Claims (3)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eine Wandfertigteils, bestehend aus folgenden Schritten:a) Herstellen einer ersten Betonschale (5), die eine erste Längs- und Querbewehrung (1) und in Reihen (3, 4) angeordnet, mit der ersten Bewehrung (1) verbundene Bügel (2) aufweist, die aus der ersten Schale (5) ragen;b) Aufbringen von Platten (6, 7) aus geschäumtem Kunststoff zwischen den Bügelreihen (3, 4) und Herstellen eines Verbunds mit dem Beton der ersten Schale (5), wobei Platten (6, 7) mit einer Dicke verwendet werden, die geringer ist als die Höhe der Bügel (2);c) Befestigen einer zweiten Längs- und Querbewehrung (11) an den über die Plattenoberfläche (10) überstehenden Teilen der Bügel (2);d) Wenden des so erhaltenen Bauteils, wenn der Beton der ersten Schale (5) ausgehärtet ist;e) Eintauchen der Bügelenden und der zweiten Bewehrung (11) in den Beton einer zweiten Schale (12), bis die Plattenoberfläche (10) in Kontakt kommt mit dem Beton der zweiten Schale (12).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufbringen der Platten (6, 7) auf den Beton der ersten Schale (5) erfolgt, solange dieser noch nicht erhärtet ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem eine Außenwand bildenden Fertigteil auf die Außenschale Platten aus geschäumten Kunststoff aufgebracht werden.
