Claims (11)
- Spannvorrichtung zum Spannen von Werkstücken, insbesondere für Werkzeugmaschinen, mit einem Bett (1), das einen in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Führungskanal (3) aufweist, der von seitlichen Auflageflächen (5) flankiert ist und mit wenigstens zwei entlang des Betts (1) verfahrbaren und durch Halteeinrichtungen auf dem Bett (1) festlegbaren Schlitten (7,8,11), die jeweils den Auflageflächen (5) zugeordnete Stützelemente und einen in den Führungskanal (3) eingreifenden Führungsansatz (12) aufweisen und von denen wenigstens einer eine verschiebbare Spannbacke (10) trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Seitenwand des Führungskanals (3) und die dieser zugewandte Flanke des Führungsansatzes (12) der Schlitten mit einander zugeordneten Zahnstangenverzahnungen (14) versehen sind und dass im Bereich der der verzahnten Flanke gegenüberliegenden Flanke des Führungsansatzes (12) jedes Schlittens eine mittels einer Schraube (20) betätigbare Anstelleinrichtung vorgesehen ist, mittels welcher der Führungsansatz (12) der bei gelöster Anstelleinrichtung gegenüber dem Führungskanal (3) ein zumindest der Eingriffstiefe der Zahnstangenverzahnungen (14) entsprechendes Spiel aufweist, gegenüber dem Führungskanal (3) verspannbar ist, wobei die einander zugewandten Zahnstangenverzahnungen (14) von Führungskanal (3) und Schlitten (7,8,11) in gegenseitigen Eingriff bringbar sind.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zahnstangenverzahnungen (14) als Geradverzahnungen ausgebildet sind.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verzahnte Seitenwand des Führungskanals (3) zur benachbarten Auflagefläche (5) höchstens rechtwinklig, vorzugsweise spitzwinklig, verläuft.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zahnstangenverzahnungen (14) von Schlitten (7,8,11) und Führungskanal (3) so ausgebildet sind, dass im aneinander angepressten Zustand Zahnkopf und gegenüberliegender Zahnlückengrund voneinander beabstandet sind.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zahnstangenverzahnungen (14) als Feinverzahnungen, vorzugsweise mit einer Zahnteilung von 1 - 2 mm ausgebildet sind.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zahnstangenverzahnungen (14) gehärtet sind.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der verzahnten Seitenwand gegenüberliegende Seitenwand des Führungskanals (3) als gegenüber der benachbarten Auflagefläche (5) spitzwinklig verlaufende Schrägfläche (15) ausgebildet ist und dass die Anstelleinrichtung einen schlittenseitig vorgesehenen, entlang der Schrägfläche (15) beweglichen Keil (16) aufweist, der mittels einer von oben zugänglichen Schraube (20) betätigbar ist.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Keil (16) schlittenseitig geführt ist.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spannbacke (10) ein in den zugeordneten Schlitten (8) hineinragender Keilansatz zugeordnet ist, dessen Schrägfläche mit einem im Schlitten (8) angeordneten, mittels einer von oben zugänglichen Schraube (24) betätigbaren Keil zusammenwirkt.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schlittenseitigen Backen als Wechselbacken ausgebildet sind, die durch Schrauben, denen backenseitige Schlitze (21) zugeordnet sind, am jeweils zugeordneten Schlitten (7,8,11) festlegbar sind.
- Spannvorrichtung zum Spannen von Werkstücken, mit einem Bett (1), das einen in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Führungskanal (3) aufweist, der von seitlichen Auflageflächen (5) flankiert ist, und mit wenigstens zwei entlang des Betts (1) verfahrbaren Schlitten (7, 8, 11), die durch Halteeinrichtungen auf dem Bett (1) festlegbar sind und von denen wenigstens ein Schlitten eine verschiebbare Spannbacke (10) trägt, wobei eine Seitenwand des Führungskanals (3) und die dieser zugewandte Flanke des Führungsansatzes (12) der Schlitten (7, 8, 11) mit einander zugeordneten, als stehende Geradverzahnungen ausgebildeten Zahnstangenverzahnungen (14) versehen sind, die zur bettseitigen Abstützung von auf die Schlitten (7, 8, 11) wirkenden Längs- und Kippkräften dienen, und wobei im Bereich der der verzahnten Flanke gegenüberliegenden Flanke des Führungsansatzes (12) jedes Schlittens eine Anstelleinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die einen mit einer kanalseitigen, gegenüber der benachbarten Auflagefläche (5) spitzwinklig verlaufenden Schrägfläche (15) zusammenwirkenden, mittels einer von oben zugänglichen Schraube (20) betätigbaren Keil (16) aufweist und mittels der der Führungsansatz (12) gegenüber dem Führungskanal (3) verspannbar ist, wobei durch die Verspannung die einander zugewandten Zahnstangenverzahnungen (14) mit ihren einander zugewandten Flanken in spielfreie, gegenseitige Anlage kommen und bei gelöster Anstelleinrichtung der jeweilige Schlitten entlang des Betts (1) verfahrbar ist, wobei der Führungsansatz (12) gegenüber dem Führungskanal (3) ein zumindest der Eingriffstiefe der Zahnstangenverzahnungen (14) entsprechendes Spiel aufweist.
