Abstract

Ein an beiden Enden mit je einem Steckverbinder versehenes Koaxialkabel läßt sich sehr einfach auf eine vorgegebene elektrische Länge abgleichen, wenn einer der beiden Steckverbinder längenverstellbar ist. Das Kabel wird mit dem anderen Steckverbinder mit einen Phasenmeßgerät verbunden und der längenverstellbare Steckverbinder, versehen mit einem Kurzschlußstecker, in eine Einpreßeinrichtung eingespannt, deren Stempel den Steckverbinder verkürzt, bis der Sollwert der elektrischen Länge erreicht ist. Bei einem zur Anwendung dieses Verfahrens besonders geeigneten Steckverbinder ist der Steckeraußenleiter geteilt, und zwar in einen steckseitigen Steckeraußenleiter und einen kabelseitigen Steckeraußenleiter. Ersterer ist in letzterem mit einer Preßpassung aufgenommen. Der Steckerinnenleiter ist um mindestens den Einstellweg des steckseitigen Steckeraußenleiters verschiebbar in seiner Isolierstoffstütze aufgenommen.
