Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tür für Haushaltgeräte nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.
  • Aus dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster DE 88 10 959 ist eine Tür für Haushaltgeräte mit einem Sockelrücksprung bekannt, die um eine horizontale Achse schwenkbar ausgebildet und aus einer Innentür und einer Außentür schalenförmig aufgebaut ist. Durch einen ausziehbaren Türteil, der seitliche Befestigungsstreifen mit Lochreihen aufweist, gelingt eine künstliche Verlängerung der Tür, die somit auch ohne Anbringen einer Dekorplatte an die Höhe des Sockels von Küchenmöbeln oder weiteren Haushaltgeräten anpassbar ist.
  • Bekanntlich weist die Innentür Mittel - die beispielsweise mit an dem Gerätegehäuse angebrachten Gegenhalterelementen zusammenwirken - auf, durch die die Tür vollständig und dicht zugehalten werden kann. Handelt es sich bei dem Haushaltgerät um eine Geschirrspülmaschine, so dient folglich die Innentür zum Schließen und Öffnen eines Spülbehälters, der mit vorzugsweise in einem oder mehreren Geschirrkörben eingeordnetem Spülgut bestückt ist.
  • Die Außentür weist bekanntlich Mittel zur Bildung einer Gerätefrontseite auf, so dass sie im wesentlichen eine dekorative Funktion wahrnimmt. Im Falle der Geschirrspülmaschine übernimmt sie darüber hinaus auch eine Schutzfunktion für im Zwischenraum zwischen Innentür und Außentür angeordnete Einbauelemente, wie z.B. die im oberen Bereich der Gerätefrontseite in einem Blendenkasten befindlichen Bedien- und Anzeigeelemente sowie den Programmwahlschalter und das Programmsteuergerät, die elektrischen Kabel sowie Schall- und Wärmedämmmatten.
  • In dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster 79 02 525 ist ein Haushaltgerät mit einer im oberen Bereich der Gerätefrontseite angeordneten Blende beschrieben, die durch an der unteren Randzone des Blendenkörpers angeordnete Lamellen an die Abmessungen von Schubladenblenden benachbarter Küchenmöbel anpassbar ist. Das Ausführungsbeispiel zeigt eine Geschirrspülmaschine, deren Maschinenfrontseite aus einer auf die Tür der Geschirrspülmaschine aufgesetzten Frontplatte und einer darunter angeordneten Verkleidungsplatte besteht, um das Aussehen der Geschirrspülmaschine in seiner Gesamtheit an das der benachbarten Küchenmöbel anzugleichen.
  • Oftmals ergibt sich die Notwendigkeit, das Haushaltgerät als teil- oder vollintegrierbares Gerät unmittelbar neben einer anderen Geräteart aufzustellen oder in eine für diese andere Geräteart vorgesehene Nische - beispielsweise als Hocheinbaugerät - einzubauen. Unterscheiden sich das integrierbare Haushaltgerät - z.B: eine Geschirrspülmaschine - und die andere Geräteart - z.B. ein Backofen - wesentlich in den Abmessungen ihrer Gerätefront, insbesondere der zugehörigen Türen, ist eine Anpassung über entsprechende Sockelhöhen der zu den Geräten gehörigen Gehäuse wegen der individuellen Gerätefronten unmöglich. Erschwerend kommt hinzu, dass die oben erwähnten unterschiedlichen Haushaltgeräte zu einer möglichst einheitlichen gesamten Geräte- und Möbelfront einzufügen sind.
  • EP-A-1 013 216 offenbart eine Geschirrspülmaschine nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, eine Tür der eingangs beschriebenen Art so zu gestalten, dass die Gerätefront des integrierbaren Haushaltgeräts an die Gerätefront eines benachbarten Geräts anderer Geräteart angleichbar und gleichzeitig eine Anpassung an möbelspezifische Sockelhöhen gewährleistet ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 erfindungsgemäß gelöst. Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
  • Die Kombination der entsprechend der Maße der anderen Gerätart verkürzten Außentür des integrierbaren Haushaltgeräts mit der auf der weitergehende Innentür angebrachten Verkleidung führt zu einem Einbaukonzept, das einerseits auf Grund der beliebig anpassbaren Außentür eine flexible und mit einfachen Mitteln erzielbare Angleichung von Gerätefronten unterschiedlicher Haushaltgeräte leistet und andererseits wegen der Verkleidung auch die flexible Anpassung an möbelspezifische Sockelhöhen zusätzlich sicherstellt. Dabei braucht in vorteilhafter Weise die gemäß dem Gegenstand der Erfindung gestaltete Tür in ihren Gesamtabmessungen nicht verändert zu werden, was zur Folge hat, dass damit auch die Größe der von der Tür verschließbare Öffnung des Haushaltgeräts - z.B. der Spülbehälter einer Geschirrspülmaschine - nicht kleiner wird.
