Description
- Stampfer vorfahren, Füllen und Verschließen der Preßbuchse,
- Preßstempel vorfahren und Förderung der Metallspäne in den Preßabschnitt der Preßbuchse,
- Druckbeaufschlagung der Metallspäne durch mindestens einen Preßstempel bis zur Erreichung des Enddruckes Pmax bzw. erforderlichen Druckes Perf,
- ggf. Zurückfahren eines zweiten Preßstempels und Ausstoßen des fertigen Preßlings als Brikett durch den ersten Preßstempel und
- ersten Preßstempel zurückfahren und ggf. zweiten Preßstempel vorfahren in die Ausgangsposition.
Ferner besteht die Aufgabe, eine Brikettierpresse zur Durchführung des Verfahrens mit geeigneten technischen Mitteln auszustatten, die eine verbesserte Dosierung der Metallspäne bewirken.

Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Brikettierung von Metallspänen in einer Brikettierpresse durch Druckbeaufschlagung des Preßlings (12) mittels zwei gegeneinander wirkender Preßstempel (1, 2) in einer Preßbuchse (11), der die Metallspäne über eine radial der Preßbuchse (11) zugeordnete Dosiereinrichtung (9) mit einem Stampfer (8) zugeführt werden, umfassend den Ablauf der VerfahrensschritteStampfer (9) vorfahren, Füllen und Verschließen der Preßbuchse (11),die Preßstempel (1, 2) vorfahren und Förderung der Metallspäne in den Preßabschnitt der Preßbuchse (11),Druckbeaufschlagung der Metallspäne durch die Preßstempel (1, 2) gemeinsam bis zur Erreichung des Enddruckes Pmax bzw. erforderlichen Druckes P erf ,Zurückfahren der Preßstempel (1, 2) und Ausstoßen des fertigen Preßlings (12) als Brikett sowie die Preßstempel (1, 2) zurückfahren in die Ausgangsposition,a) bei der Druckbeaufschlagung Pmax bzw. Perf durch die Preßstempel (1, 2) die erreichte Preßlinglänge (List) mittels einer Meßeinrichtung (5, 6) gemessen, dieser Meßwert mit einem Sollwert (Lsoll) verglichen und danach ein Differenzwert (Δ ) bestimmt wird undb) entsprechend diesem Differenzwert (Δ ) die Menge/Masse der aus der Dosiereinrichtung (9) zuzuführenden Metallspäne entsprechend der Sollänge (Lsoll) des Preßlings (12) bestimmt, danach das Füllmaß in der Dosiereinrichtung (9) eingestellt und die entsprechende Menge/Masse durch den Stampfer (8) zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach mindestens einem erneuten Verfahrensschrittablauf bei der Druckbeaufschlagung der Metallspäne durch den Preßstempel (1, 2) gemeinsam bis zur Erreichung des Enddruckes Pmax bzw. erforderlichen Druckes Perf der Sollwert (Lsoll) der Länge des Briketts erreicht ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung einer integrierten Meßeinrichtung (5, 6) zur Feststellung und/oder Einstellung der Brikettlänge (List bzw. Lsoll).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung einer auf einer Kolbenstange (4, 5) des Preßstempels (1, 2) integrierten Meßeinrichtung (5, 6).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung eines elektronischen Logikmoduls zur Feststellung der Brikettlänge aus der Relativstellung des Preßstempels (1, 2) mittels der integrierten Meßeinrichtung (5, 6).
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung eines elektronischen Logikmoduls, welchesa) bei der Feststellung, daß die Brikettlänge (List) unterhalb des Sollwertes (Lsoll) liegt, einen Befehl zur Mehrdosierung,b) bei der Feststellung, daß die Brikettlänge (List) über dem Sollwert (Lsoll) liegt, einen Befehl zur Minderdosierung
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung eines elektronischen Regelkreises (15) mit Stellgliedern (10, 17.1, 17.2) zur Einstellung der verfahrensbedingten Prozeßdaten, wieDosiermenge (17.1),Dichte des Preßlings (16.1),Länge des Preßlings (16.2) oderPreßdrücke (16.3, 17.2).
- Brikettierpresse zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, im wesentlichen bestehend aus den die Funktionsabläufe der Maschine ausführenden Baugruppen, wiePreßbuchse (11) mit Öffnung für die radial zugeordnete Dosiereinrichtung (9) mit Stampfer (8), der zugleich Verschlußorgan für die Öffnung in der Preßbuchse (11) ist,zwei in der Preßbuchse (11) geführten Preßstempeln (1, 2) mit Kolbenstangen (3, 4) undein diese Baugruppen sowie zugehörige Druckerzeuger aufnehmendes Gestell, Rahmen oder Gehäuse,a) die Kolbenstangen (3, 4) des Preßstempels (1, 2) je eine Meßeinrichtung (5, 6) aufnehmen,b) zwischen der Meßeinrichtung (5, 6) und der Dosiereinrichtung ein Regelkreis (15) zur Beeinflussung der Dosierung der Metallspäne in Abhängigkeit von der von der Meßeinrichtung (5, 6) aufgenommenen Brikettlängen (Lsoll/ist) vorgesehen ist undc) der Regelkreis (15) Stellglieder (10, 17) und ein Logikmodul (7) zur Steuerung des Prozeßablaufes in der Beziehung zwischen Brikettlänge und Dosiermenge/-masse aufweist.
