Definitions
- the invention relates to a ceiling structure with mounting rails and suspended between them plate-shaped ceiling elements to form a suspended ceiling, wherein by hanging individual ceiling elements, the cavity behind the suspended ceiling becomes accessible.
- Such a ceiling structure is known from DE 197 02 099, the support rails on at least one side at such a distance one above the other in the longitudinal direction of the mounting rail running hooking levels for hooking in a hooking element attached to the ceiling element have a suspended ceiling element on the lower hanging level and a ceiling element suspended on the upper hanging level along the mounting rails are displaceable relative to one another in order to access the cavity behind the suspended ceiling close.
- the invention has for its object such a ceiling structure easier and cheaper to design.
- FIG. 10 there are 1 support rails, between which a plate-shaped ceiling element 2 rests.
- the mounting rails 1 are shown in Fig. 10 suspension elements 30 suspended from a bare ceiling, so that between the bare ceiling and those on the mounting rails suspended ceiling elements z.
- the mounting rails 1 have a vertical web 3 the lower end of which support surfaces 4 and 4 'project transversely on both sides of the vertical web.
- a support surface in only on one side Formed a horizontal web 5, which is expediently parallel to the underlying Support surface 4 or 4 'is, but can also be slightly inclined.
- the ceiling element is designed as a simple plate 2, for example as a perforated sheet, Wooden plate or the like, the edges of which are not angled or designed in any other way are.
- the ceiling element 2 shown schematically as a plate can also be in the Form of a mineral fiber board with a larger thickness dimension of, for example, 5 cm be trained as z. B. Fig. 5 shows.
- the plate 2 raised above the vertical web 3 can also be moved too far to the left.
- a vertical leg 6 is formed, which is a horizontal displacement of the upper Horizontal webs 5 raised plate limited.
- a stop in the embodiment of FIG. 3 formed at a distance above the top of the upper horizontal webs 5, which at the
- the illustrated embodiment in Fig. 3 consists of a horizontal leg 7, the one end is connected to the vertical leg 6, so that the horizontally lying leg 7 is approximately parallel to the upper horizontal web 5.
- the following Figs. 4 to 6 show the Function of the guide surface formed by the inclined leg 6 ', including the bottom of the horizontal leg 7 not only as a stop, but also as a guide for the left edge of plate 2 is used when the plate is moved to the left.
- the horizontal leg 7 can be different are wide, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6.
- the horizontal leg 7 projects beyond the web 3 of the mounting rail profile, while in the embodiment 5, the free end of the horizontal leg 7 approximately to the vertical web 3 is enough.
- FIG. 3a shows a modified embodiment of the profile shown in FIG. 3, wherein the horizontal leg 7 also on the opposite side of the vertical leg 6 protrudes.
- Fig. 4 shows an embodiment in which the vertical leg 6 'between horizontal Leg 7 and upper horizontal web 5 is arranged obliquely such that an oblique Guide surface for the left edge of the plate when lifting, Fig. 4 shows the individual Steps in lifting a thin plate 2 shows.
- the plate is first raised from the starting position shown in FIG. 4a, the right edge comes to rest on the underside of the horizontal web 5 while the left edge can be raised further, as shown in FIGS. 4b and c. in this connection the left edge of the plate 2 comes to rest on the horizontal leg 7, whereupon the plate 2 first shifted to the left and then over the horizontal web 5 on the right Side raised.
- the inclined leg forms 6 'a guide surface such that the plate 2 is shifted to the right when lowering, so that it comes to rest on the top of the right horizontal web 5, like this 4f shows.
- the plate is raised from Fig. 4f and laterally shifted, whereupon the right edge can be lowered under the horizontal web 5 on the right mounting rail can, as shown in Fig. 4d, so that the plate can be placed on the lower support surfaces 4 can.
- Fig. 5 shows a mounting rail profile corresponding to that in Fig. 4, the dimensions of the Profiles are adapted to a thicker plate 2, for example made of a mineral fiber plate can exist.
- the vertical web 3 and the inclined leg 6 ' are longer than in the mounting rail profile according to FIG. 4.
- At 8 there is one on the top of the horizontal Leg 7 attached, open at the top C-profile attached, for hanging on a Suspension element 30 is used.
- FIG. 6 shows a modified embodiment of the mounting rail profile according to FIG. 4, with an angled upward at the free ends of the lower horizontal webs 4 and 4 ' Edge 11 is formed.
- the vertical web 3 of the profile is somewhat over the upper horizontal web 5 extended to form a nose 12.
- This configuration is suitable for a plate 2 which has a bulge 13 on the edge with which the edge 11 angled above or the nose 12 engages and the plate 2 against one further horizontal shift fixed. Plate 2 rests on the right-hand side the horizontal web 5 without this having an upwardly angled edge is.
- the plate 2 can also have a U-shaped or V-shaped bulge or deformation of the Edge area of the plate can be provided.
