Claims (30)
- Konsole eines Fahrweges für ein spurgebundenes Fahrzeug, insbesondere eine Magnetschwebebahn, zur Verbindung eines Trägers (2) mit wenigstens einem an dem Träger (2) mittels der Konsole (1) befestigten Anbauteil (3) bzw. Funktionsteil zum Tragen und/oder Führen des Fahrzeuges, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konsole (1) wenigstens einen, vorzugsweise zwei Stege (5,6) aufweist, die an ihrem ersten Ende eine Fußplatte mit Bohrungen (27) zur Verbindung mit dem Träger (2) und an ihrem zweiten Ende eine im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Erstreckung der Stege (5,6) angeordnete, von dem Träger beabstandete Aufnahme mit Bohrungen (15, 17) zum Anschrauben des Anbauteiles (3) aufweisen, und daß die Aufnahme eine Kopfplatte (4) zur Bildung einer Anlagefläche für das Anbauteil (3) ist.
- Konsole nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Konsole (1) aus wenigstens einem Walzprofil hergestellt ist.
- Konsole nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konsole (1) aus mehreren Walzprofilen (21,21') hergestellt ist, die miteinander verschweißt sind.
- Konsole nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (5,6) an ihrem ersten und/oder ihrem zweiten Ende miteinander verbunden sind.
- Konsole nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß die Wandstärke der Walzprofile (21,21') im Bereich der späteren Schweißstelle im Vergleich zur übrigen Wandstärke verringert ist.
- Konsole nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jedem Steg (5,6) eine im wesentlichen rechtwinkelig zum Steg (5,6) angeordnete Kopfplatte (4) angeordnet ist.
- Konsole nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kopfplatte (4) Vorsprünge (14) als Anlagefläche aufweist.
- Konsole nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kopfplatte (4) L-, T-, Z- oder U-förmig an dem Steg (5,6) bzw. den Stegen (5,6) angeordnet ist.
- Konsole nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steg (5,6) und/oder die Kopfplatte (4) Bohrungen oder Gewinde zur Aufnahme von Befestigungsschrauben und/oder Querkraftbolzen für die Anbauteile (3) aufweist.
- Konsole nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material der Stege (5,6) und/oder der Kopfplatte(n) (4) spanend bearbeitbares und/oder schweißbares Metall, insbesondere Stahl ist.
- Konsole nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konsole (1) an dem Träger (2), insbesondere an einem in dem Träger (2) angeordneten Zuganker (10,11) befestigt, insbesondere angeschraubt oder angespannt ist.
- Konsole nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (5,6) an ihrem ersten Ende mit wenigstens einer Fußplatte (18) versehen sind.
- Konsole nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fußplatte (18) Bohrungen, insbesondere Zentrierbohrungen zur Befestigung mit einem Zuganker (10,11) aufweist.
- Fahrweg für ein spurgebundenes Fahrzeug, insbesondere eine Magnetschwebebahn, zur Verbindung eines Trägers (2) mit wenigstens einem an dem Träger (2) mittels einer Konsole (1) befestigten Anbauteil (3) bzw. Funktionsteil zum Tragen und/oder Führen des Fahrzeuges, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konsole (1) wenigstens einen, vorzugsweise zwei Stege (5,6) aufweist, die an ihrem ersten Ende mit dem Träger (2) verbunden sind und an ihrem zweiten Ende eine im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Erstreckung der Stege (5,6) angeordnete, von dem Träger beabstandete, Aufnahme zum Anschrauben des Anbauteiles (3) aufweisen, daß die Aufnahme eine Kopfplatte (4) zur Bildung einer Anlagefläche für das Anbauteil (3) ist, daß eine Vielzahl von Anbauteilen hintereinander an dem Fahrweg angeordnet sind, und daß der Abstand zweier Konsolen (1) in Längsrichtung des Fahrweges im wesentlichen ein ganzzahliger Teil der Länge eines der Anbauteile (3) ist.
- Fahrweg nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konsole (1) aus wenigstens einem Walzprofil hergestellt ist.
- Fahrweg nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konsole (1), insbesondere eine Fußplatte (18) der Konsole (1) in den Träger (2) einbetoniert ist.
- Fahrweg nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Stoß zweier Anbauteile (3) eine einzige Konsole (1) diese zwei Anbauteile (3) mit dein Träger (2) verbindet, wobei das erste Anbauteil (3) mit dem ersten Steg (5,6) bzw. der ersten Kopfplatte (4) und das zweite Anbauteil (3) mit dem zweiten Steg (5,6) bzw. der zweiten Kopfplatte (4) verbunden ist.
- Fahrweg nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anbauteil (3) ein im Querschnitt im wesentlichen kastenförmiges Bauteil mit integrierter Absetzfläche (24), Seftenführungsfläche (25) und Stator-Befestigung ist.
- Fahrweg nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konsole (1) an einem aus Faserbeton hergestellten Träger (2) angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Konsolen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 zur Befestigung eines Anbauteils (3) am Träger (2) eines spurgebundenen Fahrzeugs mit den Schritten:Herstellung eines Walzprofilstrangs (24), insbesondere durch Warmwalzen eines Metallrohlings, wobei der Querschnitt des Walzprofilstrangs (24) im wesentlichen zumindest einem Teil-Querschnitt der Konsole (1) entspricht, undZerlegen des Walzprofilstrangs (24) in Teilabschnitte, wobei die Länge jedes Teilabschnitts der Höhe (h) der Konsole (1) entspricht.
- Verfahren nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzprofilstrang (24) doppelt gewalzt ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Ablängen der entsprechenden Teilabschnitte ein oder mehrere Löcher (15, 16) in eine Bodenplatte (14) der Konsole (1) zur Befestigung der Konsole (1) am Träger (2) gebohrt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Profilstrang (24) durch Verschweißen von mindestens zwei einzelnen Walzprofilsträngen (21, 21') zusammengesetzt wird, und daß dieses Verschweißen insbesondere vor dem Zerlegen des Walzprofilstranges (24) in Teilabschnitte erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zusammengesetzte Profilstrang (24) aus zwei symmetrisch aneinanderstoßenden Walzprofilsträngen (21, 21') zusammengesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walzprofilstränge (21, 21') im wesentlichen h-förmig sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eine der beiden Flächen (23), die durch eine Schweißnaht (25) miteinander verbunden werden, vor dem Verschweißen in Richtung der gegenüberstehenden Fläche (23, 23') winkelig, insbesondere stumpfwinkelig zulaufend ausgebildet ist, so daß beim Verschweißen mindestens eine keilförmige Schweißnaht (25) entsteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schweißnaht (25) in eine Richtung der Konsole (1) verläuft, in der nach der Befestigung der Konsole (1) am Fahrwegkörper (2) und der Montage des Anbauteils (4) an der Konsole (1) nur eine geringe Belastung auftritt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite (b) der Konsole (1) zwischen der Fläche der Konsole (1), die auf dem Träger (2) aufliegt, und der Fläche der Konsole (1), auf der das Anbauteil (4) aufliegt, beim Walzen des Profils mit einem Übermaß (ü) ausgebildet wird, so daß die Konsole (1) auf das gewünschte Maß nachbearbeitet werden kann.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsstelle an der Konsole (1) vor und/oder nach dem Anbau an den Träger (2) mechanisch bearbeitet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß das Material spanend, insbesondere durch Fräsen oder Bohren, abgetragen wird.
