Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Zapfkopf zur Entnahme von unter Gasdruck stehenden Getränken, bestehend aus einem in einem Gehäuse (1) untergebrachten Anstichstößel (2), der mittels eines Betätigungshebels (3) auf und ab in die An- bzw. Abschlagstellung bewegbar ist. Der Zapfkopf ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innerhalb oder außerhalb des Anstichstößels (2) mindestens ein Kanal (5) bzw. (21, 22) zur Zuführung eines Desinfektionsmittels in den Bereich des Getränkeschließventils (4) angeordnet ist, wobei mittels des Betätigungshebels (3) aufeinanderfolgend zuerst das Desinfektionsmittel zur Desinfektion des Fittingbereiches (13) zugeführt wird, danach der Anstichstößel (2) gegen den CO2-Anschluß des Fittings (13) bewegt wird, worauf das Getränkeschließventil (4) geöffnet wird. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Zapfkopf zur Entnahme von unter Gasdruck stehenden Getränken, der auf einen Behälter, beispielsweise ein Faß, aufgesetzt werden kann.
Im DE-GM 299 19 626.7 ist ein derartiger Zapfkopf beschrieben, der aus einem in einem Gehäuse untergebrachten Verschlußbolzen besteht, der von einem Schieber umgeben ist, der mittels eines Betätigungshebels auf und ab in die Anschlagstellung bewegbar ist. Dieser vorbekannte Zapfkopf ist so konzipiert, daß der Kopfraum wegfällt und somit keine Kopfraumentlüftung erforderlich ist.
Bei allen Zapfköpfen wird jedoch erst der Getränkeauslaß des Behälterverschlusses bzw. -fittings und danach der Fördergasverschluß des Behälterverschlusses bzw. -fittings geöffnet, was das Eindringen von Getränken in den Fördergasbereich des Zapfkopfes beim An- und Abschlagen des Getränkebehälters zur Folge hat.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein leckagefreies An- und Abschlagen des Getränkebehälters bei gleichzeitiger Desinfektion des Behälterverschlusses bzw. -fittings und der Zapfkopfunterseite zu ermöglichen.
Die Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe erfolgt durch einen Zapfkopf gemäß Anspruch 1.
Durch die besondere Ausgestaltung wird es möglich, ein Desinfektionsmittel in den Bereich des Getränkeanschlußventils zu befördern, wobei nacheinander die Einführung des Desinfektionsmittels , die Öffnung des Fördergasanschlusses und dann erst die Öffnung des Behälterverschlusses bzw. -fittings ermöglicht wird.
Anhand der Zeichnungen soll am Beispiel bevorzugter Ausführungsformen der Gegenstand der Erfindung näher erläutert werden.

    • Wie sich aus den Figuren der Zeichnungen ergibt, besteht der Zapfkopf gemäß der Erfindung aus einem in einem Gehäuse 1 untergebrachten Anstichstößel 2, der mittels eines Betätigungshebels 3 in die abgeschlagene Stellung (Fig. 1 und Fig. 2), in eine Zwischenstellung (Fig. 3) und in die angeschlagene Stellung (Fig. 4) auf- und abbewegt werden kann.
    Innerhalb des Anstichstößels 2 ist ein Getränkeschließventil 4 angeordnet, in dem sich ein Kanal 5 für ein Desinfektionsmittel befindet. Dieser Kanal 5 führt zu einer Kolbenpumpe 6, die mit einem Desinfektionsmittelanschluß 7 verbunden ist, der im hinteren Ende ein Rückschlagventil 8 aufweist. Die Kolbenpumpe 6 weist einen nach oben stehenden Betätigungsnippel 9 auf.
    Im Anstichstößel 2 ist ferner eine Getränkeleitung 10 angeordnet, die zum Ausschank führt. Ferner befindet sich im Anstichstößel 2 ein Fördergasanschluß 11 mit einem Ventil 12 für das Fördergas. Das Behälterfitting 13 befindet sich unterhalb des Getränkeschließventils 4 und weist einen Verschluß 14 für den Getränkekanal auf.
