Claims (14)

  1. Ferrure avec poignée d'actionnement pour une porte, une fenêtre ou autre, avec un battant logé dans un châssis fixe,
    comprenant une poignée d'actionnement sous la forme d'une tige de préhension (1), un dispositif de palier (2) pour le logement mobile de la poignée d'actionnement (1), une serrure avec un mécanisme de serrure avec verrou et/ou pêne, un dispositif de raccordement (3) avec la serrure, le mécanisme de la serrure avec verrou et/ou pêne pouvant être disposé dans le battant,
    moyennant quoi il est prévu
    - que le dispositif de raccordement (3) comprend un arbre de couplage (3k), le cas échéant avec une transmission, afin de relier la poignée d'actionnement (1) avec un fouillot du mécanisme de serrure et le dispositif de palier (2) comprend une plaque d'appui (2p), afin de fixer le dispositif de palier (2) sur le battant (TF), qui présente un premier gabarit de perçage et
    - que le dispositif de palier (2) comprend un corps de palier (2k) présentant une section en forme de U, qui comprend deux branches de U (2u) s'étendant à partir de la plaque d'appui (2p), les branches du U (2u) comprenant des logements de palier alignés entre eux, dans lesquels est disposé un palier rotatif qui loge un arbre de palier (2a) de la tige de préhension (1),
    - qu'une plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5) est prévue pour la fixation du dispositif de palier (2) sur le battant (TF) en intercalant la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5) entre la plaque d'appui (2p) du dispositif de palier (2) et le battant (TF),
    caractérisée en ce que
    - la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5) comprend des trous de fixation (5f) qui sont disposés selon le premier gabarit de perçage spécifique au battant, et des endroits de fixation filetés (5g) avec un filetage externe ou un filetage interne, qui sont disposés selon un deuxième gabarit de perçage,
    la plaque d'appui (2p) du dispositif de palier (2) comprenant des trous de fixation (2f) qui sont disposés selon un deuxième gabarit de perçage, et
    - les endroits de fixation filetés (5g) sont conçus comme des tiges filetées avec filetage externe ou comme des manchons filetés avec filetage interne,
    - les tiges filetées et/ou les manchons filetés sont disposés perpendiculairement à partir du côté supérieur de la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5) et
    - les tiges filetées et/ou les manchons filetés sont soudés sur le côté supérieur de la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5) ou sont fixés à l'aide d'une une autre liaison par aboutement.
  2. Ferrure selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5) comprend un orifice de raccordement pour le passage du dispositif de raccordement (3) ou d'une partie du dispositif de raccordement (3) et la plaque d'appui (2p) comprend un orifice de raccordement pour le passage du dispositif de raccordement ou d'une partie du dispositif de raccordement (3), moyennant quoi, dans la position de montage, l'orifice de raccordement de la plaque d'appui (2p) étant alignée avec l'orifice de raccordement de la plaque d'adaptation (5).
  3. Ferrure avec poignée d'actionnement pour une porte, une fenêtre ou autre, avec un battant logé dans un châssis fixe, comprenant une poignée d'actionnement sous la forme d'une tige de préhension (1), un dispositif de palier (2) pour le logement mobile de la poignée d'actionnement (1), une serrure avec mécanisme de serrure avec verrou et/ou pêne, un dispositif de raccordement (3) à la serrure, le mécanisme de la serrure avec verrou et/ou pêne pouvant être disposé dans le battant,
    moyennant quoi il est prévu
    - que le dispositif de raccordement (3) comprend un arbre de couplage (3k), le cas échéant avec transmission, afin de relier la poignée d'actionnement (1) avec un fouillot du mécanisme de serrure et le dispositif de palier (2) comprend une plaque d'appui (2p), afin de fixer le dispositif de palier (2) sur le battant (TF), qui comprend un premier gabarit de perçage, et
    - que le dispositif de palier (2) comprend un corps de palier (2k) avec une section en forme de U, qui comprend deux branches de U (2u) s'étendant à partir de la plaque d'appui (2p), les branches du U (2u) comprenant des logements de palier alignés entre eux, dans lesquels un palier rotatif est disposé, qui loge un arbre de palier (2a) de la tige de préhension (1),
    - qu'une plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5) est prévue pour la fixation du dispositif de palier (2) sur le battant (TF) en intercalant la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5) entre la plaque d'appui (2p) du dispositif de palier (2) et le battant (TF),
    - que la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5) comprend un orifice de raccordement pour le passage du dispositif de raccordement (3) ou d'une partie du dispositif de raccordement (3) et la plaque d'appui (2p) comprend un orifice de raccordement pour le passage du dispositif de raccordement (3) ou d'une partie du dispositif de raccordement (3), moyennant quoi, dans la position d emontage, l'orifice de raccordement de la plaque d'appui (2p) est alignée avec l'orifice de raccordement de la plaque d'adaptation (5),
