Claims (6)
- Verriegelungsbeschlag zwischen einem Flügel (1) und einem festen Rahmen (2) eines Fensters, einer Tür oder dergleichen, wobei der Flügel (1) und.der feste Rahmen (2) einander mit Falzflächen (3, 4) gegenüberliegen, mit Verriegelungselementen in Form eines Riegelvorsprungs (9) sowie eines Schließstücks (10), von denen das eine an dem festen Rahmen (2) und das andere an dem Flügel (1) angebracht ist und welche in Richtung der Falzflächen (3, 4) - entlang der Bewegung einer Treibstange (7) - relativ zueinander bewegbar und durch diese Relativbewegung miteinander in Eingriff bringbar sind,
wobei der Riegelvorsprung (9) und das Schließstück (10) einander in Eingriffsstellung mit sich in Richtung der Falzflächen (3, 4) - entlang der Bewegung einer Treibstange (7) - erstreckenden Eingriffsflächen hintergreifen,
wobei senkrecht zu den Falzflächen (3, 4) und quer dazu, entlang einer Begrenzungskante (25), verlaufende Flächen entstehen.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die quer verlaufenden Flächen des Schließstücks (10) und des Riegelvorsprungs (9) in Öffnungsrichtung des Flügels, quer zur Falzfläche (3 oder 4) zumindest bereichsweise durch eine definierte Anlagekante (22) voneinander beabstandet werden,
wobei der Riegelvorsprung (9) als Pilzkopfzapfen ausgebildet ist. - Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließstück (10) als seitlich offenes U- oder C-förmiges Profilstück ausgebildet ist, in dessen U-Schenkel (15) ein Schlitz (16) zum Durchtritt des verjüngten Zapfenabschnitts (11) angebracht ist, so daß das Schließstück (10) einen Hinterschnitt (21) aufweist und daß die Anlagekante (22) aus einem in dem Hinterschnitt (21) des Schließstücks (10) angeordneten Gleitstück (26) bestehen, an die der Pilzkopf (12) beim Eingriff in das Schließstück (10) anstößt. - Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gleitstück (26) aus einem Kunststoff hergestellt wird. - Verriegelungsbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließstück (10) zumindest in dem dem Riegelvorsprung (9) zugeordneten U-Schenkel (15) als Stanz-Biegsteil ausgebildet ist. - Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließstück (10) als U-förmiges Blechprofil ausgebildet ist, in dessen U-Schenkel (15) ein Schlitz (16) gestanzt ist,
daß die seitlichen Schenkel (23, 24) des U-förmigen Blechprofils durch abgebogene Lappen des Blechzuschnittes gebildet wird, wobei die Anlagekante (22) einem der Lappen zugeordnet ist. - Verriegelungsbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlagekante (22) einteilig mit einer Platte (19) ausgebildet ist, die zwischen dem Rahmen (2) und dem Schließstück (10) liegt und zur Anpassung an unterschiedliche Profilierungen des Rahmens (2) dient.
