Abstract

Eine Regalstütze 10 weist in ihrer Vorderwand 11 untereinander angeordnete Lochungen 12 auf, deren jede einen Mittelbereich 20 zum Einhängen einer Regalkonsole und zwei auf beiden Seiten anschließende Seitenbereiche 21 zum Einhängen jeweils eines Regal-Rückwandelements aufweist. Der Mittelbereich 20 hat eine größere Höhe als die Seitenbereiche 21, so daß die Regalkonsole auch dann ohne nennenswertes Spiel einhängbar ist, wenn keine Rückwandelemente vorgesehen sind. Die Lochung 12 ist um ihre horizontale und ihre vertikale Mittelachse symmetrisch gestaltet. Die beiden Seitenbereiche 21 sind trapezförmig mit nach außen zunehmender Höhe gestaltet, so daß sich beim Einhängen von Rückwandelementen in benachbarte Regalstützen 10 ein selbst-zentrierender Effekt ergibt. <IMAGE>

Description

Zerlegbare Metallregale umfassen als Grundelemente vertikale Stützen, die bei Wandregalen als Wandschienen und bei freistehenden Regalsystemen als Säulen ausgeführt sind, in die Stützen einhängbare Konsolen und an den Konsolen befestigbare Fachböden, Körbe oder sonstige Ablageelemente. Die Regalstützen sind in ihrer Vorderwand mit untereinander angeordneten Lochungen zum Einhängen von am hinteren Ende der Konsolen vorgesehenen Haken versehen. Insbesondere bei freistehenden Regalen sind ferner Rückwandelemente üblich, deren seitliche Kanten nach hinten gerichtete Haken ebenfalls zum Einhängen in Lochungen der Regalstützen aufweisen. Häufig sind derartige Wandelemente auch als Lochplatten gestaltet.
Die einfachste Lochform in Regalstützen besteht aus einem Rechteck, dessen längere Kante senkrecht steht. Die Breite derartiger Rechtecklochungen kann so bemessen sein, daß sich in dieselbe Lochung ein Haken einer Konsole sowie zwei Haken zweier seitlicher Wandelemente einhängen lassen.
Eine andere bekannte Lochung besteht aus zwei horizontal nebeneinander liegenden und senkrecht verlaufenden, gegebenenfalls zu eine H-Form verbundenen Rechteckschlitzen zum Einhängen von paarweise vorhandenen Haken, wie sie beispielsweise an Konsolen mit U-förmigem Querschnitt vorgesehen sind. In einem solchen Fall kann jeder der beiden Parallelschlitze in seiner Breite zur Aufnahme jeweils eines der beiden Konsolhaken sowie eines Hakens eines Rückwandelements bemessen sein.
Bei den bekannten Lochformen besteht eine Schwierigkeit darin, daß bei Regalen ohne Rückwandelemente die Konsolhaken in den dann zu breit bemessenen Lochungen viel seitliches Spiel haben.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Regal anzugeben, in dessen Stütze die Lochungen so gestaltet sind, daß sie zur Aufnahme sowohl von Konsol- als auch von Rückwandhaken dienen und gleichzeitig eine bündige Aufnahme des Konsolhakens auch dann gewährleisten, wenn keine Rückwandelemente eingehängt werden.
Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist im Anspruch 1 angegeben. Danach bestehen die Lochungen der Regalstützen jeweils aus einem einzelnen in üblicher Weise durch Stanzung herstellbaren Ausschnitt, der für jedes der drei möglicherweise einhängbaren Regalelemente einen zugeordneten Bereich aufweist. Die gegenüber den Seitenbereichen größere Höhe des Mittelbereichs gestattet dabei eine weitgehend spielfreie Aufnahme der Konsole auch dann, wenn keine Rückwandelemente vorhanden sind.
Gleichzeitig können die Seitenbereiche zur Aufnahme jeweils eines Hakens eines Rückwandelements so breit bemessen werden, daß sich dieses auch nachträglich mühelos einhängen läßt.
Die bei der Stütze des erfindungsgemäßen Regals vorgesehene Lochform ist zwar grundsätzlich bekannt) siehe US-A-3,316,863, DE-U-7 146 980 und DE-U-7 713 539); Rückwandelemente sind dort aber nicht vorgesehen. Daher ist der Gedanke, die an sich bekannte Lochform zum gleichzeitigen oder wahlweisen Einhängen von Konsolen und Rückwandelementen zu verwenden, um dadurch die beim Stand der Technik auftretende Schwierigkeit zu überwinden, nicht nahegelegt.
Die Gestaltung der Erfindung nach Anspruch 2 ist insofern günstig, als es beim Zusammenbau des Regals nicht erforderlich ist, auf die Orientierung der Stütze zu achten.
In der Ausgestaltung der Erfindung nach Anspruch 3 ergibt sich bezüglich der Rückwandelemente ein Selbstzentriereffekt, indem die Rückwandelemente aufgrund ihres Gewichts in die jeweils tiefste Stellung zu gelangen versuchen und damit den richtigen Abstand zwischen benachbarten Regalstützen festlegen.
Anspruch 4 bezieht sich auf eine für praktische Zwecke besonders zweckmäßig dimensionierte Lochung.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert, in der

