Claims (12)
- Biegedorn für eine Biegevorrichtung für Rohre, bestehend aus einem starren Kopf (5,5') und einem daran mit nur einem Ende befestigten Paket (6,6') von übereinander geschichteten, flexiblen Lamellen (6a,6b), das senkrecht zur Lamellenebene unter Gleiten der Lamellen (6a,6b) aufeinander biegsam ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß
die aus Blech bestehenden Lamellen (6a,6b) bis auf die im Paket (6) außen liegenden Lamellen (6b) jeweils einen mittigen, sich in Längsrichtung des Paketes (6,6') erstreckenden, fensterartigen Ausschnitt (6c) aufweisen, derart, daß die Lamellen (6a,6b) unter Bildung eines Hohlkörpers sich mit ihren schmalen Randbereichen teilweise überdecken. - Biegedorn nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Blech der Lamellen (6a,6b) aus einem verschleißfesten Werkstoff mit einem hohen E-Modul, einer hohen Festigkeit und einem kleinen Reibbeiwert gegenüber dem Rohrwerkstoff wie Stahl, insbesondere Federstahl, oder Bronze besteht. - Biegedorn nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß
die Ausschnitte (6c) in den ausgeschnittenen Lamellen (6b) an deren nicht befestigten Enden offen sind. - Biegedorn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß
die Ausschnitte (6c) in den ausgeschnittenen Lamellen (6b) an deren nicht befestigten Enden geschlossen sind. - Biegedorn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß
mindestens einige Lamellen (6a,6b) an ihrer dem inneren Biegebogen zugewandten Seite quer zu ihrer Längsrichtung verlaufende Kerben (6d) aufweisen. - Biegedorn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß
zwischen den einzelnen aufeinander gleitenden Lamellen (6a,6b) ein Gleitmittel vorgesehen ist. - Biegedorn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das freie Ende des Paketes (6) kugelartig abgerundet, schräg angeschnitten oder spitz zulaufend ist. - Biegedorn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Kopf (5) an seiner dem Paket (6) zugewandten Seite gabelförmig oder kammartig ausgebildet ist und daß ein Teil der Lamellen (6a) zwischen den Gabelästen (7,8) oder den Kammzähnen befestigt ist und die übrigen Lamellen (6b) an den befestigten Lamellen (6a) befestigt sind. - Biegedorn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß
die Lamellen (6a,6b) eine abgestuft unterschiedliche Länge haben, derart, daß die Lamelle (6b) auf der Seite mit dem großen Biegebogen die größte Länge und die Lamelle auf der Seite mit dem kleinen Biegebogen die kleinste Länge hat. - Biegedorn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Lamellen (6a,6b) an ihren freien Enden durch eine an den äußeren Lamellen (6b) angeschlagene Feder (9) zusammengehalten werden. - Verfahren zum Biegen eines Rohres unter Verwendung eines Biegedorns nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 in einer Biegevorrichtung mit einer feststehenden Aufnahme (1) für das Rohr (4) mit eingeführtem Biegedorn (5,6), einem auf der Seite des kleinen Biegebogens feststehend angeordneten Stützkörper (2) und einem um die Mitte (A) des Biegebogens schwenkbaren Führungsstück (3) für das Rohr (4),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Rohr (4) und der verwendete Biegedorn (5,6), der sich über die gesamte Länge des Biegebogens erstreckt, während des gesamten Biegevorgangs axial fixiert sind. - Verfahren zum Biegen eines Rohres (4')unter Verwendung eines Biegedorns (5',6') nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 in einer Biegevorrichtung mit einer feststehenden Aufnahme (1') für das Rohr (4') mit eingeführtem Biegedorn (5',6'), einem auf der Seite des kleinen Biegebogens angeordneten und um die Mitte (A) des Biegebogens drehbeweglichen Stützkörper (2') und einem um dieselbe Mitte (A) schwenkbaren Führungsstück (3') für das Rohr (4'),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Rohr (4') und der verwendete Biegedorn (5',6'), der sich mit seinem biegsamen Paket (6') mindestens über den biegewirksamen Bereich des Biegebogens erstreckt, während des gesamten Biegevorgangs derart axial frei beweglich oder gesteuert geführt werden, daß das biegsame Paket (6') des Biegedorns (5',6') im biegewirksamen Bereich verbleibt.
