Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein justierbares Band für die drehbewegliche Befestigung zwischen feststehenden Seitenteilen und Flügelnaus Ganzglasscheiben gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.
Ein solches Band ist aus der EP 0 400 291 A1 bekannt. Dort ist an eine Glasscheibe ein Haltestück angeklebt, das eine C-förmige Ausnehmung aufweist, in die ein Schamiertopf einsetzbar ist. Der Scharniertopf ist in der Ausnehmung schwimmend gelagert und kann über eine Schraube in der Ausnehmung festgelegt werden.
Weiterhin ist aus der EP 0 875 649 A2 eine Zarge für Brandschutztüren bekannt, wobei die Zarge zumindest im Bereich der Bänder geschlitzte Hohlräume aufweist, in die Bandlappen der Bänder einführbar sind. Die Befestigung der Bandlappen an der Zarge kann dabei über eine nicht näher beschriebene Klebeverbindung erfolgen. Einrichtungen zur Justage des Bandes bzw. der Bandlappen sind nicht vorgesehen.
Aus Ganzglasscheiben bestehende Türanlagen unterliegen materialspezifischen Anforderungen, so dass die bekannte Lösung nicht für Ganzglasanlagen verwendet werden kann.
Es ist die Aufgabe der Erfindung, ein Band zu schaffen, das einfach montiert werden kann und in horizontaler und/oder vertikaler Richtung justierbar ist.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe mit den im Patentanspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmalen. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des Gegenstandes des Patentanspruches 1 sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
Das erfindungsgemäße Band gemäß dem Patentanspruch 1 weist den Vorteil auf, dass die Herstellung von Flügeln bzw. Seitenteilen bestehender Türanlagen vereinfacht wird. Unter Türanlagen werden hier auch Duschkabinen oder Duschwände verstanden, die schwenkbar miteinander verbundene Glaselemente aufweisen. Da die Bandlappen des Bandes nur an einer Außenfläche der entsprechenden Glasscheibe befestigt werden, entfällt in der Fertigung das aufwendige und riskante Einbringen von Öffnungen oder Ausnehmungen. Des Weiteren entfallen bei der Montage etwaige Klemmvorgänge, um die Glasscheiben zwischen den einzelnen Bauteilen des Bandlappens zu befestigen. Diesbezügliche Beschädigungen der Glasscheibe werden ausgeschlossen.
Aus Ganzglasscheiben bestehende Türanlagen unterliegen aufgrund der Empfindlichkeit des Materials, besonderen Anforderungen hinsichtlich der Abstimmung der aneinander zu befestigenden Glasscheiben. Möglichkeiten zur Justage des Bandes müssen vorhanden sein, um das Aneinanderstoßen an Kanten zu vermeiden, die besonders leicht beschädigt werden können. Des Weiteren werden durch die Justage Verspannungen in den Glasscheiben weitestgehend verhindert.
Ein Haltestück wird direkt kraft- und formschlüssig auf die entsprechende Ganzglasscheibe geklebt. Vorteilhafterweise ist in der entsprechenden Wandung des Haltestückes eine Nut zur Aufnahme von Klebstoff ausgebildet, um ein seitliches Austreten des Klebstoffes zu vermeiden.
Das Haltestück ist quaderförmig ausgebildet und weist einen Hohlraum auf, in dem ein Justierelement schwimmend angeordnet ist. Eine frontseitige Öffnung in dem Haltestück ermöglicht die Verschraubung des Bandlappens mit dem Justierelement. Der Bandlappen weist eine rückseitige Ausnehmung auf, damit das Haltestück mit Spiel überkront werden kann. Durch Bohrlöcher in dem Bandlappen können Befestigungselemente in Form von Schrauben in Gewindebohrungen des Justierelementes eingedreht werden. Das Justierelement ist in dem Hohlraum des Haltestückes und der Bandlappen an dem Haltestück mit Spiel gelagert, so dass eine horizontale und vertikale Justage möglich wird. Die exakte Positionierung erfolgt durch das klemmende Verschrauben des Justierelementes und des Bandlappens an dem Haltestück.
Die frontseitige Anordnung der Schrauben ermöglicht dem Monteur einen einfachen Zugriff mittels handelsüblicher Werkzeuge. Die Bohrlöcher in dem Bandlappen sind versenkt ausgebildet, so dass abschließend eine flächenbündige Abdeckung aufgebracht werden kann. Die Ausbildung und Bedienung der Justiereinrichtung ist anwenderfreundlich, so dass auch ein ungeschulter Anwender die Justage vornehmen kann. Einstückig an dem Bandlappen ausgebildete Stifte ragen in die Ausnehmung und ermöglichen durch das Zusammenwirken mit entsprechenden Bohrungen in dem Justierelement eine erleichterte Zentrierung.
Vorteilhaft ist insbesondere, dass der Bandlappen, unabhängig von der endgültigen Justageposition, keinen sichtbaren Bezug zum Haltestück aufweist. Die verdeckte Anordnung aller Funktionsteile hinter bzw. in dem Bandlappen verhindert Manipulationen und funktionshemmende Verschmutzungen und schafft so ein vorteilhaftes, optisches Erscheinungsbild, insbesondere bezüglich der Transparenz der Ganzglasscheiben. Darüber hinaus sind keine vorstehenden Teile vorhanden, so dass auch die Reinigung der Ganzglasflächen erleichtert wird. Die beiden Bandlappen des Bandes sind so zueinander angeordnet, dass entsprechend verbundene Ganzglasscheiben mittels eines Öffnungswinkels von 90° geöffnet werden können.
Die Erfindung wird nun anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher beschrieben. Dabei zeigen:

