Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Querschneiden von Materialbahnen (1), insbesondere von Kartonbahnen, miteiner Querschneideeinrichtung (3), die zwei mit Quermessern (10) bestückte Messertrommeln (8, 9) enthält undeiner hinter der Querschneideeinrichtung (3) angeordneten Bogentransporteinrichtung (4), die einen Bandförderer (13) zum Beschleunigen der beim Querschneiden erzeugten Bögen und eine sich daran anschliessende Brems- und Überlappungseinrichtung enthält, in der ein Schuppenstrom aus den Bögen erzeugt wird,die als Ausstossrolle einen Bogen zu einem nachfolgenden Streckenbereich leitet, in dem er kurzzeitig nicht eingespannt gefördert wird, unddie den Eingang einer Bogenschleuse begrenzt, wobei das nach unten umgelenkte Band des Bandförderers (13) zugleich als Förderer in der Bogenschleuse dient.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand der auslaufseitigen Umlenkrolle (21) von den Rotationsachsen der Messertrommeln (8, 9) weniger als die maximale formatlänge, bevorzugt weniger als die minimale Formatlänge, beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass oberhalb des unteren Bandförderers (13) eine Fangwalze (12) angeordnet ist, die mit dem fördernden Trum (18) des Bandförderers (13) einen Klemmspalt bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fangwalze (12) zugleich die einlaufseitige Umlenkwalze eines oberen Bandförderers (14) ist, der sich zumindest über den Bereich der maximalen Formatlänge erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit Abstand hinter dem unteren Bandförderer (13) ein weiterer, langsamerer Bandförderer (23) angeordnet ist, der bis an die Stapeleinrichtung (5) reicht und der mit Fangrollen (25) einen Klemmspalt bildet, der den Streckenbereich ohne Einspannung der Bögen begrenzt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit geringem Abstand hinter der auslaufseitigen Umlenkrolle (21) des Bandförderers (13) die Brems- und Überlappungseinrichtung mit einem Element zur Abwärtsbewegung der Bogenhinterkanten beginnt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element zur Abwärtsbewegung der Bogenhinterkanten ein mit Unterdruck beaufschlagbarer Saugkasten (22) ist, dessen obere Wand parallel mit etwas Abstand unterhalb der Förderebene verläuft und Saugöffnungen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Ausgang der Bogenschleuse zwei angetriebene Zugwalzen (31, 32) angeordnet sind, die als Schnitzelwalzen ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der einlaufseitige Teil der Bogenschleuse zum Öffnen der Schleuse in Richtung zu den Messertrommeln (8, 9) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle am Anfang der Bogentransporteinrichtung (4) angeordneten und sich quer über die Maschinenbreite erstreckenden Elemente in einem gemeinsamen Wagen (40) befestigt sind, der begrenzt in und gegen Bogenlaufrichtung verschiebbar in den Seitenwänden des Gestells der Bogentransporteinrichtung (4) gelagert ist.
