Claims (5)
- Vor wähler eines Stufenschalters mit einer Kontaktanordnung,
wobei der Vorwähler ein separates, rohrförmiges Isolierstoffgehäuse (1) aufweist, dessen Wandung Bohrungen (11) aufweist, in denen feste Vorwählerkontakte (2) befestigt sind,
wobei die festen Vorwählerkontakte (2) einen sich ins Innere des Isolierstoffgehäuses (1) erstreckenden beschaltbaren Kontaktbereich, einen die Wandung des Isolierstoffgehäuses (1) durchdringenden Kontaktschaft (22) und außerhalb des Isolierstoffgehäuses (1) sich erstreckende Befestigungsmittel sowie eine Anschlußfläche (27) aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontaktbereich aus einem Kontaktring (21) besteht, der im wesentlichen in einer Ebene Senkrecht zur inneren Wandung des Isolierstoffgehäuses (1) und konzentrisch zur inneren Wandung des Isolierstoffgehäuses (1) angeordnet ist,
daß die Kontur jeder Bohrung (11) durch mindestens einen sich in Längsrichtung des Isolierstoffzylinders (1) erstreckenden Montageschlitz (12, 13) erweitert ist, dessen Breite größer ist als die Dicke der Anschlußfläche (27) des jeweils befestigten Vorwählerkontaktes (2),
daß der Kontaktschaft (22) mindestens eine Arretierungsfläche (24, 25) mit besonderer geometrischer Kontur aufweist,
daß in die Kontur der um den mindestens einen Montageschlitz (12, 13) erweiterten Bohrung (11) jeweils ein Positionierteil (3) eingelegt ist, das geometrisch derart gestaltet ist, daß es diese Kontur zumindest nahezu ausfüllt und
daß das Positionierteil (3) eine innere Kreiskontur (36) aufweist, die mit dem Kontaktschaft (22) korrespondiert, derart, daß an der inneren Kreiskontur (36) mindestens eine Arretierungskontur (37, 38) angeformt ist, die mit der mindestens einen Arretierungsfläche (24, 25) korrespondiert, derart, daß eine formschlüssige Arretierung des Vorwählerkontaktes (2) erfolgt. - Vor wähler eines Stufenschalters nach Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Positionierteil (3) eine äußere Kreiskontur (33) aufweist, die mit der jeweiligen Bohrung (11) korrespondiert und daß es angeformte Montageschlitzabdeckungen (31, 32) aufweist, die mit den Montageschlitzen (12, 13) korrespondieren. - Vor wähler eines Stufenschalters nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke des Positionierteils (3) derart bemessen ist, daß sie in etwa der Dicke der Wandung des Isolierstoffgehäuses (1) entspricht. - Vor wähler eines Stufenschalters nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel aus einem auf dem Kontaktschaft (22) in seinem nach außen weisenden Bereich befindlichen Gewinde (26) und einer von außen aufschraubbaren Befestigungsmutter (9) bestehen. - Vor wähler eines Stufenschalters nach Patentanspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch die Befestigungsmutter (9) zusätzlich ein Abschirmring (4) oder/und weitere Mittel zur Abschirmung (10) befestigbar sind.
