Claims (12)
- Band für die schwenkbewegliche Befestigung eines Flügels (32) an einem benachbarten Element, wobei das Band (1) aus einem an dem Flügel (32) befestigbaren Bandlappen (2) und aus einem über ein Bandauge (5) gelenkig verbundenen, an dem benachbarten Element befestigbaren weiteren Bandlappen (3) oder Anschraubteil (4) besteht, und der Flügel (32) von Befestigungselementen (22) durchdrungen ist, die in einer Gegenplatte (20) unter Zwischenlage eines Glasschutzes (17) auf einer Seite des Flügels (32) und die auf einer anderen gegenüberliegenden Seite des Flügels (32) unter Zwischenlage eines Glasschutzes (16) in dem Bandlappen (2) verankert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bandlappen (2, 3) eine zwischen horizontal orientierten Längsseiten (9, 10) und vertikal orientierten Querseiten (6, 7) sich aufspannende ununterbrochene Frontfläche (8) aufweist, die von einer Längsseite (9) zur gegenüberliegenden Längsseite (10) konvex gekrümmt verläuft.
- Band nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Krümmung ungleichmäßig oder gleichmäßig ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsseiten (9, 10) länger als die Querseiten (6, 7) sind.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Querseite (6) des Bandlappens (2) zwei voneinander beabstandete, abgewinkelt vorstehende Lagerhülsen (14, 15) ausgebildet sind, die direkt oder mittels Stegen (26, 27) an der Querseite (6) angebunden sind.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Befestigungselement (22) in ein Bohrloch (21) der Gegenplatte (20), durch eine Bohrung im Flügel (32) in eine Gewindesackbohrung des Bandlappens (2, 3) einführbar ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Glasschutze (16, 17) und in die Bohrungen des Flügels (32)/des Elementes einsetzbare Hülsen (19) aus elastischem Material bestehen.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungselemente (22) flächenbündig in der Gegenplatte (20) versenkbar sind.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Bandlappen (2, 3) spiegelsymmetrisch zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (1) einen Bandlappen (2) und ein Anschraubteil (4) aufweist.
- Band nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschraubteil (4) aus einer Befestigungsplatte (28) mit einer Lagerhülse (24) besteht, die unter Zwischenlage einer Unterlegplatte (30) an einer baulichen Begrenzung befestigbar und mittels einer Abdeckung (31) verschließbar ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Befestigungsplatte (28) Langlöcher (29) ausgebildet sind.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bandlappen (2, 3), das Anschraubteil (4) und die Gegenplatten (20) aus metallischem Material, aus Kunststoff oder Hybridwerkstoff bestehen.