Gemäß dem in Figur 2 gezeigten Querschnitt handelt es sich bei dem hier beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel um eine Universal-Regalstütze 10, die in ihren beiden schmaleren Wänden 11 mit Lochungen 12 versehen ist, die in Figur 1 und 3 dargestellt sind und zum Einhängen der Haken von Regalkonsole 13 und Rückwandelementen 14 (vgl. Figur 4) dienen. Die Konsolen 13 dienen ihrerseits zur Aufnahme von Fachböden 15 oder sonstigen Regalelementen. In ihren breiteren Wänden 16 ist die Regalstütze 10 gemäß Figur 2 mit weiteren Lochungen 17 zum Einhängen von Regaltraversen 18 (Figur 4) versehen, die seitlich benachbarte Regalstützen 10 auf Abstand miteinander verbinden.
Die gezeigte Regalstütze 10 ist als Säule eines freistehenden ein- oder doppelseitigen Regalständers oder auch als Wandschiene zu Befestigung an einer Gebäudewand geeignet.
Gemäß Figur 1 und 3 weist jede Lochung seitlich nebeneinander drei Bereiche auf, von denen der Mittelbereich 20 eine größere vertikale Höhe hat als die beiden Seitenbereiche 21, die ihrerseits etwa trapezförmig mit nach außen zunehmender Höhe gestaltet sind. Die drei Bereiche 20, 21 ergeben miteinander einen generell kreuzförmige Ausschnitt, der bezüglich der horizontalen als auch bezüglich der vertikalen Mittellinie symmetrisch ist.
Der Mittelbereich 20 der Lochung 12 dient zum Einhängen einer Regalkonsole 13 und ist in seiner Breite so bemessen, daß er den an der hinteren Kante der Konsole 13 vorhandenen Haken ohne wesentliches Spiel aufnimmt. Je nach Bauart der Konsole, kann diese auch U-förmigen Querschnitt haben und an ihrem hinteren Ende statt eines einzelnen Hakens aus verhältnismäßig dickem Blech zwei nebeneinander liegende, entsprechend dünnere Haken aufweisen. Übliche Regalkonsolen 13 sind so gestaltet, daß sie untereinander zwei Haken zum Einhängen in zwei untereinander liegende Lochungen 12 der Regalstütze 10 aufweisen.
Die Seitenbereiche 21 jeder Lochung 12 dienen zum Einhängen der Haken eines Rückwandelements 14. Üblicherweise sind Rückwandelemente an beiden Längskanten mit einer Folge von Haken versehen, deren Abstände den Abständen der Lochungen 12 in der Regalstütze 10 entsprechen. Die Breite der Seitenbereiche 21 ist größer als die Dicke der Rückwandhaken, so daß sich die Rückwandelemente 14 auch dann, wenn Konsolen bereits eingehängt sind, noch mühelos einhängen lassen.
Wie sich der bemaßten vergrößerten Darstellung der Figur 3 ablesen läßt, hat der Mittelbereich 20 der Lochung 12 eine Höhe, die im wesentlichen doppelt so groß ist wie die Gesamtbreite der Lochung. Ferner ist die Breite des Mittelbereichs 20 größer als die jedes Seitenbereichs 21, und die Höhe des Mittelbereichs 20 übersteigt diejenige jedes Seitenbereichs 21 um 10 bis 20 %.

Claims (4)

  1. Regal mit Stützen (10), Konsolen (13) und Rückwandelementen (14), wobei die Stützen (10) in der Vorderwand (11) untereinander angeordneten Lochungen (12) zum Einhängen der Konsolen (13) und Rückwandelemente (14),
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einige der Lochungen (12) jeweils einen Mittelbereich (20) zum Einhängen einer Konsole (13) und auf beiden Seiten des Mittelbereichs jeweils anschließende Seitenbereiche (21) mit gegenüber dem Mittelbereich (20) geringerer Höhe zum Einhängen jeweils eines Rückwandelements (14) aufweisen.
  2. Regal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lochung (12) bezüglich ihrer vertikalen und ihrer horizontalen Mittellinie symmetrisch gestaltet ist.
  3. Regal nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenbereiche (21) trapezförmig mit vom Mittelbereich (20) nach außen zunehmender Höhe gestaltet sind.
  4. Regal nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe der Lochung (12) im wesentlichen doppelt so groß ist wie ihre Gesamtbreite, die Breite des Mittelbereichs (20) größer ist als die jedes Seitenbereichs (21), und die Höhe des Mittelbereichs (20) diejenige der Seitenbereiche (21) um ein Fünftel bis ein Zehntel übersteigt.
