Claims (9)
- Stickmaschine mit zwei oder mehr durch Verbindungsmittel (13) miteinander verbundenen Maschinengestellen (11,12), in welchen je ein Gatter (21,23) und eine Anzahl von diesen Gattern (21,23) zugeordneten Stickstellen mit den entsprechenden Stickwerkzeugen angeordnet sind, einem zwischen den Maschinengestellen angeordneten Bedienungsgang (15), der Zutritt zu den Stickstellen gewährt, Antriebsmitteln zum Antrieb der Gatter und der Stickstellen, und einer Steuereinheit zur Steuerung der Gatter und der Stickstellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsmittel für die Gatter im Betrieb der Stickmaschine die beiden Gatter vertikal in der gleichen Richtung und horizontal in einander entgegengesetzten Richtungen bewegen.
- Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bedienungsgang (15) nadelseitigen Zutritt gewährt.
- Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bedienungsgang (15) schiffliseitigen Zutritt gewährt.
- Stickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschinengestelle (11,12) im oberen Teil durch Streben (13) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Stickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschinengestelle (11,12) an den Enden mit einer Strebeanordnung (14) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Stickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsmittel für die Gatter Servomotoren sind.
- Verfahren zum synchronen Sticken gleicher Muster auf mindestens zwei Stickböden (25,27) mittels einer Stickmaschine mit zwei parallel nebeneinander angeordneten Gattern (21,23), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Sticken die Bewegungen beider Gatter vertikal in der gleichen Richtung und horizontal in einander entgegengesetzten Richtung erfolgen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungskomponenten der Stickwerkzeuge des einen Nadelwagens (17,19) entgegengesetzt zu den Bewegungskomponenten der entsprechenden Stickwerkzeuge des anderen Nadelwagens (19,17) sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungskomponenten des Schiffchenmechanismus (43) in einem Maschinengestell (11) entgegengesetzt zu den Bewegungskomponenten des Schiffchenmechanismus (45) im anderen Maschinengestell (12) sind.