    Der bei 15 gelagerte Betätigungshebel 3 weist drei versetzt angeordnete Kurvenscheiben 16,17,18 auf, die mehrere Funktionen ausführen. Bei Betätigung des Hebels 3 betätigt die erste Kurvenscheibe 16 als erstes über den Nippel 9 die Desinfektionspumpe 6, die als Kolbenpumpe ausgebildet ist, wodurch das Desinfektionsmittel in den Desinfektionskanal 5 läuft und den Bereich 13' des Fittings 13 desinfiziert.
    In der in Fig. 1 gezeigten Stellung befindet sich der Zapfkopf noch über dem Fitting 13. Um auch in diesem Zustand von außen eine Desinfektion durchzuführen, ist eine Desinfektionsleitung 21 vorgesehen, die über eine Desinfektionspumpe 20 mit der Desinfektionsleitung 7 verbunden ist. Bei Betätigung der Pumpe 20 kann das Desinfektionsmittel am unteren Auslauf 22 der Leitung 21 austreten und den unteren, nicht auf dem Fitting befindlichen offenen Bereich des Zapfkopfs desinfizieren.
    In der in Fig. 2 dargestellten Stellung befindet sich der Zapfkopf bereits auf dem Fitting 13, ist aber noch nicht angeschlagen. Bei Betätigung des Hebels 3 in die mittlere Stellung gemäß Fig. 3 betätigt die zweite Kurvenscheibe 17 über den oberen Teil 19 das Getränkeschließventil 4 nach unten.
    Gleichzeitig bewegt die dritte Kurvenscheibe 18 über das obere Ende 19' den Anstichstößel 2 mit Gas- und Getränkeleitung und drückt diesen nach unten in seinen Sitz gegen den CO2-Anschluß mit dem Ventil 12, so daß der CO2-Anschluß 11 geöffnet und die Dichtung im Bereich des Fittings ebenfalls geöffnet wird. Dies ergibt sich aus Fig. 4 in der angeschlagenen Stellung des Zapfkopfes, wobei der Verschluß 14 das Getränkeschließventil an der unteren Seite verschließt. Das Fördergas kann dann durch die Leitung 11 und das zurückgestoßene Ventil 12 in den Raum 13' gelangen.
    In Fig. 5 ist eine abgewandelte Ausführungsform des Zapfkopfes gemäß der Erfindung dargestellt. Bei dieser Ausführungsform befindet sich kein Desinfektionskanal in der Mitte des Getränkeschließventils 4. Im Gehäuse 1 sind zwei Desinfektionsmittelpumpen 23, 24 dargestellt, die gegeneinander arbeiten. Die linke Pumpe 23 befördert das Desinfektionsmittel in eine im Stößel angeordnete Leitung 25 in dem Raum 13' und bewirkt so eine Desinfektion. Die rechte Pumpe 24 befördert über eine weitere Leitung 26 das Desinfektionsmittel in den Raum 13'.
    In den Figuren 6 und 7 ist eine weitere Ausführungsmöglichkeit des Zapfkopfes gemäß der Erfindung dargestellt. Der Hebel 3 betätigt dort über eine weitere Kurvenscheibe 27 den Stößel 30', der im Inneren einen Desinfektionskanal 29 besitzt, der mit der Desinfektionsleitung 7 verbunden ist. Im äußeren Bereich ist der Stößel 30 mit einer Dichtung 31 verbunden.