Gleiche oder gleichwirkende Bauteile sind in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung mit gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen.
Eine in den Figuren nur auszugsweise dargestellte Türanlage besteht üblicherweise aus einem Seitenteil und einem daran mittels Bänder 1 schwenkbar befestigten Flügel. Die Bänder 1 sind jeweils aus zwei Bandlappen 2 und 3 zusammengesetzt, die in einem Bandauge 4 schwenkbar miteinander verbunden sind. Sowohl das Seitenteil als auch der Flügel bestehen hauptsächlich aus Glas, in Form so genannter Ganzglasscheiben 5. Die Ganzglasscheiben 5 können z. B. farbig oder profiliert ausgebildet sein. Die nähere Erläuterung und Darstellung beschränkt sich nachfolgend auf den unmittelbaren Bereich eines Bandes 1 und der dort ablaufenden Vorgänge.
In den Figuren 1 bis 3 ist ein Haltestück 6 erkennbar, das vorzugsweise aus metallischem Material besteht. Mit einer vertikalen Wandung 7 ist das Haltestück 6 kraft- und formschlüssig an einer Außenfläche 8 der Ganzglasscheibe 5 geklebt.
Das Haltestück 6 ist quaderförmig ausgebildet und weist einen quaderförmigen Hohlraum 9 auf, in dem ein quaderförmiges Justierelement 10 schwimmend angeordnet ist. Eine frontseitig längliche Öffnung 11 in dem Haltestück 6 ermöglicht die Verschraubung des Bandlappens 2 mit dem Justierelement 10. Der Bandlappen 2 weist eine rückseitige rechteckige Ausnehmung 12 auf, damit das Haltestück 6 mit Spiel überkront werden kann. Durch abgesenkte Bohrlöcher 13 in dem Bandlappen 2 können Befestigungselemente, in Form von Schrauben 14, in Gewindebohrungen 15 des Justierelementes 10 eingedreht werden. In einer alternativen Ausführung (Figur 4) erstrecken sich in die Ausnehmung 12 zusätzlich Stifte 16, die mit komplementären Bohrungen 17 in dem Justierelement 10 zusammenarbeiten und die Zentrierung beider Elemente erleichtern.
Das Spiel zwischen dem Justierelement 10 und dem Haltestück 6 und das Spiel zwischen dem Bandlappen 2 und dem Haltestück 6 definiert den Einstellbereich und damit die Justiermöglichkeiten. Die frontseitige kreisförmige Öffnung 11 in dem Haltestück 6 ermöglicht eine horizontale und vertikale Justierung.
Nach der Verklebung des Haltestückes 6 mit dem darin befindlichen Justierelement 10 an der Glasscheibe 5 wird der Bandlappen 2 mit der Ausnehmung 12 überkronend auf das Haltestück 6 gesetzt. Zur Befestigung des Bandlappens 2 werden die in den Bohrlöchern 13 angeordneten Schrauben 14 in die Gewindebohrungen 15 des Justierelementes 10 eingedreht. Aufgrund der schwimmenden Lagerung des Bandlappens 2 an dem Justierelement 10 kann der Bandlappen 2 vor dem endgültigen Anziehen der Schrauben 14 justiert werden. Die exakte Positionierung erfolgt durch das klemmende Verschrauben des Justierelementes 10 und des Bandlappens 2 an dem Haltestück 6.
Die Schrauben 14 werden abschließend in den Bohrlöchern 13 versenkt, während eine die Bohrlöcher 13 umgebende Senkfläche 18 das flächenbündige Einsetzen einer Abdeckung 19 ermöglicht. Alle Funktionselemente sind so auch optisch vorteilhaft abgedeckt. Die Figuren 5 und 6 zeigen ein vollständiges Band 1, dessen Bandlappen 2 und 3 über das Bandauge 4 verbunden sind und die jeweils an einer Glasscheibe 5 in gleicher, jedoch spiegelsymmetrischer Weise befestigt sind. Die Bandlappen 2 und 3 des Bandes 1 sind so zueinander angeordnet, dass entsprechend verbundene Ganzglasscheiben 5 bis zu einem Öffnungswinkel von 90° geöffnet werden können.

Claims (4)

  1. Justierbares Band mit einem Haltestück (6) und einem Bandlappen (2,3) für die drehbewegliche Befestigung zwischen feststehenden Seitenteilen und Flügeln aus Ganzglasscheiben (5), wobei das Haltestück (6) außenseitig mit der Ganzglasscheibe (5) kraft- und formschlüssig verklebbar ist und in einem Hohlraum (9) des Haltestückes (6) ein Justierelement (10) schwimmend gelagert ist, das durch eine frontseitige Öffnung (11) in dem Haltestück (6) mit dem Bandlappen (2, 3) verbindbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Bandlappen (2, 3) eine rückseitige Ausnehmung (12) ausgebildet ist, die das Haltestück (6) mit Spiel überkront und dass in die Ausnehmung (12) des Bandlappens (2, 3) Stifte (16) ragen, die mit komplementären Bohrungen (17) in dem Justierelement (10) zusammenarbeiten.
  2. Justierbares Band nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Justierelement (10) Gewindebohrungen (15) und in dem Bandlappen (2, 3) Bohrlöcher (13) ausgebildet sind, in die Befestigungselemente (14) einführbar sind.
  3. Justierbares Band nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungselemente (14) in den Bohrlöchern (13) versenkbar sind.
  4. Justierbares Band nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Senkfläche (18) die Bohrlöcher (13) umgibt und eine Abdeckung (19) flächenbündig in die Senkflächen (18) einsetzbar ist.
