Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Beizen bzw. Reinigen von gewalztem Stahlband, das schlingenförmig durch mehrere in der Behandlungslinie angeordnete Beizbehälter bzw. Reinigungsbehälter hindurchbewegt und dabei von mindestens einer Bandseite mit dem Beizmedium bzw. Reinigungsmedium beaufschlagt wird, wozu Spritz- bzw. Sprüheinheiten vorgesehen sind, die zu- oder abschaltbar und/oder in ihrer Spritzbreite einstellbar sind und/oder mit regelbarem Spritz- bzw. Sprühdruck und/oder Volumenstrom betrieben werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (5) vor dem Einlaufen in den Beizbehandlungsteil bzw. Reinigungsbehandlungsteil (2, 102, 202, 302, 402) aus der horizontalen Bandlaufebene in eine hochkantstehende, vertikale Bandlaufebene und nach dem Auslaufen aus dem Beiz- bzw. Reinigungs-Behandlungsteil in seine normale, horizontale Bandlaufebene umgelenkt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über die Bandbreite (20) unterschiedlich stark verzunderte, verunreinigte Bandbereiche gezielt mit verändertem Spritzdruck und/oder veränderter Säurekonzentration bzw. Reinigungslösungskonzentration und/oder erhöhtem Volumenstrom des Beizmediums bzw. Reinigungsmediums besprüht werden. - Vorrichtung zum Beizen bzw. Reinigen von gewalztem Stahlband (5), das schlingenförmig durch mehrere in der Behandlungslinie angeordete Beizbehälter bzw. Reinigungsbehälter (I,II,III,IV,IVa) hindurchbewegt und dabei von mindestens einer Bandseite mit dem Beizmedium bzw. Reinigungsmedium beaufschlagt wird, wozu Spritz- bzw. Sprüheinheiten (9) vorgesehen sind, die zu- oder abschaltbar und/oder in ihrer Spritzbreite einstellbar sind und/oder mit regelbarem Spritz- bzw. Sprühdruck und/oder Volumenstrom betrieben werden, insbesondere zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine jeweils vor und hinter dem Beiz- bzw. Reinigungs-Behandlungsteil (2, 102, 202, 302, 402) das Band (5) aus der horizontalen Bandlaufebene in eine hochkantstehende, vertikale Bandlaufebene und umgekehrt umlenkende Wenderolle (11; 14), die gegen die Horizontale angehoben bzw. geneigt angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Wenderollen (11; 14) mit senkrechten Achsen gelagerte Spannrollensätze (13; 15) zugeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der in den Beizbehältern bzw. Reinigungsbehältern (I bis IV) angeordneten Band-Umlenkrollen (10) als Steuerrolle (100) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der in den Beizbehältern bzw. Reinigungsbehältern (I bis IV) angeordneten Band-Umlenkrollen (10) zusätzlich angetrieben ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Band-Umlenkrollen (10) Andrückrollen (25) zugeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest der in Bandlaufrichtung (1) liegende erste Beizbehälter bzw. Reinigungsbehälter (I) mit Ultraschallaktoren (31) ausgerüstet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ultraschallaktoren (31) in einer von ein- und auslaufseitigen Dichtrollen (32) begrenzten, schmalen separaten Kammer (33) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ultraschallaktoren (31) über die Bandbreite (20) verteilt hinter säurefesten bzw. laugenfesten Zwischenwänden (34) jeweils stirnseitig der Kammer (33) untergebracht sind.
