Definitions
- the invention relates to an awning for mobile residential units with a scaffold and with one over the scaffold exciting tent skin.
- Such awnings are through Use especially for caravans or for motorhomes known.
- the known awnings there is Supporting structure made of solid rods that over accordingly provided joints or connections in the form of the Awnings must be brought and set up before the Tent skin pulled over the rigid scaffolding and attached to it can be attached.
- the well-known awning Disadvantage associated that its establishment usually two Requires people and also numerous operations needed. Especially through adverse Weather conditions, such as rain or wind, can Construction of the known awning can be difficult.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of an awning of the generic type available, which easy to use during assembly and Degradation distinguished.
- Support frame as a uniform inflatable tube frame with vertically arranged supports and with between the Supports as well as between supports and the outer skin of the associated housing unit arranged struts is and props and striving among themselves are connected fluidically, and that Hose frame at least one central inlet valve, Has outlet valve and pressure relief valve.
- Hose frame at least one central inlet valve, Has outlet valve and pressure relief valve.
- both that Support frame as well as the tent skin made of flexible material, preferably a fabric material, are the two functional components of the awning in one to accommodate common packaging, so that with the Unfolding the scaffolding also stretched the tent skin becomes.
- the handling of the awning is the same when dismantling simply by opening the central drain valve and the scaffold is folded in with tent skin.
- Embodiment of the invention So much for a large temperature difference different expansion behavior of the im Air coming from the hose frame is after a Embodiment of the invention provided that the A pressure expansion tank is connected to the hose frame is that according to an embodiment of the invention a pre-stressed flexible shell.
- the required preload can be after Embodiments of the invention are generated by that the shell itself is already made of an elastic material exists, or that the envelope of them spanning elastic bands or cuffs is enclosed.
- the Pressure expansion tank either via the central one Inlet valve or through a separate source with a Provide basic filling so that the surge tank is able to fall due to a Ambient temperature arising in air Hose frame the hose frame with additional air supply and so the for the stability of the Hose structure required air pressure in the hose frame sure.
- the necessary emptying of the Pressure expansion tank is ensured by the fact that the surge tank itself is under tension. It comes as part of a massive temperature increase due to the expansion of those in the hose frame Air to a pressure increase in the hose frame, the excess air is pressed into the surge tank, before passing through the pressure relief valve provided can escape irrevocably. For this, the Give in the surge tank, the die Prestressing elastic means are tensioned. Then, when the temperature drops again sufficient air for tracking in the Hose frame available.
- a central valve with inlet function and Exhaust function is provided.
- the tubular frame is included its supports and struts are designed as single-chamber scaffolds.
- the supports and Strive the tubing frame in its longitudinal direction arranged partitions are formed with two chambers and the first and second chambers of the Tubular structure with each other fluidically in Connect. This has the advantage that even if one of the two chambers is damaged limited use of the awning is possible.
- first parts of Velcro fasteners are attached and the tent skin to the assigned positions the other parts of the Has Velcro closures.
- this is a sufficiently firm and immovable connection between the scaffolding and tent skin guaranteed;
- the tent skin from the scaffolding is also in easily removable, for example for maintenance or repair of the scaffolding or tent skin, and in addition, the tent skin can also be used together if necessary with another scaffold.
- the bottom free ends of the vertical supports in feet that can be anchored to the floor are adjustable; to compensate for uneven floors can, the feet are according to an embodiment of the Invention adjustable in height.
- the free ends of the roof struts in the stability of the system of the tubular frame on the End caps improving the outer skin of the housing unit are insertable.
- the invention also includes the Thoughts that the corresponding feet or end caps consist of a suitable, light material and about suitable fasteners, especially Velcro fasteners connected to the associated parts of the hose frame are so that all parts needed to set up the awning are required, are pre-assembled on the awning, so that the Effort for setting up the awning is further reduced is.
- the connection of the awning to be able to adapt the residential unit is after a Embodiment of the invention provided that the End caps are adjustable in length; this can be appropriately provided that the end caps over usable intermediate pieces, for example from a Can be made of plastic, adjustable in length are.
- such an awning can also be provided with a canopy this canopy packed together with the scaffolding and be unfolded with this.
