Description
- zwei hinsichtlich der Vorrichtungs-Längsachse symmetrisch angeordnete Führungs- und Tragschienen neben und über der Galvanik-Anlage,
- zwei an den Führungsschienen beweglich befestigte Schlitten mit je einer Halterungs-Pinole für den Zylinder, sowie
- mittig zu den Führungsschienen und dazu versetzt angeordnete Verstell- und Festhaltespindeln für die Schlitten,

Durch die Möglichkeit der Längen-Adaptation sowie durch die leicht auswechselbaren Pinolen wird die Behandlung einer hinsichtlich ihrer Ausmasse grossen Zahl von Druckzylindern mit einem Minimum an manueller Arbeit ermöglicht. Durch die Ausrüstung der Vorrichtung mit den an sich bekannten Mess- und Regelgeräten sowie, gegebenenfalls, durch eine programmierbare, angepasste Hardware kann der Betrieb der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung weiter automatisiert werden.
Claims (8)
- Längenadaptive Vorrichtung zum Einspannen von Zylindern, insbesondere von Druckzylindern, und Drehen derselben in Galvanik-Anlagen, gekennzeichnet durchwobei die Führungsschienen an den beiden Frontwänden (1.2) der Vorrichtung befestigt und die Spindeln darin gelagert sind.zwei hinsichtlich der Vorrichtungs-Längsachse symmetrisch angeordnete Führungs- und Tragschienen (1.3) neben und über der Galvanik-Anlage,zwei an den Führungsschienen beweglich befestigte Schlitten (1.4) mit je einer Halterungs-Pinole (1.6) für den Zylinder, sowiemittig zu den Führungsschienen und dazu versetzt angeordnete Verstell- und Festhaltespindeln (1.5) für die Schlitten,
- Einspann- und Drehvorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 1, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschienen und die Spindeln so angeordnet sind, dass weder durch das Einspannen der Zylinder noch durch deren Drehung die Lage der Führungsschienen zu den Spindeln geändert oder die Geradlinigkeit der Achse:
Spindel-Zylinder-Spindel beeinträchtigt wird. - Einspann- und Drehvorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 2, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spindeln beidseitig motorisiert und hinsichtlich der Vorrichtungs-Mitte gegengleich beweglich angeordnet sind.
- Einspann- und Drehvorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 2 oder 3, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pinolen in den Schlitten drehbar, dichtend und den Strom leitend ausgebildet sind.
- Einspann- und Drehvorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 4, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlitten von den Führungsschienen leicht ablösbar ausgeführt sind.
- Einspann- und Drehvorrichtung gemäss einem der vorangegangenen Patentansprüche, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie - nach dem Einsetzen des Druckzylinders - mittels eingebauter Regel- und Steueranlagen automatisch läuft.
- Verwendung der Einspann- und Drehvorrichtung gemäss den Patentansprüchen 1 bis und mit 6 zur durch Einspannen gesicherten Aufnahme und Drehung von Zylindern, insbesondere Druckzylindern, speziell in Elektrolytbädern, wobei dem Zylinder Gleichstrom zugeleitet und die Zylinder-Oberfläche metallisch beschichtet wird.
- Verwendung gemäss Patentanspruch 7, weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehr als ein Zylinder mittels entsprechender Adapterteile gleichzeitig eingesetzt und behandelt wird.
