Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Band (1) für die schwenkbewegliche Befestigung eines Flügels (32) an einem benachbarten Element, wobei das Band (1) aus einem an dem Flügel (32) befestigbaren Bandlappen (2, 3) und aus einem über ein Bandauge (5) gelenkig verbundenen, an dem benachbarten Element befestigbaren weiteren Bandlappen (2, 3) oder Anschraubteil (4) besteht, und der Flügel (32) von Befestigungselementen (22) durchdrungen ist, die in einer Gegenplatte (20) unter Zwischenlage eines Glasschutzes (16, 17) auf einer Seite des Flügels (32) und die auf einer anderen gegenüberliegenden Seite des Flügels (32) unter Zwischenlage eines Glasschutzes (16, 17) in dem Bandlappen (2, 3) verankert sind. Um das Band (1) so weiter zu entwickeln, dass bei geringstmöglichem Fertigungs- und Materialaufwand eine kompakte und optisch ansprechende Einheit entsteht, wobei die bisherige Anwendungs- und Funktionsvielfalt beibehalten wird, weist der Bandlappen (2, 3) eine zwischen horizontal orientierten Längsseiten (9, 10) und vertikal orientierten Querseiten sich aufspannende ununterbrochene Frontfläche (8) auf, die von einer Längsseite (9, 10) zur gegenüberliegenden Längsseite (9, 10) konvex gekrümmt verläuft.