    Beim Abwärtsbewegen des Hebels 3 drückt die Kurvenscheibe 27 den Dichtstößel 30 und den Stößel 30' nach unten, so daß die Dichtung 31 und der Stößel 30' auf das Fitting 33 aufgepreßt werden (Fig. 6). Gleichzeitig drückt die Kurvenscheibe 32 den Getränkestößel 28 auf den Dichtungsteller 34 gegen den Druck der Feder 35 nach unten. Das Bier kann durch eine besondere Bohrung 36 in den Raum 37 fließen und über die Leitung 10 in den Ausschank geführt werden (Fig. 7). Das Fördergas kann dann durch die Leitung 11 und das zurückgestoßene Ventil 12 in den Raum 13 gelangen und für das Fördern des Getränkes sorgen.

    Claims (6)

    1. Zapfkopf zur Entnahme von unter Gasdruck stehenden Getränken, bestehend aus einem in einem Gehäuse (1) untergebrachten Anstichstößel (2), der mittels eines Betätigungshebels (3) auf und ab in die An- bzw. Abschlagstellung bewegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innerhalb oder außerhalb des Anstichstößels (2) mindestens ein Kanal (5) bzw. (21, 22) zur Zuführung eines Desinfektionsmittels in den Bereich des Getränkeschließventils (4) angeordnet ist, wobei mittels des Betätigungshebels (3) aufeinanderfolgend zuerst das Desinfektionsmittel zur Desinfektion des Fittingbereiches (13) zugeführt wird, danach der Anstichstößel (2) gegen den CO2-Anschluß des Fittings (13) bewegt wird, worauf das Getränkeschließventil (4) geöffnet wird.
    2. Zapfkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der im Gehäuse schwenkbar gelagerte Betätigungshebel (3) drei Kurvenscheiben (16, 17, 18) aufweist, von denen beim Schwenken des Betätigungshebels die erste Kurvenscheibe (16) die mit der Desinfektionsleitung (7) verbundene Desinfektionspumpe (6) betätigt, wodurch das Desinfektionsmittel über einen im Anstichstößel (2) untergebrachten Desinfektionskanal (5) des Getränkeschließventils (4) dem Fittingbereich (13) zugeführt wird, und die zweite Kurvenscheibe (17) über das obere Ende(19') das Getränkeschließventil (4) nach unten bewegt, wobei die dritte Kurvenscheibe (18) über das obere Ende (19') den Anstichstößel (2) mit Gas- und Getränkeleitung nach unten in seinen Sitz gegen den CO2-Anschluß mit dem Ventil (12)bewegt, so daß der CO2-Anschluß geöffnet und die Dichtung im Bereich des Fittings ebenfalls geöffnet wird.
    3. Zapfkopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fördergasanschluß (11) über das Fördergasventil (12) mit dem CO2-Bereich im Fitting (13) verbunden ist.
    4. Zapfkopf nach Anspruch 1, 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein weiterer Desinfektionskanal (21) über eine Kolbenpumpe (20) mit der Desinfektionsleitung (7) verbunden ist und der Kanal (21) eine untere Öffnung (22) aufweist, die gegen den unteren Bereich des Zapfkopfes gerichtet ist.
    5. Zapfkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Gehäuse (1) zwei Desinfektionsmittelpumpen (23, 24) angeordnet sind, von denen die linke Pumpe das Desinfektionsmittel in der Abwärtsbewegung (Anschlagen des Behälters) aus der Leitung (7) in eine im Stößel angeordnete Leitung (25) in den Raum (13') befördert, wobei die rechte Pumpe (24) über eine weitere Leitung (26) das Desinfektionsmittel in der Aufwärtsbewegung (Abschlagen des Behälters) in den Raum (13') befördert.
    6. Zapfkopf nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stößel (30 und 30') mit einer Dichtung (31) verbunden sind, wobei beim Abwärtsbewegen eine Kurvenscheibe (27) die Stößel (30 und 30') nach unten bewegt, so daß die Dichtung (31) auf das Fitting gepreßt wird, wobei gleichzeitig der Getränkestößel (28) den Dichtungsteller (34) nach unten drückt, so daß das Getränk durch die Bohrung (36) zum Auslaß (10) geführt werden kann.
