Claims (21)
- Anschlußanordnung für eine stabförmige zweiendige Entladungslampe (12), insbesondere eine Quecksilber-Hochdrucklampe oder Quecksilber-Mitteldrucklampe, mit zwei an den Anschlußenden (16) der Entladungslampe (12) angeordneten, jeweils einen an dem Anschlußende (16) in Lampenlängsrichtung (24) abstehenden, mit einer Lampenelektrode (36) elektrisch verbundenen Kontaktstift (26) aufweisenden Lampensockeln (20) und zwei im Abstand voneinander in einem Lampengehäuse (14) montierbaren, ein über eine Anschlußleitung (56) mit Hochspannung beaufschlagbares Kontaktelement (58) sowie einen das Kontaktelement (58) tragenden Isolierkörper (60) aufweisenden Einbaufassungen (22) zur Aufnahme der Lampensockel (20), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lampensockel (20) jeweils eine den Kontaktstift (26) unter Freihaltung einer seitlichen Anschlußöffnung (46) allseitig umschließende Isolierhülse (28) aufweisen, und daß die Kontaktelemente (58) durch die Anschlußöffnung (46) des zugeordneten Lampensockels (20) hindurch mit dessen Kontaktstift (26) in lösbaren Eingriff bringbar sind, wobei die Isolierkörper (60) im Verbindungszustand die Anschlußöffnungen (46) überdecken.
- Anschlußanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktstifte (26) radial in einer quer zur Lampenlängsachse (24) verlaufenden Fügerichtung unter Herstellung einer Klemmverbindung mit den Kontaktelementen (58) werkzeuglos in Eingriff bringbar sowie wieder lösbar sind.
- Anschlußanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktelemente durch einen U-förmigen Federkontakt (58) gebildet sind, dessen Federschenkel (62) mit ihren einander zugewandten Kontaktseiten unter Federspannung auf den Kontaktstift (26) aufspreizbar sind.
- Anschlußanordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federschenkel (62) des Federkontakts (58) einen über einen Teilumfang vollflächig gegen den Kontaktstift (26) anliegenden teilkreisförmig gebogenen Kontaktabschnitt (64) und einen von der Kontaktseite weg nach außen abgekanteten Endabschnitt (66) aufweisen, wobei die lichte Weite des durch die Endabschnitte (66) begrenzten Einführspalts (68) kleiner als der Durchmesser des Kontaktstifts (26) ist.
- Anschlußanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kontaktelement (58) über ein zugleich mit der Anschlußleitung (56) verbindbares Anschlußteil (78,80) an dem Isolierkörper (60) verankerbar ist.
- Anschlußanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kontaktelement (58) vorzugsweise über ein Federelement mit Spiel an dem Isolierkörper (60) gelagert ist.
- Anschlußanordnung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußteil (78) durch ein zwischen den Federschenkeln (62) des Federkontakts (58) angeordnetes Kemstück (78) und einen an dem Kemstück (78) angeformten, den Federkontakt (58) an seiner die Federschenkel (62) verbindenden Basis durchsetzenden Gewindeschaft (80) gebildet ist.
- Anschlußanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Isolierkörper (60) ein als U- oder C-Profil ausgebildetes Aufnahmeteil (70) aufweist, an dessen Innenseite (92) das Kontaktelement (58) zentral abstehend angeordnet ist.
- Anschlußanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kontaktelement (58) in einer Ausnehmung (76) des Isolierkörpers (60) verdrehsicher gehalten ist.
- Anschlußanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Isolierkörper (60) einen stimseitig an dem Aufnahmeteil (70) angeformten Flansch (72) zur Befestigung an dem Lampengehäuse (14) aufweist.
- Anschlußanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der als Hohlzylinderstift ausgebildete Kontaktstift (26) innenseitig mit einem Anschlußdraht (30) der zugehörigen Lampenelektrode (36) kontaktierbar ist.
- Anschlußanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Isolierhülse (28) und dem darin konzentrisch angeordneten Kontaktstift (26) ein Ringraum (48) für den Eingriff des Kontaktelements (58) freigehalten ist.
- Anschlußanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontaktstift (26) an seinem der Entladungslampe (12) zugewandten Endabschnitt einen radial überstehenden, an die Isolierhülse (28) innenseitig anliegenden Bund (38) aufweist.
- Anschlußanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isolierhülse (28) einen das Anschlußende (16) der Entladungslampe (12) aufnehmenden, vorzugsweise mittels einer keramischen Kittmasse (42) abgedichteten Stützabschnitt (40) und einen zur Lagerung des Kontaktstifts (26) ausgebildeten, mit der Anschlußöffnung (46) versehenen freien Endabschnitt (44) aufweist.
- Anschlußanordnung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bund (38) des Kontaktstifts (26) den Innenraum des Stützabschnitts (40) der Isolierhülse (28) stirnseitig begrenzt.
- Anschlußanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontaktstift (26) an seinem vorzugsweise durch einen verjüngten Zentrieransatz (52) gebildeten freien Ende in einer Zentralausnehmung (51) einer das freie Stimende der Isolierhülse (28) bildenden Stirnwand (50) gelagert ist.
- Anschlußanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isolierhülse (28) eine an die Anschlußöffnung (46) angrenzende, axial zu ihrem lampenseitigen Ende hin sich erstrekkende abgeflachte Wandpartie (90) aufweist, welche im Verbindungszustand mit einer zugewandten Planfläche (92) des Isolierkörpers (60) in Anlage kommt.
- Anschlußanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußöffnung (46) in Umfangsrichtung der Isolierhülse (28) gesehen einen Öffnungswinkel von wenigstens 120° und in axialer Richtung der Isolierhülse (28) eine Öffnungsbreite von mindestens 5 mm, vorzugsweise 10 mm aufweist.
- Anschlußanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isolierhülse (28) und der Isolierkörper (60) jeweils als einstückiges Formteil aus einem elektrisch isolierenden, wärmeleitfähigen und hitzebeständigen Material, vorzugsweise aus einem Keramikmaterial bestehen.
- Anschlußanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kontaktelement (58) und/oder der Kontaktstift (26) aus Edelstahl oder Kupfer oder einer Kupfer Beryllium-Legierung bestehen und gegebenenfalls mit einer elektrisch hochleitfähigen, nicht oxydierenden Oberflächenschicht vorzugsweise aus Gold oder Silber überzogen sind.
- Entladungslampe (12), insbesondere Quecksilber-Hochdrucklampe oder Quecksilber-Mitteldrucklampe zum Einsatz in einem UV-Bestrahlungsaggregat, mit einem zweiseitig gesockelten, stabförmigen Entladungsrohr (18), gekennzeichnet durch eine Anschlußanordnung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
