeweils mit diesem ihr zugewandten Seitenwandteil (21-28) fest verbunden ist. - Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, bei der
die Bodenteile (11-14) an einem ersten ihrer jeweils einem Seitenwandteil (21-28) zugewandten zwei Enden einstückig mit dem jeweiligen Seitenwandteil ausgebildet sind und an ihrem zweiten dieser Enden jeweils eine umfaltbare Haltelasche aufweisen, mittels der sie an diesem zugewandten Seitenwandteil befestigt sind. - Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, bei der
jeweils ein Bodenteil-Abschnitt (11a-14a, 11b-14b) einstückig mit je einem Seitenwandteil (21-28) ausgebildet ist, wobei je zwei Bodenteil-Abschnitte über eine Verbindungslasche (11p-14p) zu einem der n Bodenteile (11-14) verbunden sind. - Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der
das zweite Bodenteil (12) eine Befestigungslasche (12k) aufweist, die sich vom ersten Seitenwandteil (11) aus über den Grundriß der Verpackung hinaus, innerhalb des durch die Verlängerung des zweiten und des dritten Seitenwandteils (28, 22) begrenzten Bereichs, erstreckt. - Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der
die Bodenteile (11-14) den gesamten Grundriß überdecken und jedes Bodenteil an jeder Seite, die einem benachbarten Bodenteil zugewandt ist, in jedem durch die Rillung (11r-14r) begrenzten Bodenteilsektor (11a-14a, 11b-14b) eine Überlappungslasche (11d-14d, 11e-14e, 12f-13f, 12g-13g) aufweist, die das jeweils benachbarte Bodenteil überlappt, wobei höchstens eine der beiden Überlappungslaschen an einer Seite über die jeweilige Rillung hinausragt, jedoch in dem hinausragenden Abschnitt keine Rillung aufweist. - Verpackung nach Anspruch 6, bei der
sich jeweils bei einem Bodenteil (11-14) ein Abschnitt einer Überlappungslasche eines diesseits der Rillung (11r-14r) gelegenen Bodenteilsektors (11a-14a, 11b-14b) sowie bei dem diesem Bodenteil benachbarten Bodenteil ein Abschnitt der Überlappungslasche des jenseits der Rillung gelegenen Bodenteilsektors bezüglich der Richtung des Verlaufs der Rillung hintergreifen. - Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der
an einem Bodenteil (12, 13), das mit einem derjenigen Seitenwandteile (27, 23) verbunden ist, welches die größte der vorhandenen Seitenlängen aufweist, ein zusätzliches Teil befestigt ist, das in etwa die gleiche Form wie der Grundriß der Verpackung aufweist. - Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der
m der n Bodenteile (11-14), wobei m ≤ n-2, mit einem oder mehreren der verbleibenden m-n Bodenteile fest verbunden, jedoch nicht mit den jeweiligen Seitenwandteilen (21-28) verbunden sind. - Zuschnitt für eine faltbare Verpackung, vorzugsweise aus Wellpappe, mit 2n-eckigem Grundriß, wobei n eine positive ganze Zahl ≥ 3 ist, umfassend
2n miteinander verbundene, vorzugsweise aus einem einzigen Stück gebildete, Seitenwandteile (21-28), von denen jeweils zwei im wesentlichen parallel zueinander anordenbar sind und die gleiche Seitenlänge aufweisen, wobei der Grundriß der Seitenwandteile zumindest bezüglich einer durch die Mitten zweier zueinander paralleler Seitenwandteile verlaufenden Symmetrieachse symmetrisch ist, und
n Bodenteile (11-14; 11a-14a, 11b-14b) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