- a downwardly angled edge can be on the plate 2 14 are provided, as shown in FIG. 7, the downwardly angled edge 14 with the upwardly angled edge 11 or the nose 12 of the profile in Fig. 6 engages.
- Fig. 8 shows a modified profile of a mounting rail, in which the horizontal leg 7 its free end has a downwardly angled, U-shaped edge section 8, which forms a hook.
- the vertical web 3 is approximately in this embodiment upper area angled laterally, so that there is an inclined surface 9, the upper end merges into the horizontal web 5.
- This inclined surface 9 is used for easier insertion of the shown in Fig. 8 plate 2, which on one side with an upstanding, angled Edge section and an inwardly angled U-shaped edge 10 provided is, which engages with the edge portion 8 of the mounting rail.
- the right side of this Plate 2 can have a smooth edge, which is on the horizontal web 5 of the right mounting rail comes to rest.
- the mounting rail profile shown in Fig. 8 can be modified in such a way that the horizontal leg 7 is arched upward to introduce the angled To facilitate edge 10 in the angled edge 8 by a larger free space.
- the vertical web 3 and the vertical leg 6 can be one of the Support surfaces 4 and 4 'outgoing sloping surface to the left end of the horizontal Leg 7 are summarized to form a continuous guide surface for the plate 2nd to reach when lifting.
- the horizontal web 5 can be a bar on the other Be formed side of this continuous sloping surface.
- Fig. 9 shows an embodiment of a mounting rail profile, in which the lower contact surfaces 4 are formed on both sides of the vertical web 3 of the same width, while the horizontal web 5 extends on both sides of the vertical web 3 and on the opposite sides is of different widths.
- the lifting of the plate-shaped Ceiling element 2 due to the shortened upper horizontal web on one side 5 facilitated, the offset position shown in Fig. 9 of the Plate 2 on the horizontal webs 5 and 5 'of different widths compared to the lower ones Contact surfaces 4 results.
- the support surfaces 4 and 4 'shown in FIG. 9 with the same width can also be different be designed broad, the differently wide contact surfaces 4 and 4 'relative to the vertical web 3 are asymmetrically offset from the support surfaces on the horizontal web 5.
- FIG. 9a shows an embodiment with vertical leg 6 and horizontal leg 7 accordingly 3, while FIG. 9b, for example, an embodiment corresponding to FIG. 1 reproduces. 9, the vertical leg 6 can also be inclined be formed lying, as shown for example in FIG. 4.
- Fig. 10 shows a perspective view from above of a known grid ceiling, in which rectangular ceiling elements 2 are suspended between the main rails 1, across them Cross rails 20 run to form the grid and to stiffen the structure serve.
- the mounting rails are replaced by the ones in the previous ones Figures described support rails 1 formed, while the transverse to it Rails 20 can have any configuration. Since the ceiling elements 2 lengthways the support rails 1 are displaced relative to each other in the direction of the arrow, the cross rail 20 have such a height that a ceiling element 2 in the raised position, in which it rests on the horizontal webs 5, via a cross rail 20 along the mounting rails 1 can be moved.
- the suspension elements 30 are expediently on attached to the mounting rails and not on the cross rails 20, as in Fig. 10 on another Arrangement shown.
- the cross rails 20 can also have a different height, so that for example only the central cross rail 20 in FIG. 10 is designed to be lower in order to shift the to enable this central cross rail adjacent ceiling elements 2, while the other cross rails 20 to increase the stability have a larger height dimension can.
- Fig. 11 shows schematically a section along the line A-A in Fig. 10, the transverse to the Main rails 1 running cross rail 20 is indicated by dash-dotted lines. While in the normal position of the plates 2 on the lower support surfaces 4 a shift - along the main rails 1 is not possible because of the cross rail 20, one on the upper one Ceiling element suspended ceiling element 2 over the cross rail 20 along the mounting rails 1 be moved.
- the mounting rail profile according to the invention is asymmetrical to the vertical Center line formed on which the vertical web 3 is located. Accordingly, the Mounting rails 1 mounted so that the different sides of the mounting rails face each other because the opposite sides of the mounting rail profile are different Functions have, as can be seen above from FIGS. 4 to 6.
- the asymmetrical The configuration of the opposite sides of the mounting rail profile is such designed that a lateral displacement and an offset support of the plate in the different Mounting levels is possible.
- the ceiling elements or panels 2 can, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, hanging elements in Form of a bulge 13 along the edge, in the form of an angled edge 14 or of the angled edge in FIG. 8.
- the smooth edge of the panels a suspension element, by means of which the panel on the individual suspension levels is hung or hung up.
- a U-profile can be placed as an edge protector, as is the case for example is indicated at 21 in FIG. 5b.
- Edge of a thicker plate may be provided with a shoulder 15, as shown in FIG. 12.
- the mounting rail profile can be formed by bending a sheet. It can also be manufactured as an extruded profile.
