Claims (13)
- Dreischneider mit Schrägschwingschnitt gegen Schneidleisten in zwei Stationen dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messer (10) und Presselemente (19, 22) für Kopf (1), Fuß (2) und Front (6) des Blocks als drei kompakte geschlossene Einheiten (1, 2, 30) mit eigenen Antrieben (20) auf einem gemeinsamen Traggestell (4) mit gemeinsamen Schneidguttransport gestaltet sind.
- Dreischneider nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneideinheiten (1, 2, 30) einen in sich geschlossenen Kraftfluss aufweisen und das Traggestell (4) nur durch die Eigengewichte und dynamischen Kräfte belastet wird und somit leichtgewichtig gestaltet werden kann.
- Dreischneider nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Frontschnittstation (30) ein dem Größtformat entsprechender ganzflächiger Schneidtisch (16) und eine Pressplatte (22) mit einem starren vorderen Teil (22a) nahe dem Messer (10) und einem leicht schräg gestellten elastischen hinteren Teil (22b) vorhanden ist.
- Dreischneider nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Kopf-Fuß-Station sich zwischen den Schneidleisten (14) und den Pressleisten (19) gemäß Formathöhe teleskopierbare Zwischenstücke (17) zur Niederhaltung des Blocks beim Schneiden befinden.
- Dreischneider nach Anspruch 1 und 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenstücke (17) zwischen den Pressleisten (19) zum Blockrücken hin leicht abfallen und sich elastisch anpassen, um beim Pressen die Luft im Block vom Rücken her auszustreichen.
- Dreischneider nach Anspruch 1 und 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenstücke (17) zwischen den Pressleisten (19) und den Schneidleisten (14) jalousieförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Dreischneider nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenstücke (17) zwischen den Pressleisten (19)und den Schneidleisten (14) ähnlich einer Ziehharmonika ausgebildet sind.
- Dreischneider nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Messer (10) in Flachführungen geführt sind.
- Dreischneider nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwecks Messerwechsel die Frontschnittstation (30) verfahrbar ist.
- Dreischneider nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Transport so gestaltet ist, dass in der Kopf-Fuß-Station der Blockrücken sich immer beim Schnitt an der gleichen Position befindet und die Pressleisten (19) zwecks Vermeidung von Quetschfalten am Rücken von Broschüren an dieser Stelle geeignete Ausnehmungen mit elastischen Auffüllungen aufweisen.
- Dreischneider nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Transport durch zwei miteinander gekoppelte hin- und verfahrbare und ein- und ausfahrbare Transporteure (18, 18a) erfolgt.
- Dreischneider nach Anspruch 11 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transporteure als Zangen ausgebildet sind.
- Dreischneider nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidabfälle von Kopf-, Fuß- und von Frontschnitt getrennt entsorgbar sind.
