Claims (13)
- Profilschienensystem (1) für Bodenbeläge (2, 3), zur Abdeckung von Freiräumen (4) und/oder zur Überbrückung von Höhenunterschieden zwischen verschiedenen Bodenbelägen (2, 3), bestehend aus einem Bodenprofil (5), welches insbesondere mittels stiftartiger Befestigungsteile oder durch Verklebung am Boden fixierbar ist, und mit einem daran anbringbaren, den Freiraum (4) zumindest einseitig übergreifenden Abdeckprofil (6), wobei das Abdeckprofil (6) und das Bodenprofil (5) jeweils ein Verbindungselement mit zwei voneinander beabstandeten, zumindest teilweise in einem Winkel zum Bodenbelag (2, 3) ausgerichteten Kontaktflächen (8) zur gegenseitigen Befestigung aufweisen und die Kontaktflächen (8) des einen Verbindungselementes im montierten Zustand des Profilschienensystems (1) zumindest zweiseitig gegenüberliegend von den Kontaktflächen (8) des anderen Verbindungselementes umgeben sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem Verbindungselement die Kontaktflächen (8) geradlinig und parallel zueinander ausgebildet sind und bei dem anderen Verbindungselement die Kontaktflächen (8) einen gewölbten, im Durchmesser dem Abstand der parallelen Kontaktflächen (8) angepassten Kontaktbereich (12) aufweisen.
- Profilschienensystem (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geradlinig und parallel zueinander ausgebildeten Kontaktflächen (8) des einen Verbindungselementes unterschiedlich hoch ausgebildet sind.
- Profilschienensystem (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktflächen (8) wenigstens eines Verbindungselementes eine haftungsverbessernde Oberfläche, insbesondere eine Beschichtung, z.B. aus Gummi, einem rauhen Material oder dergleichen oder eine Struktur, z.B. eine Riffelung (10) oder dergleichen aufweisen.
- Profilschienensystem (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riffelung (10) der geradlinigen Kontaktflächen (8) eine in etwa wellenförmige Struktur aufweist und die beim Erstellen der Verbindung der beiden Verbindungselemente dem anderen Verbindungselement zugewandten Flanken der Wellen im Wesentlichen einen Winkel von ca. 45° oder weniger zur generellen Erstreckung der Kontaktflächen (8) aufweisen.
- Profilschienensystem (1) nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riffelung (10) des gewölbten Kontaktbereichs (12) eine in etwa wellenförmige Struktur aufweist und die beim Erstellen der Verbindung der beiden Verbindungselemente dem anderen Verbindungselement zugewandten Flanken der Wellen im Wesentlichen einen Winkel von ca. 30° oder mehr zum Radius der Wellenmitte aufweisen.
- Profilschienensystem (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riffelung (10) der geradlinigen Kontaktflächen (8) eine in etwa wellenförmige Struktur aufweist und die beim Erstellen der Verbindung der beiden Verbindungselemente dem anderen Verbindungselement abgewandten Flanken der Wellen im Wesentlichen steil angestellt sind und einen Winkel größer als 45° zur generellen Erstreckung der Kontaktflächen aufweisen.
- Profilschienensystem (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riffelung (10) des gewölbten Kontaktbereichs (12) eine in etwa wellenförmige Struktur aufweist und die beim Erstellen der Verbindung der beiden Verbindungselemente dem anderen Verbindungselement abgewandten Flanken der Wellen im Wesentlichen einen Winkel geringer als 30° zum Radius der Wellenmitte aufweisen.
- Profilschienensystem (1) nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktflächen (8) wenigstens eines Verbindungselementes zumindest leicht federnd ausgebildet sind.
- Profilschienensystem (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geradlinigen und parallelen Kontaktflächen (8) an dem Bodenprofil (5) und die Kontaktflächen (8) mit dem gewölbten Kontaktbereich (12) an dem Abdeckprofil (6) angeordnet sind.
- Profilschienensystem (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geradlinigen und parallelen Kontaktflächen (8) an dem Abdeckprofil (6) und die Kontaktflächen (8) mit dem gewölbten Kontaktbereich (12) an dem Bodenprofil (5) angeordnet sind.
- Profilschienensystem (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktflächen (8) mit dem gewölbten Kontaktbereich (12) als eine wenigstens teilweise umlaufende, einen zumindest kreis- oder kreisringsegmentförmigen Querschnitt aufweisende Fläche ausgebildet sind.
- Profilschienensystem (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterseite des Bodenprofils (5) eine haftungsverbessernde Oberfläche, insbesondere eine Beschichtung, z.B. aus Gummi, einem rauhen Material oder dergleichen oder eine Struktur, z.B. eine Riffelung (14) oder dergleichen aufweist.
- Profilschienensystem (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberseite des Bodenprofils (5) eine haftungsverbessernde Oberfläche, insbesondere eine Beschichtung, z.B. aus Gummi, einem rauhen Material oder dergleichen oder eine Struktur, z.B. eine Riffelung (13) oder dergleichen aufweist.