    caractérisée en ce que
    - la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5) comprend des trous de fixation (5f) qui sont disposés selon le premier gabarit de perçage spécifique au battant et des endroits de fixation filetés (5g) avec un filetage externe ou un filetage interne, qui sont disposés selon un deuxième gabarit de perçage,
    la plaque d'appui (2p) du dispositif de palier (2) comprenant des trous de fixation (2f) qui sont disposés selon le deuxième gabarit de perçage,
    - les trous de fixation (5f) de la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5) sont disposés les uns à côté des autres sur une première ligne et les endroits de fixation filetés (5g) sont disposés les uns à côté des autres sur une deuxième ligne sur ou dans la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5) et en ce que la première ligne coupe la deuxième ligne,
    - la première ligne se croise perpendiculairement avec la deuxième ligne et
    - le point d'intersection de la première ligne et de la deuxième ligne est disposé au centre de l'orifice de raccordement de la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5),
    - ou la première ligne est décalée par rapport à la deuxième ligne ou se superpose avec la deuxième ligne.
  4. Ferrure selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la distance entre les trous de fixation (5f) de la première ligne est identique ou différente de la distance entre les endroits de fixation filetés (5g) de la deuxième ligne.
  5. Ferrure selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les trous de fixation (5f) de la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5) sont disposés des deux côtés de l'orifice de raccordement de la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5).
  6. Ferrure selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les endroits de fixation filetés (5g) sont disposés sur ou dans la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5) des deux côtés de l'orifice de raccordement de la plaque de palier d'adaptation (5).
  7. Ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les trous de fixation (5f) sont réalisés dans la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5) sous la forme de trous fraisés.
  8. Ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la surface de base de la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5) est supérieure à la surface de base de la plaque d'appui (2p) du dispositif de palier (2).
  9. Ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les trous de fixation (5f) de la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5) sont réalisés au niveau de portions de bord externes opposées de la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5), qui ne sont pas superposées avec la plaque d'appui (2p) du dispositif de palier (2).
  10. Ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    un capot de protection (6) est prévu, qui permet de recouvrir le dispositif de palier (2) fixée sur la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5) en même temps que la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5).
  11. Ferrure selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le capot de protection (6) est aplati au niveau de zones de bord opposées, avec un épaulement, la zone de bord aplatie du capot de protection (6) recouvrant une zone de bord de la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5) non superposée avec la plaque d'appui (2p) du dispositif de palier (2), moyennant quoi, dans cette zone de bord de la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5), est réalisé un des trous de fixation (5f) de la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5).
  12. Ferrure selon l'une des revendications 10 ou 11,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5) comprend, au moins au niveau de deux portions de bord opposées, un bord plié vers le haut, qui permet de fixer le capot de protection (6).
  13. Ferrure selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisée en ce que
    pour la fixation du capot de protection (6), une vis de serrage (6k) est prévue, qui est vissée dans le capot de protection (6) de façon à ce qu'elle saisisse par-dessous, avec son extrémité libre, le bord plié vers le haut de la plaque d'appui d'adaptation (5) ou s'emboîte dans celui-ci.
  14. Ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    la poignée d'actionnement étant conçu comme une tige de préhension (1),
    caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif de raccordement (3) comprend un arbre de couplage (3k) qui s'emboîte, avec son extrémité, de manière solidaire en rotation, dans un fouillot du mécanisme de serrure et interagit, avec son autre extrémité, avec un taquet d'entraînement (2m) qui est réalisé de manière à être solidaire en rotation avec un arbre de palier (2a) de la tige de préhension (1).
