Description

Getränkedose
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Getränkedose mit einem Eindrückdeckelverschluß.
Erfrischungsgetränke werden heute sowohl in Glasflaschen, Kunststoffflaschen als auch in Dosen vertrieben. Dosen bestehen in der Regel aus Weißblech oder Aluminium und weisen überwiegend einen Eindrückdeckelverschluß auf, der nach Öffnung eine Trinköffnung freigibt. Insbesondere bei kohlensäurehaltigen Getränken müssen entsprechende Getränkedosen relativ schnell geleert werden, da anderenfalls zu viel Kohlensäure durch die in der Regel nicht schließbare Trinköffnung entweicht.
In der DE 39 31 573 C2 ist bereits vorgeschlagen worden, die Getränkeöffnung nach Öffnen der Dose durch ein stopfenartiges Verschlußelement wieder schließen zu können, wobei das Verschlußelement an dem Eindrückdeckelverschluß angebracht ist. Derartige Verschlußelemente haben sich jedoch nicht durchgesetzt.
Häufig ist es auch nicht erforderlich, nach Öffnen der Trinköffnung einen vollständigen Wiederverschluß zu erreichen, sondern es reicht aus, die Trinköffnung derart siebförmig abzudecken, daß keine Gefahr besteht, daß Insekten, Wespen oder dergleichen in die nicht einsehbare Dose gelangen können. Insbesondere der Einflug von Wespen in den Sommermonaten gilt als besonders gefährlich, da diese beim nächsten Trinken in den Rachenraum des Benutzers gelangen können und durch Stiche schwere Gesundheitsschäden hervorrufen können.
Aus der DE 40 38 329 ist eine Getränkedose mit einem Deckel mit Aufreißverschluß bekannt, bei dem an der Unterseite des Deckels ein die Öffnungsfläche überdeckender Verschluß vorgesehen ist, der für Flüssigkeiten durchlässig, aber für größere Festkörper undurchlässig ist. Beim Öffnen des Deckelverschlusses drückt der die Trinköffnung freigebende Deckelabschnitt das unterhalb des Deckels angeordnete Sieb, das über ein Klappgelenk verfügt, so weit nach unten, bis der Deckelabschnitt das Sieb freigegeben hat, so daß es durch die Rückstellkräfte des Gelenks wieder nach oben geklappt wird und die Trinköffnung von unten abdeckt. Es zeigt sich, daß es bei dieser Art der Abdeckung einer Trinköffnung erforderlich ist, den Deckelverschluß in jedem Fall so weit aufzudrücken, daß das unterhalb des Deckels angeordnete Sieb freigegeben wird, da anderenfalls die Funktion des Siebes nicht erreicht wird.
Eine ähnliche Ausbildung ist in der DE 40 22 408 A1 angegeben, die die gleichen Probleme zeigt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Getränkedose mit einem Eindruckdeckelverschluß anzugeben, welche bei einfacher und kostengünstiger Herstellung eine hohe Funktionssicherheit gewährleistet und einfach in der Handhabung ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die im Anspruch 1 angegebene Erfindung gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in Unteransprüchen angegeben.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Getränkedose mit einem Eindrückdeckelverschluß, bei der ein von einer an sich bekannten Trennlinie umgebender Deckelteil wenigstens in einem Teilbereich durch die Betätigungsnase einer an dem Deckel durch eine Nietverbindung befestigten Grifflasche unter Bildung einer Trinköffnung der Dose in den Doseninnenraum eindrückbar ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Trinköffnung mittels einer äußeren siebartigen Abdeckung abdeckbar, die durch die Nietverbindung an dem Deckel befestigt ist. Die Bet tigungsnase der Grifflasche wird bei ihrer Betätigung durch eine Aussparung der Abdeckung geführt.
Anders als im Stand der Technik tritt bei dieser Ausbildung einer Abdeckung der Trinköffnung einer Getränkedose keine Bewegung der Abdeckung auf, so daß diese ortsfest bleibt und unabhängig von der Betätigung der Deckellasche funktionsfähig bleibt.
Vorzugsweise besteht die Abdeckung aus dem gleichen Material wie die Dose oder die Deckellasche. Sie kann jedoch, wenn sie als gesondertes Teil ausgebildet ist, auch aus Kunststoff hergestellt sein. Zur Erhöhung der Stabilität der Abdeckung kann diese eine randseitige Umbördelung aufweisen, welche im ungeöffneten Zustand der Dose im Bereich der Trennlinie an der Dose anliegt, so daß, insbesondere wenn sich die Trennlinie im Bereich einer Vertiefung des Deckels befindet, keine zusätzlichen vorstehenden Teile im Deckelbereich der Dose vorhanden sind.
