Description

- eine zweite abgemessene Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung, die bei einer Temperatur unterhalb oder gleich einer zweiten Temperatur, die oberhalb der ersten Temperatur liegt, in die wäßrige Phase übergeht; und
- wenigstens ein wenigstens eine der abgemessenen Mengen einer waschaktiven Zubereitung umfassendes, bei einer definierten Temperatur wasserlösliches Material wobei die ersten und die zweiten und gegebenenfalls die dritten abgemessenen Mengen waschaktiver Zubereitungen in Form miteinander verbundener, separat von dem ersten, zweiten und gegebenenfalls dritten wasserlöslichen Material umfaßten Teil- Portionspackungen vorliegen.
Es werden unter dem Begriff "waschaktive Zubereitungen" jedoch auch Waschhilfsmittel und Reinigungshilfsmittel verstanden. Auch Wäsche-Behandlungsmittel wie Weichspüler bzw. Geschirrspülmittel-Zusätze wie Klarspüler werden erfindungsgemäß als waschaktive Zubereitungen betrachtet.

Claims (35)
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel-Portion, insbesondere zur Beschickung einer Wasch- oder Geschirrspülmaschine für einen in einer wäßrigen Phase stattfindenden Programmlauf, enthaltendeine erste abgemessene Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung, die bei einer Temperatur unterhalb oder gleich einer ersten Temperatur in die wäßrige Phase übergeht;eine zweite abgemessene Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung, die bei einer Temperatur unterhalb oder gleich einer zweiten Temperatur, die oberhalb der ersten Temperatur liegt, in die wäßrige Phase übergeht;
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach Anspruch 1, worin zumindest die zweite abgemessene Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung von einem bei einer Temperatur oberhalb der ersten Temperatur wasserlöslichen Material umfaßt ist.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, zusätzlich umfassend eine dritte abgemessene Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung, die bei einer Temperatur oberhalb der zweiten Temperatur in die wäßrige Phase übergeht.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, worin das die zweite abgemessene Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung umfassende wasserlösliche Material eine wasserlösliche Verpackung, vorzugsweise eine wasserlösliche Polymerfolie, weiter bevorzugt eine Polyvinylalkohol-Folie, noch weiter bevorzugt eine bei Temperaturen oberhalb von 30 °C wasserlösliche Polyvinylalkohol-Folie ist.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, worin das die zweite abgemessene Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung umfassende wasserlösliche Material eine wasserlösliche Kapsel ist, bevorzugt eine Gelatine-Kapsel ist, weiter bevorzugt eine Kapsel aus Weichgelatine ist.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, worin das die zweite abgemessene Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung umfassende wasserlösliche Material ein Coating ist, bevorzugt ein Coating aus einem oder mehreren Wachs(en) ist, weiter bevorzugt ein Coating aus einem oder mehreren, bei einer Temperatur oberhalb von 30 °C schmelzenden, bei einer darunter liegenden Temperatur nicht wasserlöslichen Wachs(en) ist.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, worin das wasserlösliche Material ein nicht kaltwasserlösliches Material ist, bevorzugt ein nicht bei einer Temperatur unterhalb oder gleich der ersten Temperatur wasserlösliches Material ist.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, worin zusätzlich die erste abgemessene Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung von einem ersten wasserlöslichen Material umfaßt ist und dieses erste wasserlösliche Material ein bei einer Temperatur unterhalb oder gleich der ersten Temperatur wasserlösliches Material ist.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, worin die dritte abgemessene Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung von einem dritten wasserlöslichen Material umfaßt ist und dieses dritte wasserlösliche Material ein bei einer Temperatur oberhalb der zweiten Temperatur wasserlösliches Material ist.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 8 und 9, worin die erste abgemessene Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung von einem ersten wasserlöslichen Material umfaßt ist und dieses erste wasserlösliche Material ein bei einer Temperatur unterhalb oder gleich der ersten Temperatur wasserlösliches Material ist und worin zusätzlich die dritte abgemessene Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung von einem dritten wasserlöslichen Material umfaßt ist und dieses dritte wasserlösliche Material ein bei einer Temperatur oberhalb der zweiten Temperatur wasserlösliches Material ist.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, worin die ersten, zweiten und gegebenenfalls dritten abgemessenen Mengen waschaktiver Zubereitungen von einem bei einer Temperatur unterhalb oder gleich der ersten Temperatur wasserlöslichen Material umgeben sind.