  • Ein weiterer Vorteil der erfindungsgemäß gestalteten Tür besteht darin, dass durch die flexible und individuelle Angleichung an die Gerätefront anderer Gerätearten bei gleichzeitiger Beibehaltung der Möglichkeit einer Sockelhöhenanpassung eine einheitliche Gerätefront bei Bedarf erzielbar ist.
  • Dabei hat es sich gemäß einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung als günstig erwiesen, wenn als Verkleidung eine dem Original einer für die andere Geräteart verwendeten Blende entsprechende Blende an dem verbleibenden Türteil der Innentür angebracht ist. Dadurch ergibt sich eine möglichst einheitliche Geräte- und Möbelfront. Dabei weisen die Verkleidung und die Blende vorzugsweise jeweils ein mit dem Muster der Möbelfront identisches Muster auf.
  • Gemäß einer alternativen Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist als Verkleidung eine höhenanpassbare variable Blende an dem verbleibenden Türteil der Innentür angebracht. Die variable Blende bildet somit einen Ersatz für die Blende, wenn diese nicht zur Verfügung steht oder auf die einheitliche Möbelfront kein Wert gelegt wird, sondern die Erzeugung einer Variabilität durch eine einzige Blende gewünscht ist. Der besondere Vorteil dieser Blende besteht nämlich darin, dass sie als Einzelblende eine Anpassung der Verkleidung an unterschiedliche Höhen, die beispielsweise aus verschiedenen Sockelhöhen resultieren, auf einfache aber effektive Weise ermöglicht.
  • Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist die variable Blende aus mehreren Leisten unterschiedlicher oder gleicher Höhe aufgebaut. Damit kann je nach Bedarf die Variabilität der Blende an unterschiedlichste Bedingungen hergestellt werden. Am besten geeignet sind dabei die aus Kunststoff hergestellten Leisten.
  • Als vorteilhaft hat sich erwiesen, wenn der verbleibende Türteil der Innentür ein Befestigungsblech zum lösbaren Anbringen der Verkleidung aufweist. Damit kann die Verkleidung, insbesondere bei Verwendung verschiedener Arten von Möbel- oder Varioblenden jederzeit befestigt und wieder entfernt werden. Eine bevorzugte, weil sichere und schnelle lösbare Verbindung besteht darin, die Verkleidung an dem Befestigungsblech anzuschrauben oder - beispielsweise in entsprechende Rastlöcher - einzustecken.
  • Der Gegenstand der Erfindung wird anhand der in den Figuren dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. Im einzelnen zeigen

  • Figur 1 zeigt am Beispiel einer nicht näher beschriebenen Geschirrspülmaschine 1 ein in eine üblicherweise mit weiteren Haushaltgeräten und Möbeln ausgestattete, nicht näher dargestellte Küchenmöbelfront integrierbares Haushaltgerät. Die Geschirrspülmaschine 1 weist bekanntlich an ihrer Gerätefrontseite eine um eine horizontale Achse schwenkbare Tür 3 auf. Die Tür 3 dient zum Schließen und Öffnen eines mit zumindest einem nicht gezeigten Geschirrkorb für die Aufnahme von Spülgut versehenen, möglichst großzügig bemessenen, nicht näher dargestellten Spülbehälters. Damit ist der Wunsch nach einer möglichst großen Tür 3 verbunden. Zum Öffnen und Schließen ist an der Tür 3 im oberen Türbereich ein Griff 4 angebracht, der je nach Geräteart unterschiedlich ausgebildet sein kann. In dem in Figur 1 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Griff 4 als Griffbügel gestaltet.
