  10. Pièce de ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la transmission intermédiaire (1) présente un boítier (16) doté d'un logement (45) pour un pignon d'accouplement d'une transmission (13) à tringle d'entraínement.
  11. Pièce de ferrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les roues sont des roues dentées qui s'engagent sur une crémaillère (50) qui agit comme dispositif de transfert, la crémaillère (50) présentant deux dentures (53, 54) disposées dans des plans (51, 52) décalés l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  12. Pièce de ferrure selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle la crémaillère (50) est essentiellement en forme de L, la première denture (54) étant prévue sur le côté intérieur de la première aile du L et la deuxième denture (53) à l'extrémité de tête (56) de la deuxième aile (57) du L.
  13. Pièce de ferrure selon l'une des revendications 11 ou 12, caractérisée en ce que la crémaillère (50) est guidée à coulissement longitudinal dans un boítier (58), la première aile (55) du L reposant contre une paroi (59) du boítier.
  14. Pièce de ferrure selon l'une des revendications 12 0 13, caractérisée en ce que le boítier (58) peut être fermé par un couvercle (60) qui pénètre dans le boítier (58) jusqu'à la roue dentée (6) le long de l'axe (26) du premier élément d'accouplement (7).
  15. Fenêtre ou porte dotée d'une pièce de ferrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14.
  16. Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 15, avec une première poignée rotative (4) accouplée au premier élément d'accouplement (7).
  17. Fenêtre ou porte selon les revendications 15 ou 16, réalisée comme fenêtre à deux ouvrants ou porte à deux ouvrants sans montant central, la poignée rotative (4) étant installée sur un premier ouvrant (2) qui chevauche le deuxième ouvrant du côté intérieur.
  18. Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 17, dans lesquelles la poignée rotative (4) est installée au milieu dans le sens transversal d'une latte de butée (3) qui recouvre le joint entre les ouvrants (2).
  19. Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 18, dans lesquelles la transmission intermédiaire (1) est installée dans un espace creux (36) de la latte de butée (3).