Die Abdeckung kann insbesondere auch als ein Teil der Grifflasche ausgebildet sein, so daß sie in einem Arbeitsgang mit der Grifflasche herstellbar und an dem Dosendeckel befestigbar ist.
Da bei handelsüblichen Grifflaschen für Getränkedosen die Grifflasche über einen Befestigungsansatz, der mit der Dose vernietet ist, an der Dose befestigt ist, kann vorzugsweise vorgesehen sein, die Abdeckung durch eine Verlängerung des Befestigungsansatzes auszubilden. Dies kann beispielsweise dadurch geschehen, daß nach der Stanzung einer geeignet geformten Deckellasche eine derartige Umbiegung im Bereich des Befestigungsansatzes erfolgt, daß von der Niete ausgehend die Befestigungslasche zu einer Seite gerichtet ist, während die Abdeckung gegenüber der Nietverbindung zur entgegengesetzten Öffnungsseite gerichtet ist.
Aus fertigungstechnischen Gründen kann es jedoch bevorzugt sein, die Abdeckung über seitliche Biegegelenke einteilig mit der Grifflasche im Bereich ihrer Nietverbindung an der Dose auszubilden und zu befestigen.
Die Erfindung verhindert wirksam das Eintreten von Insekten in die geöffnete Dose, ohne daß die Herstellung besonders aufwendig oder kostenintensiv wäre.
Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Ansicht zeigt die Oberseite einer Getränkedose 1 nach dem Stand der Technik. Die Dose 1 enthält einen oberseitigen Deckel 5, der randseitig mit dem übrigen Teil der Dose verbunden ist. Auf dem Deckel 5 befindet sich ein Eindrückdeckelverschluß mit einer Grifflasche 7, der über eine Nietverbindung 6 im Zentrum der Dose befestigt ist. Beim Hochziehen der Grifflasche 7 drückt eine Betätigungsnase 4 auf einen Teilbereich des Deckels, welcher durch eine Trennlinie 3 vom übrigen Deckelbereich abgegrenzt ist. Durch dieses Niederdrücken der Betätigungsnase 4 wird der Teilbereich an der Trennlinie 3 vom übrigen Deckelbereich abgetrennt und nach innen in die Getränkedose hineingedrückt. Dadurch bildet sich eine Trinköffnung 8, die ohne weitere Maßnahme nicht wieder verschließbar ist.
Fig. 2 zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung einer Getränkedose, welche ebenfalls einen Deckel 5 aufweist, der wiederum einen Eindrückdeckelverschluß 2 enthält. Dieser ist ebenfalls wie beim Gegenstand nach der Fig. 1 über eine Nietverbindung 6 am Deckel befestigt. Ebenso ist eine Betätigungsnase 4 vorgesehen, welche einen Teilbereich des Deckels bei Anheben der Grifflasche 7 in die Dose hineindrückt. Gegenüber der Ausbildungsform von Fig. 1 weist die erfindungsgemäße Getränkedose nach Fig. 2 zusätzlich eine Abdeckung 9 auf, welche die durch das Niederdrücken der Bet tigungsnase 4 gebildete Trinköffnung permanent abdeckt, wobei die Durchlässigkeit der Abdeckung 9 die Entnahme der Flüssigkeit aus der Dose weiterhin gewährleistet. Die Abdeckung 9 verhindert jedoch das Einfliegen von Insekten, insbesondere Wespen und dergleichen, in das Innere der Dose.
Die Abdeckung 9 ist zusammen mit der Grifflasche 7 an der Nietverbindung 6 befestigt und weist eine Aussparung 10 auf, durch welche die Betätigungsnase 4 der Grifflasche 7 hindurchdrückbar ist.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine Explosionsansicht des Gegenstandes von Fig. 2. Daraus wird deutlich, daß gegenüber einer Dose nach dem Stand der Technik die erfindungsgemäße Dose zwischen dem Deckel 5 und der Grifflasche 7 eine Abdeckung 9 enthält, welche durch die Nietverbindung 6 mit der Dose verbunden wird.
Eine isolierte Ansicht einer Abdeckung 9 zeigt Fig. 4, welche deutlich macht, daß die Abdeckung aus einem einteiligen Materialstück, beispielsweise Metall oder auch Kunststoff, besteht, welches Durchbrüche 12 zum Durchtritt der Flüssigkeit enthält. Die Aussparung 10 dient zum Durchtritt der Bet tigungsnase 4 der Grifflasche.
