Claims (7)
- Zentrifuge, die folgendes aufweist:a) eine Schleudertrommel (2),b) ein in die Schleudertrommel (2) mündendes Zulaufrohr (4) zur Zuleitung eines Schleudergutes durch einen Verteiler in die Schleudertrommel (2),c) einen Zuführkanal (60) zur Zuführung eines Steuerfluids in einen Öffnungsabschnitt der Schleudertrommel (2),d) wobei die Schleudertrommel (2) einen verschieblichen Kolbenschieber (46) zum Öffnen und Schließen von Feststoffaustragsöffnungen (56) in der Schleudertrommel aufweist,e) wobei dem Kolbenschieber (46) eine Öffnungskammer (48) und eine Schließkammer (50) zugeordnet sindf) und wobei zwischen dem Zuführkanal (60) und der Öffnungskammer (48) eine Steuergaszuleitung (58) im Verteiler (32) der Schleudertrommel (2) ausgebildet ist, derart, daß durch Druckaufbau bzw. Druckabbau mittels Steuergas der Kolbenschieber (46) betätigbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, däßg) das Steuerfluid ein gasförmiges Medium ist,h) der Zuführkanal (60) zur Zuführung des Steuerfluids in den Öffnungsabschnitt der Schleudertrommel (2) konzentrisch das Zulaufrohr für das Schleudergut umgibt, undi) der Kolbenschieber (46) bei Druckabbau in der Öffnungskammer (48) aufgrund der Federkraft von Schließfedern (54) betätigbar ist. - Zentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleudertrommel (2) an einem Zentrifugenrahmen (8) hängt, wobei das Zulaufrohr (4) für das Schleudergut und der Zuführkanal (60) für das Steuerfluid gemeinsam von oben in die Schleudertrommel geführt sind.
- Zentrifuge nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolbenschieber (46) und die Außenwandung der Schleudertrommel (2) Durchgangsbohrungen (70, 72) aufweisen, welche in einer der Arbeitsstellungen des Kolbenschiebers 46) miteinander in Wirkverbindung stehen und mittels Stopfen (74) verschließbar sind, so daß eine Reinigung der Steuerfluidwege (Zuführkanal 60, Steuerfluidzuleitung 58, Öffnungskammer 48) mittels Durchleitung eines Spülgases oder einer Steuerflüssigkeit möglich ist.
- Zentrifuge nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß oberhalb des oberen Endbereiches des Zentrifugenrahmens (6) ein Anschluß (62) zur Zuleitung des Steuerfluids (in das Zulaufrohr 4) und ein Anschluß (64) zur Zuleitung des Steuerfluids in den Zuführkanal (60) vorgesehen sind.
- Zentrifuge nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gasförmige Medium sterile Steuerluft ist.
- Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Zentrifuge nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Steuerfluid ein gasförmiges Medium verwendet wird, wobei eine Reinigung der Steuerfluidwege (40, 58, 48) und/oder weitere Zentrifugenelemente mittels Durchleitung eines Spülgases durch die Steuerfluidwege erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als gasförmiges Medium sterile Steuerluft verwendet wird.