- the invention provides in an embodiment before that for holding a Canopies can be moved along the roof struts are performed on which the canopy can be attached, wherein the handrails in flexible attached to the struts Tabs can be performed.
- the Handrails made of a flexible material, for example made of fiberglass.
- the hose frame expediently consists of one on both sides coated fabric, which for a maximum Operating pressure of 0.3 bar required tightness having.
- the tubular scaffold consists of vertically arranged supports 10, namely in the illustrated embodiment from two corner posts 10a and a center post 10b.
- the three supports 10 are through two cross struts 11 connected to each other.
- From the supports 10 take three roof struts 12 that the Awning give its house-like shape and with theirs Ends against the outer skin of the associated, not shown mobile housing unit.
- an additional roof strut 12 a indicated, which is spatially large designed awnings can be provided.
- a central valve 13 is attached, which both a Has inlet function as well as an outlet function.
- a Pressure relief valve 14 On the opposite corner post 10a is a Pressure relief valve 14. Since all supports 10 or struts 11, 12 with each other in a fluidic Connected, the whole is in the drawing hose structure shown about the admission of air or gas is inflated into the central valve 13, which Pressure relief valve 14 an overuse of the skin of the Hose structure prevented.
- suitable locations of the supports 10 such the cross struts 11 and roof struts 12 are one Parts 15 of Velcro attached, the other Share one at the assigned location with the Hose structure to be connected and by inflating the Hose frame to be clamped, not shown Tent skin.
- Velcro straps Over the Velcro straps is that Tent skin attached to the tubular frame so that the Tent skin must be packed together with the tubular frame can and unfolds when the hose structure is inflated and clamps without causing any shifts in the Tent skin opposite the tube frame is coming.
- the supports 10 are in feet 16 inserted that a bottom tab 17 with a Have anchoring eyelet 18, so that the hose structure anchor these points to the ground.
- the end caps 19 are removable set up so their length over not shown usable spacers can be changed; this Intermediate pieces can be made of a suitable plastic, for example made of polystyrene, and are in the End caps 19 can be integrated. That way especially when the awning is on a slope of the tubular frame to the outer skin of the residential unit be aligned.
- a canopy 20 which on the holding rods 21st is attached, which in turn on the roof struts 12th attached flexible tabs 23 slidably arranged are.
- a flexible tensioning strap 23 At the front end of the support rods 21 runs a flexible tensioning strap 23 to which by means of pulling out the Support rods 21 from the tabs 22 to be stretched 20 to give a final contour.
- the canopy 20 is at Not to be inserted into the hose frame and also when not in use packed together with the tubular frame so that a separate installation of the canopy is not necessary.
- brackets in the area of the supports 10 25 arranged for attaching guy lines.
- FIG. 2 differs from that described for FIG. 1 Embodiment by the arrangement of additional Cross members 30, which in the illustrated Embodiment of the front corner points between the cross struts 11 and the outer roof struts 12 diagonally run to the central roof strut 12; herewith is the Stability of the awning in the roof area improved.
- the cross member 30 in an arrangement parallel to the cross struts 11 are aligned between the roof struts 12.
- this surge tank 40 also removed from the hose frame, for example under the Housing unit can be filed; in this case it is Design connecting line 41 accordingly long.
- the one out a flexible and pre-stressed shell existing surge tank 40 is at the Inflate the hose equipped with a basic filling provided so that when the ambient temperature and thus an air requirement arising in the hose frame sufficient amount of air from the surge tank 40 can flow into the hose frame. It happens in the event a massive temperature increase to a corresponding one Pressure increase in the hose frame, the excess Air before it is irrevocably through the pressure relief valve 14 escapes, pressed into the surge tank 40 be, causing the on the surge tank set preload is increased. Then it stands with a possible temperature and associated An air supply is available to reduce the pressure Stability of the inflated tube structure maintain.
- the required preload on the surge tank 40 be applied in that the flexible height of Pressure compensation tank 40 of elastic bands 42 is entwined, which is necessary for the contraction of the Expansion tank 40 when refilling the Provide hose structure or inflate the Surge tank 40 through the from the Allow excess air to flow out of the hose structure.