Die Figuren 5 und 6 zeigen die Öffnung einer Getränkedose nach dem Stand der Technik. Die Grifflasche 7 ist über einen Befestigungsansatz 11 der Grifflasche 7 durch die Nietverbindung 6 an dem Deckel 5 der Getränkedose befestigt. Bei Anheben der Grifflasche 7 wird die Bet tigungsnase der Grifflasche 7 auf einen Teilbereich 14 des Deckels 5 gedrückt, so daß dieser Teilbereich, der gegenüber dem übrigen Bereich der Dose durch eine Trennlinie leicht trennbar ist, in die Dose niedergedrückt wird. Dadurch entsteht die Trinköffnung 8. Fig. 6 zeigt den entsprechenden Zustand einer geöffneten Getränkedose nach dem Stand der Technik mit angehobener Grifflasche 7. Die Figuren 7 und 8 zeigen eine erfindungsgemäße Getränkedose, wobei Fig. 7 den geschlossenen Zustand der Dose darstellt und Fig. 8 den geöffneten Zustand der Dose.
Die Abdeckung 9 befindet sich zwischen der Grifflasche 7 und dem Deckel 5 und ist über die Nietverbindung 6 zusammen mit der Grifflasche 7 an der Dose befestigt. Damit die Abdeckung 9 eng an der Dose 5 anliegt, ist eine Umbördelung 13 vorgesehen, die etwa im Bereich der Trennlinie 3 an der Dose anliegt, vorzugsweise außerhalb der Trennlinie 3.
Bei Anheben der Grifflasche 7 wird die Betätigungsnase 4 auf den abzutrennenden Teilbereich 14 des Deckels 5 gedrückt, so daß der Teilbereich 14 in das Innere der Dose eingedrückt wird. Dadurch entsteht die Trinköffnung 8. Aufgrund der Aussparung 10 (siehe Fig. 4) tritt die Betätigungsnase 4 durch die Abdeckung 9 hindurch, ohne diese zu bewegen oder einzudrücken. Die Abdeckung 9 bleibt daher an Ort und Stelle und deckt die Trinköffnung 8 ab.
Das Trinken aus der Dose wird durch die Abdeckung 9 nicht behindert, da ausreichend große Durchbrüche 12 vorhanden sind, die Flüssigkeit hindurchlassen, jedoch Insekten und dergleichen vor Eintritt in die Getränkedose zurückhalten.
Die Durchbrüche können insbesondere rund, oval, quadratisch oder linienförmig sein.
In einer weitergehenden Ausführungsform der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, die Grifflasche 7 zusammen mit der Abdeckung 9 einteilig auszubilden, insbesondere dadurch, daß der Befestigungsansatz 11 unmittelbar in die Abdeckung 9 übergeht oder die Abdeckung 9 seitlich an der Befestigungslasche 7 angesetzt ist. Claims

Ansprüche
1. Getränkedose mit einem Eindrückdeckelverschluß (2), bei dem ein von einer Trennlinie (3) umgebender Deckelbereich wenigstens in einem Teilbereich (14) durch die Bet tigungsnase (4) einer an dem Deckel (5) durch eine Nietverbindung (6) befestigten Grifflasche (7) unter Bildung einer Trinköffnung (8) der Dose in den Doseninnenraum eindrückbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trinköffnung (8) mittels einer äußeren siebartigen Abdeckung (9) abdeckbar ist, daß die Abdeckung (9) durch die Nietverbindung (6) an dem Deckel (5) befestigt ist, und daß die Betätigungsnase (4) der Grifflasche (7) bei ihrer Betätigung durch eine Aussparung (10) der Abdeckung (9) geführt ist.
2. Getränkedose nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (9) aus Metall oder Kunststoff gebildet ist.
3. Getränkedose nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in der Größe dem Teilbereich des Deckels im wesentlichen entsprechende Abdeckung (9) eine randseitige Unmbördelung (13) aufweist, welche im ungeöffneten Zustand der Dose im Bereich der Trennlinie (3) an der Dose (1) anliegt.
4. Getränkedose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (9) als ein Teil der Grifflasche (7) ausgebildet ist.
5. Getränkedose nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (9) einteilig mit einem Befestigungsansatz (11) der Grifflasche (7), der über die Nietverbindung (6) an der Dose befestigt ist, verbunden ist.
6. Getränkedose nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (9) über seitliche Biegegelenke einteilig mit der Grifflasche (7) im Bereich ihrer Nietverbindung (6) mit der Dose ausgebildet ist.
7. Getränkedose nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die siebartige Ausbildung der Abdeckung (9) durch runde, quadratische oder linienförmige Durchbrüche (12) der Abdeckung gebildet ist.