  • Bezüglich des prinzipiellen Aufbaues der Geschirrspülmaschine 1 sei auf das DE-GM 88 10 959 verwiesen, das auch den schalenartigen Aufbau der Tür aus einer Innentür mit einem Innentürblech und einer Außentür mit einem Außentürblech zeigt und beschreibt. Die Innentür verfügt dabei über Mittel zum Schließen der Tür 3, die vorzugsweise mit an dem Gerätegehäuse angebrachten Gegenhalterelementen zusammenwirken, damit die Tür 3 vollständig und dicht zugehalten werden kann. Die Außentür weist Mittel zur Bildung der Gerätefrontseite auf, so dass sie im wesentlichen eine dekorative Funktion wahrnimmt. Im Falle der Geschirrspülmaschine 1 übernimmt sie darüber hinaus auch eine Schutzfunktion für im Zwischenraum zwischen Innentür und Außentür angeordnete Einbauelemente. Die Außentür ist etwa so lang wie die Innentür.
  • Die Tür 3 gemäß dem Gegenstand der Erfindung ist derart gestaltet, dass ihre Außentür 5 im Vergleich zu ihrer übliche Länge (siehe DE-GM 88 10 959) entsprechend den Abmessungen der Gerätefront eines benachbarten Haushaltgeräts anderer Geräteart - beispielsweise eines Backofens 2 gemäß Figur 2 - gekürzt ist. Durch die Verkürzung lediglich der Außentür 5 und nicht der gesamten Tür 3 lässt sich einerseits die Gerätefront der Geschirrspülmaschine 1 an die Gerätefront des Backofens 2 genau anpassen - was zu einer optimalen Optik der Gesamtgerätefront führt - und gleichzeitig andererseits die Einfüllöffnung des Spülbehälters in ihrer Größe beibehalten. Letzteres ist bei einer Änderung des Einbaukonzepts nach der Erfindung für eine möglichst große Menge an einzuräumendem Spülgut sowie für die Bequemlichkeit der Befüllung des Spülbehälters mit Spülgut besonders wichtig. An dem über die verkürzte Außentür 5 hinausreichenden Türteil 6 der Innentür ist eine Verkleidung 7 - vorzugsweise lösbar - anzubringen. Um die optimale Optik der Gesamtgerätefront zu erhalten, entspricht die Verkleidung 7 in ihren Abmessungen einer für die andere Geräteart - beispielsweise den Backofen 2 gemäß Figur 2 - einsetzbaren Blende. Durch die in Fig. 1 mit gestrichelten Linien angedeutete Verkleidung 7 bleibt die Möglichkeit der Anpassung an prinzipiell beliebige küchenspezifische Sockelhöhen gewährleistet.
  • Als Verkleidung 7 wird im bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel eine dem Original einer für den Backofen verwendeten Blende - siehe den Backofen 2 der Figur 2 mit einem sogenannten "Herdbrett" 13 - entsprechende Blende 8, an dem verbleibenden Türteil 6 der Innentür angebracht, wobei Blende 8 bzw. Verkleidung 7 vorzugsweise jeweils ein identisches Muster wie die Türen bzw. Schubläden der Küchenmöbel aufweisen. Dadurch ergibt sich eine für eine optimale Optik einheitliche Geräte- und Möbelfront. In der Praxis kann also ein zweites Herdbrett 13 an der Geschirrspülmaschine 1 angebracht werden.
  • Gemäß dem weiteren Ausführungsbeispiel ist als Verkleidung 7 eine in Figur 1 dargestellte, höhenanpassbare variable Blende 9 an dem verbleibenden Türteil 6 der Innentür lösbar befestigt. Die variable Blende 9 kann einen Ersatz für die Blende 8 bilden, wenn diese nicht zur Verfügung steht oder eine Anpassung an die Optik einer Geräte- und Möbelfront nicht notwendig ist. Der besondere Vorteil der variablen Blende 9 besteht jedoch darin, dass sie eine Anpassung der Verkleidung 7 an unterschiedliche Höhen, die beispielsweise aus verschiedenen Sockelhöhen resultieren, auf einfache aber effektive Weise ermöglicht.
