Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Zuführen von flachen, sich geschuppt überlappenden Gegenständen, insbesondere Blechtafeln, zu mindestens einem Vorderkantenanschlag einer weiterverarbeitenden Maschine, insbesondere einer Blechdruck- oder Blechlackiermaschine, mit einem ersten Fördermittel, auf dem die Gegenstände aufliegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Fördermittel (5) eine konstante oder eine sich zyklisch verändernde Geschwindigkeit (v1) aufweist und dass zwischen dem ersten Fördermittel (5) und dem Vorderkantenanschlag (3) ein zweites Fördermittel (6) angeordnet ist, das als endlos umlaufendes Trum (8) ausgebildet ist und den jeweils vordersten Gegenstand (4') vom ersten Fördermittel (5) mit einer dem ersten Fördermittel (5) entsprechenden Geschwindigkeit (v1) übernimmt und auf eine kleinere Geschwindigkeit (v2) verlangsamt und in diesem verzögerten Zustand dem Vorderkantenanschlag (3) durch nachfolgendes Rutschen des Gegenstands auf einer Unterlage (27) oder Übergabe an eine Einrichtung (28) zuführt, wobei die Einrichtung (28) den Gegenstand in Anlage an den Vorderkantenanschlag (3) führt, oder dass das Trum (8) den Gegenstand (4') bis zum Stillstand abbremst, derart, dass er dadurch bis gegen den Vorderkantenanschlag (3) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem ersten Fördermittel (5) eine erste Halteeinrichtung (22) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem zweiten Fördermittel (6) eine zweite Halteeinrichtung (23) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und/oder die zweite Halteeinrichtung (22,23) als Saugeinrichtung und/oder als Magneteinrichtung ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Fördermittel (5) als endlos umlaufendes Fördermittel (Trum 7) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die zweite Halteeinrichtung (23) -in Transportrichtung gesehen (Pfeil 20)- nur über ein Teilstück (24) des zweiten Fördermittels (6) erstreckt.

- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltewirkung der zweiten Halteeinrichtung (23) ein- und ausschaltbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltewirkung der ersten Halteeinrichtung (22) kontinuierlich wirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und/oder die zweite Halteeinrichtung (22,23) von mindestens einem sich unterhalb des ersten und/oder zweiten Fördermittels (5,6) befindlichen Saugkasten (17,18) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Saugkasten (18) über ein elektrisches oder mechanisches Schaltventil (19) an eine Vakuumquelle angeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und/oder das zweite Fördermittel (5,6) luftdurchlässig ausgebildet ist/sind.
- Verfahren zum Zuführen von flachen, sich geschuppt überlappenden Gegenständen, insbesondere Blechtafeln, zu mindestens einem Vorderkantenanschlag einer weiterverarbeitenden Maschine, insbesondere einer Blechdruck- oder Blechlackiermaschine, mit einer ersten Förderzone, in der die Gegenstände mit einer ersten, konstanten Geschwindigkeit in geschuppter Anordnung transportiert werden und mit einer zweiten, der ersten Förderzone folgenden Förderzone, in der der jeweils vorderste Gegenstand mit erster Geschwindigkeit übernommen und dann auf eine zweite Geschwindigkeit verlangsamt wird, so dass er mit der zweiten Geschwindigkeit gegen mindestens einen Vorderkantenanschlag geführt wird oder sich mit dieser Geschwindigkeit dem Vorderkantenanschlag nähert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Geschwindigkeit nahezu Null oder Null ist.
