Claims (6)
- Vorbehandlungsanlage zur Sprüh-Vorbehandlung von in einer nachgeordneten Beschichtungsanlage zu beschichtenden Gegenständen, wobei jeweils eine Mehrzahl derartiger Gegenstände und Halteeinrichtungen an einer Transporteinrichtung angeordnet ist und von der Transporteinrichtung taktweise nacheinander einer Mehrzahl von Sprüh-Vorbehandlungseinrichtungen mit Auffangwannen für das Behandlungsmedium zugeführt wird, wobei die Auffangwannen unmittelbar benachbart zueinander angeordnet sind, und wobei im Bereich der Kanten zwischen zwei Auffangwannen eine unter Freigabe des Transportweges aus diesem heraus bewegbare Trenneinrichtung vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Trennelemente eine Sprühdüsen-Anordnung integriert ist, die zusammen mit den Trennelementen anhebbar und absenkbar ist.
- Vorbehandlungsanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprühdüsen über die Höhe und Breite der Trennelemente verteilt sind.
- Vorbehandlungsanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprühdüsen auf beiden Seiten der Trenneinrichtungen angeordnet sind.
- Vorbehandlungsanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trenneinrichtungen aus einer Mehrzahl von horizontal verlaufenden, ziehharmonikaartig über Gelenke verbundene, zusammenfaltbare Lamellen gebildet ist.
- Vorbehandlungsanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lamellen von einer Folie überzogen sind, welche einerseits die Leitungen für die Spritzdüsen herstellt und andererseits eine gelenkige Verbindung zwischen den Lamellen schafft.
- Vorbehandlungsanlage nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den einzelnen Lamellen seitlich abwechselnd auf der einen und auf der anderen Seite Stäbe befestigt sind.
