Es handelt sich somit um eine Steck-Dreh-Verbindung, die sich einfach und schnell herstellen lässt. Entsprechend einfach ist die Demontage, wenn das Federelement 4 beispielsweise zum Ausführen von Reparaturen am Rolladenpanzer von der Wickelwelle 3 entfernt werden muss. Hierzu wird das Federelement 4 in entgegengesetzter Richtung verschwenkt, so dass die Hakenanordnung 9 in die Montage-Schwenkposition gelangt und aus der Durchtrittsöffnung 10 herausgezogen werden kann.
Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden eines Rollvorhangs mit einer als Hohlwelle ausgebildeten Wickelwelle zum Aufwickeln des Rollvorhangs, mit einem bandförmigen, aus Blattfedermaterial gefertigten, einenends mit dem Rollvorhang und andernends mit der Wickelwelle zu verbindenden Federelement, dessen wellenseitigem Ende ein die Verbindung zur Wickelwelle herstellendes Halteteil zugeordnet ist, das eine unterseitige Hakenanordnung aufweist, die in einer Montage-Schwenkposition durch eine Durchtrittsöffnung der Wandung der Wickelwelle passt und in ihrer durch Schwenken aus der Montageposition erreichten Gebrauchsposition die Wellenwandung hintergreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteteil (8) eine der Oberseite (12) des Federelements (4) zugeordnete Halteplatte (13) aufweist, von der die Hakenanordnung (9) absteht, wobei das Federelement (4) eine öffnungsanordnung (14) für den Durchtritt der Hakenanordnung (9) aufweist, die flächenmäßig kleiner als die Halteplatte (13) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteteil (8) ein Metallblechteil mit einstückig durch Stanzen und Biegen an die Halteplatte (13) angeformter Hakenanordnung (9) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteplatte (13) eine ebene Gestalt aufweist und flächig an der Oberseite (12) des Federelements (4) anliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hakenanordnung (9) zwei nach entgegengesetzten Richtungen weisende Einzelhaken (15,16) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einzelhaken (15,16) mit Abstand zueinander von der Halteplatte (13) abstehen und die Öffnungsanordnung (14) jeweils einem Einzelhaken zugeordnete Einzelöffnungen (23,24) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteteil (8) und das Federelement (4) im wesentlichen verdrehfest miteinander verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hakenanordnung (9) und die öffnungsanordnung (14) so ausgebildet und zueinander angeordnet sind, dass sich ein verdrehfester Halt des Halteteils (8) am Federelement (4) ergibt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteteil (8) ein vom Federelement (4) loses Teil ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteteil (8) mit dem Federelement (4) beispielsweise durch eine Clips-, Schweiß- oder Klebeverbindung fest verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkwinkel zwischen der Montage-Schwenkposition und der Gebrauchsposition des Halteteils (8) und somit des Federelements (4), in der das Federelement rechtwinkelig zur Längsrichtung der Wickelwelle (3) von dieser absteht, kleiner als 90° ist, zweckmäßigerweise im Bereich von etwa 40° bis 50° liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchtrittsöffnung (10) der Wickelwelle (3) eine rechteckige Gestalt mit in Umfangsrichtung größerer Erstreckung als in Längsrichtung der Wickelwelle (3) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hakenanordnung (9) in der Montage-Schwenkposition in Diagonalenrichtung durch die rechteckige oder quadratische Durchtrittsöffnung (10) passt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden die Hakenanordnung (9) bildenden Einzelhaken (15,16) den Ecken der Durchtrittsöffnung (10) entsprechend zugespitzt sind.