  • Die variable Blende 9 kann aus mehreren einzelnen Leisten 10 unterschiedlicher oder gleicher Höhe aufgebaut sein. Damit ist eine flexible Angleichung an unterschiedlichste Anforderungen an die Abmessungen der variablen Blende erzielbar. Am besten geeignet sind dabei aus Kunststoff hergestellte Leisten 10.
  • An dem in Figur 1 von vorn sichtbaren, über die verkürzte Außentür 5 hinausreichenden Türteil 6 der Innentür ist vorzugsweise ein eigenes Befestigungsblech 11 zum lösbaren Anbringen der Verkleidung 7 an der Innentür angebracht. Damit kann die Verkleidung 7, insbesondere bei Verwendung verschiedener Arten von Blenden 8 oder variablen Blenden 9 jederzeit einfach befestigt und wieder entfernt werden. Eine bevorzugte, weil sichere und schnell lösbare Verbindung der Verkleidung 7 an dem Befestigungsblech 11 besteht aus einer Schraubverbindung oder einer Steckverbindung, wobei für letztere vorzugsweise entsprechende Rastlöcher 12 im Befestigungsblech 11 angeordnet sind.
  • Figur 2 zeigt einen Ausschnitt der Vorderansicht einer Möbel- und Gerätefront mit der an die Gerätefront eines benachbarten Backofens 2 angepassten Gerätefront der Geschirrspülmaschine 1 gemäß Figur 1 durch Gestaltung der Tür 3 der Geschirrspülmaschine 1 nach der Erfindung. Diese Geschirrspülmaschine 1 weist einen nach Art einer Mulde geformten Griff 4 auf, in die zum Öffnen und Schließen des Spülbehälters vom Benutzer eingegriffen wird. Unmittelbar an die erfindungsgemäß auf die entsprechend den Abmessungen des Backofens 2 gekürzte Außentür 5 der in die Gesamtfront integrierbaren Geschirrspülmaschine 1 grenzt die Blende 8 an, die an dem - in der Darstellung dadurch verdeckten - weitergehenden Türteil 6 der Innentür der Geschirrspülmaschine 1 angebracht ist. Sie ist in ihren Abmessungen identisch mit dem Original-Herdbrett 13 des Backofens 2 und weist ein mit dem Muster der seitlich der Geschirrspülmaschine 1 und des Backofens 2 angeordneten Küchenmöbeln 14 identisches Muster auf.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäß aufgebaute Tür 3 mit verkürzter Außentür 5 und zusätzlich an dem weitergehenden Türteil 6 der Innentür befestigter Blende 8 ergibt sich eine Gerätefronten-Anpassung und gleichzeitig eine Angleichung individueller Sockelhöhen der zu den Geräten gehörigen Gehäuse trotz individueller Geräte. Das Resultat ist eine einheitliche gesamte Geräte- und Möbelfront auch bei ursprünglich in Bezug auf deren Abmessungen gänzlich unterschiedlichen Gerätefronten.

Claims (7)

  1. Tür (3) für Haushaltgeräte (1), die aus wenigstens einer Innentür und wenigstens einer Außentür (5) schalenförmig aufgebaut ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Außentür (5) gegenüber der Innentür gekürzt ist und eine Blende (8) bzw. Verkleidung (7) an einem über die verkürzte Außentür (5) hinausreichenden Türteil (6) der Innentür angebracht ist, um eine Anpassung an küchenspezifische Sockelhöhen zu ermöglichen.
  2. Tür nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Verkleidung (7) eine höhenanpassbare variable Blende (9) an dem Türteil (6) der Innentür angebracht ist
  3. Tür nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die variable Blende (9) aus mehreren Leisten (10) unterschiedlicher oder gleicher Höhe aufgebaut ist.
  4. Tür nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leisten (10) aus Kunststoff hergestellt sind.
  5. Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der verbleibende Türteil (6) der Innentür ein Befestigungsblech (12) zum lösbaren Anbringen der Verkleidung (7) aufweist.
  6. Tür nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verkleidung (7) an dem Befestigungsblech (11) angeschraubt oder eingesteckt ist.
  7. Geschirrspülmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Tür nach einen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche vorhanden ist.
