- Etikett mit ungefalteten geschnittenen Längsseiten (1) und quer dazu verlaufenden faltbaren geschnittenen Schmalseiten (2) in der Gewebetechnik mit einem aus mindestens zwei Kettfäden (4) und einem Grundschussfaden (5) gebildeten Grundgewebe (11) sowie mehreren Stickschussfäden (12) aus schmetzfähigem Fadenmaterial für eine Figur, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsseiten quer zu den Kettfäden ausgerichtete sind und die eine Figur bildenden Stickschussfäden parallel und im Abstand zu den Längsseiten (1) verlaufen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Etiketten nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein Breitgewebe (21) aus schmetzfähigem Fadenmaterial mit einem Grundgewebe (11) aus mindestens zwei Kettfäden (4) und einem Grundschussfaden (5) sowie mehreren Stickschussfäden (12) für die Figur erzeugt wird, wobei das Breitgewebe (21) nach dem Weben mittels Schneiden in eine-Schar nebeneinander liegender Streifen (25) mit aufeinander folgenden Etiketten (22) getrennt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Etiketten (22) in dem Breitgewebe mit ihrer Längsseite (1) quer zu den Kettfäden (4) áusrichtet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Breitgewebe nach mindestens einem Webrapport gewoben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stickschussfäden im Randbereich der Schmalseiten entfernt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Streifen (25) nach dem Schneiden im Randbereich (18) der Schmalseiten gefaltet werden, um Etiketten (22) vorbestimmter Länge zu erzeugen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Etiketten (22) durch Schneiden des Grundgewebes (11) entlang ihrer Längsseite (1) vereinzelt werden, um Etiketten mit vorbestimmter Breite zu erzeugen.
