Abstract
Description
- Nach jedem Durchschmelzen der NH-Sicherung ist der Ersatz des gesamten Signalmelders erforderlich, was auf Dauer zu erheblichen zusätzlichen Betriebskosten einer mit NH-Sicherungen ausgestatteten elektrischen Einrichtung führt.
- Wenn nicht mit zusätzlichem Mikroschalter zur Betriebszustandsfernanzeige versehen, ist der durch die Position des Schlagstifts charakterisierte Betriebszustand schlecht oder sogar nicht ablesbar.
- Der Einsatz eines Berührungsschutzes, der verhindert, daß die unter Spannung befindlichen Teile der NH-Sicherung gegen versehentliches Berühren geschützt sind, ist nicht möglich, da der Signalmelder hierdurch für das Bedienpersonal nicht mehr sichtbar wäre.
- Wegen des Fehlens des Berührungsschutzes kann die NH-Sicherung samt Signalmelder nicht unter Spannung ausgetauscht werden.

Claims (14)
- Handgriff (100, 200) zur Befestigung an einer mit einer den Betriebszustand anzeigenden Kennmelderfunktion ausgestatteten elektrischen Sicherungsanordnung, insbesondere einer Niederspannungs-Hochleistungs-Schmelzsicherung mit einem Schmelzeinsatz in einem Isoliergehäuse, bei der der jeweilige Betriebszustand durch eine hierfür charakteristische Stellung einer mechanischen Anzeigeeinrichtung angezeigt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Handgriff (100, 200) Anzeigemittel umfaßt, die den durch die Kennmelderfunktion angezeigten Betriebszustand der Sicherungsanordnung an zumindest einer der Außenflächen des Handgriffs (100, 200) anzeigen. - Handgriff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzeigemittel eine mechanische Griff-Anzeigeeinrichtung aufweisen.
- Handgriff nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 für eine Sicherungsanordnung, bei der der jeweilige Betriebszustand durch eine hierfür charakteristische Stellung einer mechanischen Anzeigeeinrichtung angezeigt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mechanische Griff-Anzeigeeinrichtung der Anzeigemittel derart ausgestaltet ist, daß sie mit der mechanischen Anzeigerichtung der Sicherungsanordnung bei an dieser befestigtem Handgriff (100, 200, 300, 400) in Wirkverbindung steht.
- Handgriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Griff-Anzeigeeinrichtung eine zwischen einer zumindest im wesentlichen innerhalb der Außenkontur des Handgriffs (100, 200) verbleibenden ersten Stellung und einer aus der Außenkontur des Handgriffs (100, 200, 300) vorragenden zweiten Stellung verlagerbar angeordnetes Anzeigeglied (Stift 38, 238, 338) umfaßt.
- Handgriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Griff-Anzeigeeinrichtung ein etwa parallel zu der dem Bedienpersonal zugewandten Wandung verlagerbares Schiebestück (414) umfaßt, das eine Markierung (419) trägt, die durch eine Lochung (420) bei der den einen Betriebszustand charakterisierenden Stellung des Schiebestücks (414) sichtbar ist, bei der dem anderen Betriebszustand charakterisierenden Stellung des Schiebestücks (414) hingegen von einer Wandung (411') des Gehäuses (411) des Handgriffs (400) abgedeckt wird.
- Handgriff nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anzeigeglied (38, 238, 414) federkraftbeaufschlagt angeordnet ist, derart, daß es unter der Wirkung der Federkraft in die zweite Stellung verlagerbar ist.
- Handgriff nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anzeigeglied (338) federkraftbeaufschlagt angeordnet ist, derart, daß es unter der Wirkung der Federkraft in die erste Stellung verlagerbar ist.
- Handgriff nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch die Anzeigeeinrichtung der Sicherungsanordnung auslösbare Rastmittel vorgesehen sind, mittels derer das Anzeigeglied (38, 238) gegen die Federkraft in seiner ersten Stellung fixierbar ist.
- Handgriff nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastmittel mindestens einen um eine zur Verlagerungsachse des Anzeigeglieds (38, 238, 414) etwa senkrechte Schwenkachse verschwenkbar angeordneten Kipphebel (18, 218; 32, 232; 248; 424) umfassen, der mit dem Anzeigeglied (38, 238, 414) in der Verlagerungsrichtung formschlüssig zusammenwirkt und der in einer die erste Stellung des Anzeigegliedes (38, 238, 414) festlegenden Position bei nichtausgelöster Kennmelderfunktion der Sicherungsanordnung fixierbar ist.
- Handgriff nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fixierung des Kipphebels (18, 218, 424) in der die erste Stellung des Anzeigegliedes (38, 238, 414) festlegenden Position mit dem Kennmelder (5, 205) der Sicherungsanordnung zusammenwirkende Rastmittel dienen, welche in der ersten Stellung des Anzeigegliedes (38, 238, 414) eine Rastfläche (29, 229) des Kipphebels bei nichtausgelöster Kennmelderfunktion hintergreifen, diese bei ausgelöster Kennmelderfunktion jedoch freigeben.
- Handgriff nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastmittel (29, 229) einen Kipphebel (32; 248, 424) umfassen, der um eine etwa parallel zur Schwenkachse verlaufende Kippachse verschwenkbar angeordnet ist.
- Handgriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel zur Fernmeldung der Stellung des Anzeigegliedes (38, 238) vorgesehen sind.
- Handgriff nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Fernmeldung der Stellung des Anzeigegliedes (38, 238) einen von dem Anzeigeglied betätigten Mikroschalter (46, 246, 432) umfassen.
- Handgriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Handgriff ein aus zumindest zwei Teilen zusammenfügbares, einen inneren Hohlraum aufweisendes Gehäuse (11) umfaßt, daß in seinem Hohlraum zumindest die Mittel zum Anzeigen des Betriebszustandes der Sicherungsanordnung, die Rastmittel und die Mittel zur Fernmeldung aufnimmt.
