Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Baugruppe einer Strombahn eines Schaltgerätes, wobei die Baugruppe einen starren Kontaktkörper (2) und zumindest ein aus Teilleitern bestehendes flexibles Leiterstück (1) umfasst,
bei dem eine erste Teillänge (9) eines Abschnittes (8) eines das flexible Leiterstück (1) bildenden litzenförmigen oder seilförmigen Halbzeuges durch mechanische Verdichtung mittels einer Presskraft (13) bis zur Fließgrenze beansprucht wird und hierdurch die Teilleiter der ersten Teillänge zu einem festen Körper umgewandelt werden, während das flexible Leiterstück (1) durch eine von der Verdichtung ausgenommene zweite Teillänge (14) des Abschnittes (8) des genannten Halbzeuges gebildet wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Teillänge (9) mit einer Anlagefläche (11) eines Endteiles des starren Kontaktkörpers (2) in Berührung gebracht wird und
dass die Presskraft zur Herstellung einer flächenhaften Verbindung zwischen dem festen Körper und dem Endteil gegen die Anlagefläche (11) wirkt. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Baugruppe einer Strombahn eines Schaltgerätes, wobei die Baugruppe einen starren Kontaktkörper (25) und zumindest ein aus Teilleitern bestehendes flexibles Leiterstück (1) umfasst,
bei dem eine erste Teillänge (19) eines Abschnittes (18) eines das flexible Leiterstück (1) bildenden litzenförmigen oder seilförmigen Halbzeuges durch mechanische Verdichtung mittels einer Presskraft (24) bis zur Fließgrenze beansprucht wird und hierdurch die Teilleiter der ersten Teillänge zu einem festen Körper umgewandelt werden, während das flexible Leiterstück (1) durch eine von der Verdichtung ausgenommenen zweiten Teillänge (27) des Abschnittes (18) des genannten Halbzeuges gebildet wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
durch die genannte mechanische Verdichtung der ersten Teillänge (19) der feste Körper in Form des starren Kontaktkörpers (25) gebildet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
durch mechanische Verdichtung einer dritten Teillänge (32) des Abschnittes (18) des Halbzeuges ein zur Verbindung mit einem relativ ortsfesten Leiter des Schaltgerätes dienendes Anschlussstück (32) gebildet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die mechanische Verdichtung des Halbzeuges in der Gegenwart eines Flussmittels durchgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
die Verwendung einer Pressform (4) mit einer Kammer (5) zur Aufnahme des Endteiles des Kontaktkörpers (2) und der ersten Teillänge (9) des Halbzeuges sowie mit einer Eintrittsöffnung (6) für die Teillänge (9), wobei die Presskraft (13) mittels eines zugehörigen Pressstempels (12) ausgeübt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
gekennzeichnet durch
die Verwendung einer Pressform (15) mit einer dem Kontaktkörper (25) entsprechenden Kammer und mit einer Eintrittsöffnung (17) für die erste Teillänge (19) des Abschnittes (18) des Halbzeuges, wobei die Presskraft (24) mittels eines zugehörigen Pressstempels (21) ausgeübt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, wobei die herzustellende Baugruppe zwei oder mehr flexible Leiterstücke umfasst,
gekennzeichnet durch
die Verwendung einer Pressform, deren Eintrittsöffnung (6, 17) dem gesamten Querschnitt der flexiblen Leiterstücke (1) entsprechend bemessen ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zur Ausrüstung des Kontaktkörpers (25) mit einer Kontaktauflage (30) diese bei der Verdichtung des Halbzeuges mittels Pressform (15) und Pressstempel (21) wenigstens teilweise in das Material des Halbzeuges eingebettet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine Kontaktauflage (30) mit wenigstens einem zur Einbettung in das Halbzeug bestimmten Fortsatz (31) verwendet wird.
