Claims (6)
- Biegevorrichtung für dünnwandige Metallrohre aus einer geraden Rohrführung (1), einer sich daran anschließenden und gegenüber der Rohrführung (1) verschwenkbaren Kernschablone (2) mit Klemmleiste (3) und einem Dorn mit einer im Bereich der Kernschablone (2) gekrümmten, dem Außenbogen des zu biegenden Rohres angepaßten starren Dornspitze (4) und einem sich daran anschließenden, in der Rohrführung (1) axial fixierten Dornschaft (5),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein am Innenbogen des zu biegenden Rohres anordnenbares, sich axial erstreckendes, biegsames Federlamellenpaket (10) rückseitig an der starren Dornspitze (4) abgestützt und axial auf der Dornspitze (4) verschiebbar ist, und daß im Bereich der Kernschablone (2) und ihrer Klemmleiste (3) ein im Metallrohr einsetzbarer, kugeliger Spannkopf (7, 14) vorgesehen ist, der an ein durch den Dornschaft (5) geführtes inneres Zugmittel (6) angeschlossen ist. - Biegevorrichtung, nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spannkopf (7) aus mehreren kugeligen Gliedern besteht, die eine starre Baueinheit bilden. - Biegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spannkopf (14) aus einem geschlitzten kugeligen Außenring (14a) und einem inneren Stütz- und Spannkonus (14b) besteht, der beim Biegevorgang selbstspannund auf den Außenring (14a) wirkt. - Biegevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dornspitze (4) im Bereich des Innenbogens eine flache den Innenbogen des zu biegenden Rohres entsprechende Krümmung aufweist. - Biegevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Federlamellenpaket (10) mittels eines Schubstückes (11) auf dem Dornschaft (5) verschiebbar ist. - Biegevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zugmittel (6) ein Spannseil ist.
