Claims (10)
- Bandspeicher für Metallbänder, insbesondere Spiralbandspeicher für dickere Stahlbänder, die aus einer, in Bandabschnittslängen arbeitenden Querschweißanlage einer Verarbeitungsanlage kontinuierlich zuführbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das aus der Querschweißanlage zugeführte Metallband (1) in einem Außenkorb (2) auf der Bandkante (1a) stehend speicherbar ist und mittels eines überhöhten Innenkorbs (3) aus dem Außenkorb (2) über eine Biegevorrichtung (4) und über das im Außenkorb (2) gespeicherte Metallband (1) hinweg in den Metallbandauslauf (5) zur Verarbeitungsanlage führbar ist. - Bandspeicher nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Biegevorrichtung (4) sich innerhalb des Außenkorbs (2) befindet und am Innenkorb (3) angeordnet ist. - Bandspeicher nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verarbeitungsanlage aus einer Rohrschweißanlage besteht. - Bandspeicher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Innenkorb (3), eine etwa schraubenlinienförmige Ebene (7) bildend, eine Vielzahl von Führungsrollen (8) für das Metallband (1) angeordnet ist. - Bandspeicher nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der schraubenlinienförmigen Ebene (7) etwa dem Einlauf (5) des Metallbandes (1) am Außenkorb (2) diametral gegenüberliegend, die letzte Führungsrolle (8) ca. 15 - 25° in Twistrichtung geneigt, angeordnet ist und fluchtend zum Metallbandauslauf (6) verläuft. - Bandspeicher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schraubenlinienförmige Ebene (7) zum Innenkorb (3) und / oder zum Außenkorb (2) exzentrisch angeordnet ist. - Bandspeicher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit dem Metallbandauslauf (6), zur schraubenlinienförmigen Ebene (7), fluchtend, außerhalb des Außenkorbes (2) ein Twistrollenbock (9) angeordnet ist, der zusammen mit zumindest einem weiteren Twistrollenbock (10) und einem nachgeschalteten Ausziehtreiber (11) den Metallbandauslauf (6) bilden. - Bandspeicher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Metallbandeinlauf (5) des Außenkorbes (2) das horizontal liegende Metallband (1) mittels einer Treiberstation (12) durch einen oder mehrere Twistrollenböcke (10) förderbar ist. - Bandspeicher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im tangentialen Metallbandeinlauf (5) zum Außenkorb (2) in Transportrichtung ( 13) vor dem Außenkorb (2) eine Eintreiberstation (14) angeordnet ist. - Bandspeicher nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Eintreiberstation (14) zumindest am Eingang (15) und / oder am Ausgang (16) mit ihren Achsen (17) senkrecht angeordnete Rollenpaare (18) für das Metallband (1) vorgesehen sind und dass am Eingang (15) zumindest in der Höhe einstellbare Führungsrollen (19) für unterschiedliche Bandbreiten (20) vorgesehen sind.