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach Anspruch 11, worin die zweite und gegebenenfalls dritte abgemessene Menge waschaktiver Zubereitungen neben der ersten Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung in einer Form vorliegen, die deren Übergang in die wäßrige Phase retardiert, bevorzugt in löseverzögerter Form oder in einer von einem bei einer Temperatur unterhalb oder gleich der ersten Temperatur wasserunlöslichen Material umfaßten Form.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12, worin die ersten, zweiten und/oder gegebenenfalls dritten und/oder weiteren abgemessenen Mengen waschaktiver Zubereitungen waschaktive Zubereitungen sind, die alle oder zumindest zum Teil bei gleichen Temperaturen oder bei aufeinanderfolgenden Temperaturen desselben Wasch- oder Reinigungsgangs in die wäßrige Phase übergehen.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, worin das zweite wasserlösliche Material und gegebenenfalls das erste und das dritte wasserlösliche Material, die die zweite abgemessene Menge und gegebenenfalls die erste und die dritte abgemessene Menge waschaktiver Zubereitungen umfassen, Materialien ähnlicher chemischer Zusammensetzung sind, die eine unterschiedliche Wasserlöslichkeit haben.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach Anspruch 14, worin das zweite wasserlösliche Material und gegebenenfalls das erste und das dritte wasserlösliche Material wasserlösliche Polymerfolien, weiter bevorzugt Polyvinylalkohol-Folien, noch weiter bevorzugt bei den Temperaturen des jeweiligen Schritts des Wasch- oder Reinigungsvorgangs wasserlösliche Polyvinylalkohol-Folien, umfassen.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, worin die ersten, zweiten und gegebenenfalls dritten abgemessenen Mengen waschaktiver Zubereitungen jeweils unabhängig voneinander formkörperartige, pulverförmige, gelförmige oder flüssige Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel-Zubereitungen sind.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, umfassendeine erste abgemessene Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung für einen Vorreinigungsgang oder Vorwaschgang; undeine zweite abgemessene Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung für einen Hauptreinigungsgang oder Hauptwaschgang.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, umfassendeine erste abgemessene Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung für einen Vorreinigungsgang oder Vorwaschgang;eine zweite abgemessene Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung für einen Hauptreinigungsgang oder Hauptwaschgang; undeine dritte abgemessene Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung für einen Klarspülgang oder Nachwaschgang.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, umfassendeine erste abgemessene Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung für einen Hauptreinigungsgang oder Hauptwaschgang; undeine zweite abgemessene Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung für einen Klarspülgang oder Nachwaschgang.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, umfassend(a) eine erste und eine zweite abgemessene Menge und gegebenenfalls weitere Mengen waschaktiver Zubereitungen für einen der Gänge Vorwasch-/-reinigungsgang, Hauptwasch-/-reinigungsgang oder Nachwasch-/-reinigungsgang; und gegebenenfalls(b) eine oder mehrere weitere abgemessene Mengen einer oder mehrerer waschaktiver Zubereitungen für einen oder mehrere Wasch- oder Reinigungsgänge, in denen die unter (a) genannten abgemessenen Mengen waschaktiver Zubereitung(en) nicht in die wäßrige Phase übergehen.
- Waschmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, umfassend(a) gegebenenfalls eine abgemessene Menge eines Vorwaschmittels, die gegebenenfalls von einem ersten wasserlöslichen Material umfaßt ist;(b) eine abgemessene Menge eines Waschmittels, die von einem zweiten wasserlöslichen Material umfaßt ist; und gegebenenfalls(c) eine abgemessene Menge eines Nachwaschmittels, die gegebenenfalls von einem dritten wasserlöslichen Material umfaßt ist.
- Waschmittel-Portion nach Anspruch 21, worin(a) das gegebenenfalls vorhandene erste wasserlösliche Material unterhalb der Maximal-temperatur des Kaltwaschgangs einer Waschmaschine wasserlöslich ist;(b) das zweite wasserlösliche Material oberhalb der Maximaltemperatur des Kaltwaschgangs und unterhalb der Maximaltemperatur des Hauptwaschgangs einer Waschmaschine wasserlöslich ist; und(c) das gegebenenfalls vorhandene dritte wasserlösliche Material bei der Temperatur des Nachwaschgangs einer Waschmaschine wasserlöslich ist.
- Waschmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 21 und 22, worin die Maximaltemperatur des Kaltwaschgangs 20 °C ist, die Temperatur des Hauptwaschgangs > 20 bis 90 °C ist und die Temperatur des Nachwaschgangs etwa 30 °C ist.

- Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach Anspruch 24, worin(a) das gegebenenfalls vorhandene erste wasserlösliche Material unterhalb der Maximal-temperatur des Kaltreinigungsgangs einer Spülmaschine wasserlöslich ist;(b) das zweite wasserlösliche Material oberhalb der Maximaltemperatur des Kaltreinigungsgangs und unterhalb der Maximaltemperatur des Reinigungsgangs einer Spülmaschine wasserlöslich ist; und(c) das gegebenenfalls vorhandene dritte wasserlösliche Material bei der Temperatur des Klarspülgangs einer Spülmaschine wasserlöslich ist.
- Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 24 oder 25, worin die abgemessene Menge des Reinigungsmittels, die von dem zweiten wasserlöslichen Material umgeben ist, zumindest eine Komponente enthält, in der ein Nachbehandlungs-Additiv enthalten ist, das erst bei Temperaturen > 50 °C, bevorzugt beim Temperaturen > 55 °C, in die Reinigungsflotte übergeht und als Nachbehandlungsmittel wirkt.
- Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach Anspruch 26, worin das Nachbehandlungs-Additiv mit einem temperaturempfindlichen Coating, mit einer bei einer bestimmten Temperatur schmelzenden Substanz oder einem bei einer bestimmten Temperatur wasserlöslichen Überzug versehen ist, das/die/der den Übergang in die Reinigungsflotte bei der eingestellten Temperatur erlauben.
- Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach Anspruch 24 oder Anspruch 25, worin das Nachbehandlungsmittel ein Formkörper ist, der infolge seiner Abmessungen das Sieb der Laugenpumpe einer Geschirrspülmaschine nicht passieren kann.
- Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 28, worin die erste abgemessene Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung, die von einem kaltwasserlöslichen Material umgeben ist, ein Vorbehandlungsmittel für das maschinelle Geschirrspülen ist, bevorzugt ein Alkalisiermittel, ein kaltwasserlösliches Enzym, ein Säuerungsmittel, ein alkalischer Chlorträger, ein Bleichmittel, eine Tensidzubereitung, eine saure Bleichzusammensetzung und/oder ein antibakterielles Mittel, weiter bevorzugt ein kaltwasserlösliches Enzym.
- Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 29, worin die zweite oder die dritte abgemessene Menge einer waschaktiven Zubereitung, die von einem bei höherer Temperatur wasserlöslichen Material umfaßt ist, ein Nachbehandlungsmittel für das maschinelle Geschirrspülen ist, bevorzugt eine ein oder mehrere Klarspültensid(e) und/oder eine ein oder mehrere Parfüm(s) umfassende Zubereitung ist.
- Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 30, worin die erste Temperatur die Maximal-Temperatur der Kaltwasser-Phase eines Reinigungsprogramms ist und/oder worin die zweite Temperatur bei 45 °C liegt, vorzugsweise bei 30 °C liegt.
- Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 30, worin die erste Temperatur bei 45 °C liegt, vorzugsweise bei 30 °C liegt und/oder die zweite Temperatur über der ersten Temperatur liegt, vorzugsweise über 45 °C liegt.
- Waschverfahren, insbesondere Verfahren zum maschinellen Waschen, worin man eine Waschmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23 in einer Waschmaschine plaziert und durch Wasserzugabe und Einstellen der Temperatur auf den Temperaturwert, bei dem sich das die jeweilige Waschmittel-Teilportion umfassende wasserlösliche Material löst, die Waschmittel-Teilportion in die Waschflotte freisetzt, während die anderen Waschmittel-Teilportionen vor einem Kontakt mit der Waschflotte geschützt sind und bei anderen Temperaturen freigesetzt werden.
- Reinigungsverfahren, insbesondere Verfahren zum maschinellen Reinigen von Geschirr, worin man eine Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20 und 24 bis 32 in einer Geschirrspülmaschine plaziert und durch Wasserzugabe und Einstellen der Temperatur auf den Temperaturwert, bei dem sich das die jeweilige Reinigungsmittel-Teilportion umfassende wasserlösliche Material löst, die Reinigungsmittel-Teilportion in die Reinigungsflotte freisetzt, während die anderen Reinigungsmittel-Teilportionen vor einem Kontakt mit der Reinigungsflotte geschützt sind und bei anderen Temperaturen freigesetzt werden.
- Reinigungsverfahren nach Anspruch 34, in dem man die Reinigungsmittel-Portion nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21 und 24 bis 32 in die Dosierkammer einer Geschirrspülmaschine oder im wasserumspülten Innenraum einer Geschirrspülmaschine plaziert.
